The person who did my nails was very patient when removing my original shellac — it was hard to remove due to the many layers. However, the new shellac was badly done. It started chipping on multiple nails after only 2 days. The shellac was not applied evenly and there were some dust/dirt stuck in the applied shellac. Additionally, I had 2 nail arts done for $5 each, and the person who did them rushed for the second one as there was another customer that had arrived. You will notice on one of the photos; one snowflake art was done in a rush.

What a horrible experience here! I booked mani-pedi today. No welcoming approach when I entered in salon. Rebecca's service is like nightmare! Super rude nail tech and awful job. Her attitude was super unprofessional. While removing Jel from nails, she hurt my skin even and didn't apologized ! My nail was very bad shape and isn’t professional work.👎🏻 The new shellac was badly done, the lady rushed me so bad and didn’t even let my nails cure. They are unevenly, painted and tacky, even though they are gel. No scrubs at all, 2 minutes massage and that's it! Everything was like a nightmare 😕 I must say that the owner is good who gave me right advice in the beginning, but then after while she was taking rounds, she did not say anything to this lady for her bad job! After this so called mani, my finger was paining and I was horrified so I canceled my pedicure and left this salon! Don’t waste your time and money here.

Friendly staff and owner is very good. I called to describe what we wanted to ensure we were booking the proper time to get the desired look. We had the hard gel with nail art. There were 2 of us and the owner did a great job with the desired nail art. Mine was not so good from the other technician. I had 2 nails with sparkle tips like French but it didn’t look like french tips. My nails weren’t to the standard I had hoped. They had bubbles and did not look smooth. The shape was not as the picture that I had shown. Nail art-they could not give me the ombré look I had asked for which I asked for when I made the appointment. It’s unfortunate as I had high hopes after seeing the ratings posted.

I received a mani/pedi here and unfortunately my experience was not as expected. Pedicure- my nails were cut VERY short and are now quite painful. The pedicure itself was below average and not worth the money. I had a shellac manicure. Unfortunately the colour I picked was low and I offered to pick another one which turned out to be clear looking after 3 coats…at this point the other nail technician working offered to use the “low polish colour” and paint over top, which she did. After leaving I noticed a hair imbedded under one of my nails that is clearly underneath one of the nail polish coats as it won’t come off. The ladies here were very friendly but I will not be coming back here again for any nail services. Very unfortunate experience I had.

I got a manicure done and I wasn’t happy with it and I complained a week later and they were super nice about it and said they would fix it, Even though I complained late. Rebecca always does an awesome job with gel manicures and pedicures; she's friendly, and it's very convenient to book appointments online. I've been going to Isabelle for haircuts and hair colour for a couple of years, and I've been so pleased with the results! She is super friendly, listens, and is interested. Thank you ladies for everything!

Full service salon with friendly staff. I see Isabelle for haircuts an am always happy with the result as well as the personable, friendly service. Highly recommend checking them out.
