I had a very lovely experience at this cafe the other day. I was searching for a nice cafe to relax and have some dessert with my friend after our hotpot session and found this cute place right nearby. The exterior looked very unassuming and low key which gave us a nice surprise when we walked in. Inside was an extremely cozy vibe and the service was equally warm. Very friendly lady helping us and was attentive to our needs. Food and drinks were good and prices are good too :) I knew I was coming back again after only 10 minutes being there. The cherry on top was when my friend had to leave before me and I was left sitting alone at the table. The waitress left me alone to wait (I was waiting for my friend to pick me up) and offered some water for me. Later when they got busier, they needed to use my table since it was a big one we got earlier. I was expecting to just leave since I don’t want to take up their space, but our waitress kindly offered up a small table for me to wait inside so I won’t be cold. I will remember this kindness :)

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while now and this place did not disappoint! It’s so cozy and cute with the European decor. It’s the perfect place to go to when Vancouver has rainy, cold weather. They have a large tea selection (highly recommend trying the fresh fruit tea) I had the Peach Tea and it was delicious. The scones were so good too!! Definitely want to come back to try more on the menu.

The fried chicken club sandwich was outstanding! The chicken was tender & juicy inside and crispy on the outside; very well balanced. The Fruity Tea was fresh and had nicely cut fruits pieces inside! They also offer infinite refills (by adding more hot water to the tea) it’s always one of my favorites!

Their waffles and chicken nuggets are outstanding! The service was very good serving people as she knew what I wanted every time before I asked! I thoroughly enjoy both the outstanding service and delectable food at this restaurant. The attentive staff and delicious offerings create a delightful dining experience that keeps me coming back for more.

Very nice atmosphere. When we first walked to the door we thought it was a small place,but pleasantly surprised. Very nice selection of food and drinks. We already had dinner and came to this place for dessert. Coffee and tea came in cute little tea cups, but I would have preferred a bigger cup and serving for the price of my coffee.

There is this sense of being laid back in here. The atmosphere, arrangements of their decors, desserts are superb, leisure tea is just one of the best I tried. Will be back soon!

Foods are alright. For those who don’t know and will be visiting here by group, YOU CANNOT SPLIT THE BILL. It’s only a debit / cash only payment. The tea options are nice but the Siphon coffee is a bit disappointing. It didn’t have a clean finish and tasted over extracted. And yes, like the other reviews, even when you didn’t get a good service, you can’t give just 10% tip 🙃 They will ask for more

Beautiful coffeehouse in the middle of Richmond. The atmosphere is that of a time capsule (its decoration is unique). Comfortable chairs and tables. Coffee is excellent and customer service is great.
