Worst staff I have ever encountered. Count your cards because the staff sure can't count. Too busy ripping off customers and making up policies to actually help people or run a business. Sad really. The facility seems decent but the experience is ruined by the horrible staff.

Great place to blow off some energy whether with a group from the office, birthday party, or with a few friends. Free surface parking. Caution - if you have any billing discrepancies, the staff cannot issue any refund. Customers are asked to go to their online website and fill in the "Contact us" form. Response is slow at best and it is likely you will not be able to resolve the charges billed to you, since they don't reply and have no phone number to call to speak with management. For this reason this company receives 2 stars. #letsguide

This is fun. This location has two story relatively large field. It is not super busy, Price for 3game (best value) is $23 and it should take about 1:30-2 in the place (including prep and breaks) I recommend to have your bottle of water with you. Lockers are available for $2 Cons. Not enough staff. The one man show and no other staff. And I was not sure if all Covid protocols are followed. Although the guy said guns are sanitized.

I haven’t played laser tag since I was a kid. Feeling bored me and my roomies decided to go to any laster tag place, and the first place that came up on the list was “Planet Laser Tag” We enjoyed it over all! The arena is huge with 2 floors. My and my buddy’s were all on teams. There was power ups that your team could acquire. Games lasted 20 minutes and it was quite a work out. Nice and cheap, only $10. Since there wasn’t many of us we were grouped with other people into teams. We don’t know who was on your team unlit we got in the arena. Little kids who had know idea were shooting our own team. I wish we got to meat everyone before we got out. The powers are really confusing at first because I had no idea there was such thing. It really depends on how competitive you play. Sometimes taking this to seriously can effect you experience. Yeah we got schooled by kids. It as long as you have fun it will be great 🙃 Hoped this helped❤️

This is the most disrespected environment ever.... Karen the manager is so rude and all she cares is taking peoples money and not serving great service. She's horrible person to deal with!!! Never will I bring or recommend anyone doing the private party here!!!! Stay away if you can and find another location... you will avoid headaches and disappointment.

Great birthday experience for my daughter. Friendly staff and addressed all questions. 5 stars for sure. Definitely will go again. Really great with birthday party room and accommodating us. The games were great. All the kids had a blast. Definitely a must to go back

( I had read some negative reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect). It was total chaos but everyone seemed to know what was going on and you all ran it incredibly smoothly. The kids had a blast and I appreciate that you all checked in and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you so much! Your newest staff member was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job. Your other staff members were incredibly efficient and ran a smooth ship. We will be happy to recommend you to our friends and we will definitely do it again!

Good fun. Arrive early to ensure you have lots of time to register all your players and their code names; little ones need parent’s help with that part. It can get crazy, but that’s what you want with Lazer Tag.

Lazer tags are meant to give an experience where I could feel the adrenaline pumping through me. This place is better to be enjoyed with children, and most likely you will be joining kids. For me, I got first place since I played with kids who doesnt know the rule.

Alright. I've never been to a Lazer tag place, but this was my 1st time and I enjoyed it immensely. 7 people (1 adult and 6 kids) was little over $100 for one 25min gaming session. On Wednesdays, you get a 2nd game session free. ------------------------------- Reserve online if possible, but still have to go to the computers there and put in information for each person. Lay out is pretty big and two levels. There is an area with video games while you wait and there are rooms for private parties. Definitely a good spot to have fun!

Unfortunately there was only one person working during the holiday rush on a weekday evening. Took 30 minutes in the line, with 4 people ahead of us. The clerk kept leaving to help people in the game, or to start new games. While he (the clerk) seemed nice, this company clearly does not understand Christmas break when kids are out of school and families want to do something together or with friends. Had to wait 1 hour from when we registered to actually play a game. So 1.5 hours from when we arrived. Not impressed at all. We phoned ahead and were told we didn't need a reservation and it wasn't busy on week days.

They found my phone for me even though it was so busy. I want to give 6 stars if I can. The staffs were very nice to tried to find my phone for me. Amazing services. Must come to laser tagging!!
