Went to get my twins their first pair of skis, boots, helmets etc. Staff made the experience simple with their knowledge and patience with my girls. 2 year olds can be tough at the best of times. Fitted out perfectly and far quicker than I’d expect. Their buy back program was exactly what we need for growing kids in this sport. Will be back next year to get them fitted out again. Thank you!

My husband and I visited the store in April to rent snow gear and found the service was awful. The owner of the store rushed the entire fitting process. He didn't ask any questions as to the type of board we were after, and when we asked to return it, he gave us so much attitude. We then decided to rent in Whistler and the experience was worlds apart, and not much more expensive.

Absolutely amazing staff who go above and beyond. Had trouble finding gear for my boyfriend and UA went above and beyond to find equipment that was the right right for him and his limited time here. They even turned around servicing on our snowboard quicker than usual to ensure we could stick to our itinerary on the mountain. Prices are decent and they don't try to rob you like they do on the mountains. Would definitely come back.

Great experience at Urban Alpine. Drove up from Vancouver because they had inventory of the skis I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. I also ended up buying my bindings and boots there as well. The Staff were both friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I had the right fit in a boot that met my expectations. Everything was ready for me when they said it would be as well. Thanks to the whole team!

I went with my daughter to give moral support while she bought new ski boots to replace the old ones. She had 20 years with them hurting. She was given a good deal so also bought new skis. Very good friendly service and very knowledgeable.

This is an awesome little ski shop. Perfect selection of good quality/stylish gear chosen by people who ski. The ski techs know what they’re doing and you get fast, friendly service from a locally-owned company. Amazing place to stop on your way to Whistler. Grab some sushi next-door to feed the family, and grab what you need for the slopes. I needed a quick binding adjustment, which would’ve taken me 48 hours anywhere else, they did it in 10 minutes. Love these guys.

Best ski shop in Squamish. Owner is passionate and helpful. Been here many times and always unreal service. Recently got my gfs skis and board base grinded and ptexed and super happy with the work. 10/10 recommended
