I was recommended to see Rowena by a co-worker and I'm so glad I was!!! Rowena has been very helpful in reducing my shoulder/back pain after a car accident in the summer. She has been so patient, very knowledgeable, and a fantastic acupuncturist! I would highly recommended if you haven't tried acupuncture or cupping to see her first. She will teach you about your body as well so you can better help yourself. If you're scared of needles or cupping, you're safe in Rowena's hands! I have fallen a sleep multiple times and always sleep better after my session with her. I have seen Rowena for many times and I can truly say that she is the best Acupuncturist I have ever encountered. My job is quite demanding on my neck and shoulders. I often end up with incredibly tight muscles that cause terrible tension on my shoulder and head. Each session I had with Rowena always have tremendous results. I’ve been seeing Rowena for over 2 years for facial acupuncture as well as micro needling and I absolutely love Rowena. She really cares about beautiful skin and her treatments are effective and she is a knowledgeable about skin and acupuncture. What I also love about Rowena is that she also puts extra effort to make you feel relaxed and soothed so it doesn’t feel like just a clinical treatment. For example, she gives a massage when you have a facial mask on and she gives an excellent massage. Rowena is also super nice and friendly and I always look forward to my next appointment. I’ve since moved to Kelowna but will definitely make the trip down to see Rowena.
