Huge disappointment after rating this dental center as a five star, a few weeks ago. When I came in today, the doctor showed very little respect on the several issues that (I am very well aware) I have, and that need help with. Giggling and un-called comments, showed very little professionalism and respect towards the patient. On the other hand, the supporting crew and dental assistants are respectful and kind, thank you for that.

Highly not recommended! I came for the fillings and came home recognizing my healthy front tooth was accidentally sharped off. I came back right away and had next day appointment. In 30 minutes examination and discussion, the dentist refused his mistakes, he insisted that my bone loss ( lots of dental terminology that I can’t remember) while the surface of my tooth was normal before the appointment as well as in the pictures taken by their office less than 2 weeks ago. In short, the dentist damaged my naturally healthy tooth but didn’t admit their mistakes or take responsibility for it. Instead, the dentist recommended me to brace my teeth to fix the hole in my tooth. This is an obvious problem - the change in my front tooth can be seen by normal eyes but they can refuse it. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Please be careful!

I want to thank all of you for making the dentist such a positive experience for my children. The admin staff has always been friendly and helpful, which meant so much to me, and the hygienists and dentist were always super approachable, friendly, kind, and gentle with my kids. We appreciate you so much!

Receptionist at that time gave me a bad taste. Asked if I was in a rush for appointment because of insurance reason ?? Excuse me, I just had to travel out, what is this assumption that it is for financial reason. Also, had to randomly specify that their costs are a lot higher because of location. I feel these comments are very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Highly recommend! The staffs are incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. I have been a patient of Dr.Jocelyn Mitchell few years. she is such a talented dentist, She is friendly, with professional skills. and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. This place and Dr. Mitchell's skill is worth every penny. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thanks to Dr.Mitchell again, you made my smiling so shining. I had my tooth filled and after a year I had very bad pain, when I contacted for emergency and mentioned that same tooth is hurting Dr. Baird still charged me for diagnoses for $190. He noticed there was bubble under the filling, after all the pain I had due to poor filling, I had to pay extra for diagnoses. I decided to leave the review and share my experience

My wife's teath look great! Georgia Dental and Dr. Baird provided her with a comprehensive dental plan, executed that plan to perfection and all at a reasonable price. She loves her smile!

I've been on the hunt for a new dentist for a while decided to try Georgia Dental Group and I'm so glad I did. I was helped by a professional and super friendly team. I appreciated everything about their process, from the detailed information gathering form before the first appointment, to the friendly and high quality care from the hygienists Anastasia and Mikkel and Dr. Cole Wedman. The attention to detail and diagnostic process is amongst the most thorough I've ever experienced and I couldn't be more pleased. Keep up the awesome work!
