I have been going to Wai Spa for a while now. Tried IPL laser, tummy slimming and the VIP facial. Today is my first VIP facial with Kim and omg! She did such an amazing job! She would from time to time check on me to make sure that I am ok, when she leaves the room, she will let me know! She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone that have not tried Wai Spa’s service! All their services are great! Yujin and Kim are the best!

The best Korean facial I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to so many spas, and I can tell you that Wai Spa provides the best facial treatments. The facial was so relaxing. The spa was so clean. Excellent customer service. Kim was so talented. She was so kind and polite. I Highly recommend Kim for facials. I will definitely go back for more facial sessions.

I had a basic facial with Kim today! It was quite literally the best experience I've ever had and no other facial has compared. They truly pamper you and it shows in the smallest details. Their beds are even heated! They make sure to use up your entire time slot, the massage was the BEST, and my skin feels great. Once you try a Korean facial, you won't go back lol. Worth every penny and I truly recommend this place guys.

It was looking for a acne facial treatment and Wai-spa was just a perfect match! Yujin really did a very good job! My skin feels nice and smooth again! I also visited to do the basic facial massage and it was amazing! I was really able to relax and relieve the tensions from my face to neck and shoulders. The staff and the owner are so kind and friendly! My experience could not be better! I can’t wait to go back soon!

I had a wonderful experience with Yujin - she has completely transformed my eyebrows and they look incredibly natural. She was very informative throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend coming here for microblading/microshading!

My search for a microblading expert lead me to Yujin. I live from another province but took the time to travel and I gave Yujin free reign, 100% trust to create a natural looking set of eyebrows.Yujin did not disappoint. I was nervous but she calmly explained the procedure, answered my questions and offered re-assurance throughout the session. The procedure was painless and the result was exceptionally beautiful I could cry. It truly was worth the trip.

It will be my number 3 facial with Kim tomorrow. I had basic facial and VIP. The massage itself is amazing! She is massaging the whole area including décolleté zone, back and arms! RF treatment is so soothing and cooling mask is like cherry on the top of cake! I finally found a place where I will be going on a regular basis! Thank you ❤️

Yujin is very talented. I had microblading and microshading. My eyebrows are not perfect yet. There are some areas where the microblading and shading did not take well. It could just be my skin type. But I love them anyway. They look so much better than they were before Yujin worked on them. My eyebrows were uneven and very sparce from decades of over threading. Yujin is very kind and understanding. She knew how concerned I was about the treatment. She explained the entire procedure to me before we started and gave me brows that were not too thick. It was strange to look in the mirror and see this person with dark brows looking back at me. The treatment was not bad but it was lengthy. It took me a few days to get used to my brows. Everyone who saw me loved them. It was unsettling to have my brows peel and flake as they healed but apparently it was perfectly normal. By the time my second appointment was due, I was ready. After my second appointment, I did notice that it hurt more and I had a headache for a few days but nothing serious. I am fillling in my eyebrows with make up and am actually getting better at it. They will never be as nice as Yujin's. I look forward to my next appointment next spring. I hope that my skin will take the microblading and shading this time and that I will get my perfect brows. Yujin was not kidding when she said that thicker eyebrows make you look younger. They really do! I will be bringing homemade cookies for Yujin this time. Thanks for reading.

Wow! Most intense and amazing facial I have ever experienced. Deep massage was a bit unexpected but welcomed. I will definitely go back! Thank you to Kim who was absolutely wonderful and sweet as can be.

Absolutely love experiencing this spa and their services. It was my first ever massage with them, I felt so alive afterwards. They focus on lymphatic drainage and my face was glowing. My session was for an hour and half and they delivered it. The owner is so wonderful and passionate about her work. She would suggest you the treatment that would benefit you than just making business out of you. I cannot wait for another session with them. Wonderful team and experience.

New found gem! I've had one session each so far of the Basic Facial & Lipo Abdomen Slimming, and the experience was great! Jenny's amazing and skilled. I agree with another review, no pushy sales like the other clinics/spa. Looking forward to getting more spa sessions!
