    The staff try and are helpful here, it seems they're in need of some help for organization and it's a bit of a mess and super long wait times. They're getting way too overwhelmed with the long line up in person and constant amount of takeout drivers. Note, they have soy and almond milk alternatives here

    Worst Customer Service ever, it took almost 30 mints just to get two steep teas, seems like nobody wants to work there, moreover, there was no sugar in both teas, we went back to store to get it replaced and they gave sugar on side by that time the tea was already cold. They don't even deserve 1star.

    I think it really depends on the time of day or which day if the week you go. I came on a weekday non busy time and it was great. Order was within 3 minutes and staffs were smiling. The only thing it is a 4 star is because it’s a bit messy in the store.

    Very disappointed with this Tom Hortons. Service is extremely bad. Orders are messed up. No manager to talk to!! They walk away while customer talking to them. Especially Roya and Hardeep!! I left my order after 20 mins of waiting for a cup of coffee. Try to avoid this Tim Hortons.

    I like this Tim Hortons better than the one on Lougheed highway close by, this one is much cleaner and they stock up on baked goods a lot faster too. The kiosks are easy to use, and actually work compared to the one on lougheed, which are always out of service.

    What’s the point of ordering, if after 15 minutes of waiting in a tight space you have received no food. I walked away. The price of my lesson $3.89. I won’t be back. Others take heed.

    Overall it was good sense off urgency by the workers, i had wrongly order at this location so couldn’t pick up that day, but even after 2 days they gave me the same order even though it was my mistake that i dint select proper locations, also thanks to managers for giving proper reply on phone!

    I've got to give a huge shout-out to Afshin, one of the awesome staff members at this location, for consistently going above and beyond in assisting my mom with her orders, especially considering her language barrier. Afshin's dedication to exceptional customer service is evident through his helpful and friendly attitude. Thanks for being awesome!!!

    I love this branch of Tim Hortons. The manager is efficient, user-friendly, and quickly addresses issues. The quality of coffee and sandwiches is excellent.

    We ordered a medium iced coffee with extra cane sugar, waited patiently for more than 5 minutes and the order was still made wrong (put extra cream instead of cane sugar). Then we kindly asked to remake it but the employee who made it was aggressively took the coffee out of my hand and decided to pour out some of the coffee and then adding more coffee (not the first time it happened). Not a great customer service. I wish employees are more careful or aware with the drinks or food that they are making.

    Worst place to order ever. Better starve than ordering here. Staff doesnt care simple order of hashbrown will easily take you 30-50 mins to get. Its better i starve and go home than eating here

    I was told I was not allowed to order food because they were closed even tho there was still 10 mins left . This is terrible customer service . If an establishment states that they are open till a certain time they shouldn't turn away paying customers just because they are to lazy to do thier jobs. Zero work ethic or customer service skills .

    Stopped in here to get my gf a steeped tea before heading to a wedding. Any other Tims would've filled the order in 2 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, and becoming late for the wedding, I had to abandon the order and walk out. Frustrating.

    Very good location and good parking. I ordered togo for my lunch. 1. Dnt-Boston Cream 1.Dnt-Honey Crester Very fresh & very delicious. Very economy price & very good serving.

    A chaotic place to sip average tasting coffee. The only saving grace is their selection of sweets/donuts which are not bad. If you order multiple items, make sure you remember them: the shop doesn't provide print out of your order.

    Terrible customer service, i paid for the coffee and forgot to scan the rewards card. They didn’t let me add it back afterwards and didn’t give me a receipt. Other timmys have better customer service than this one. Terrible service, disappointed in Tims.

    Over the years I have done many surveys addressing the same issue. This location is attached to a large mall there is always a morning rush of customers and mall staff. They are NEVER prepared for opening adequately staffed and the basic training is getting worse. Simple p-up order this morning 1 large coffee 35 minutes?????????

    The worst place and the worst personnel. I ordered a sweet cappuccino. They gave me a cappuccino without sugar. When I asked why it is not sweet, they said that the cappuccino is not sweet. They are very rude. This was my second purchase and my second experience. I do not recommend it at all.
