Autoimmune

chronic
shoulder
pain
Due
to
my
health
issues,
I
was
looking
for
a
place
where
I
would
be
properly
assisted
with
my
physical
health
limitations,
but
I
did
not
find
anything
in
Port
Moody.
I
ended
up
going
to
a
regular
physio
for
months
until,
without
any
improvement,
I
once
again
started
researching
for
a
place
where
a
multidisciplinary
health
professionals
could
align/combine
physiotherapy
with
rehabilitation,
prevention
and
other
needed
service
as
solution.
Luckily,
The
workshop
clinic
was
opening
their
first
clinic
in
Port
Moody
and
I
knew
that
it
was
what
I
was
looking
for.
First,
I
was
assessed
by
Dr.
Louisa,
which
is
a
fantastic
professional,
she
took
her
time
to
hear
me
and
understanding
the
processes
that
I
have
been
through.
She
took
her
time
and
analyzed
all
the
medications
that
I
take
in
regular
basis
and
was
even
able
to
identify
why
my
previous
therapy
did
not
work.
Yes,
meds
can
interfere
in
our
healing
process.
She
did
exam
my
posture,
my
arms,
where
my
movements
were
limited
and
traced
a
plan
for
physio
rehab
with
Exercise
therapist
named
Nick
Taylor.
Actually,
this
was
the
first
time
that
a
physiotherapist
took
their
time
and
examined
my
entire
body.
Second
round:
Nick
Taylor!
The
therapist
already
had
all
my
file
and
all
the
notes
from
Louisa
and
gladly
he
is
a
truly
kind
person
and
an
excellent
professional.
First,
he
explained
what
the
plan
was,
he
questioned
about
my
health,
my
concerns,
he
understood
what
I
was
expecting
and,
little
by
little
he
makes
you
feel
comfortable,
and
he
builds
your
confidence.
Nick
is
exigent,
but
at
the
same
time,
he
understands
that
I
am
not
the
most
healthy
person,
and
he
gives
me
a
small
break
if
I
need.
This
was
my
3rd
week
at
the
clinic
and
for
the
first
time
in
years
I
am
finally
feeling
much
less
pain
in
my
shoulder.
I
just
can`t
thank
you
enough.
Ah!
Did
I
tell
you
that
they
have
doggy
therapist
in
this
clinic?
Yes,
It
could
not
be
more
perfect!
I
get
to
pet
the
dog
in
between
my
physio
rehab.
It
makes
things
easier!
;)
