My food had some kinda after taste, but other sandwich was good. They forgot our appetizer and not delivered. Our order was kinda mess 😁but in general I liked them. It's White Spot and I like to support them. Lots of free parking and windows all around restaurant.

Pastas are bland, but the bread is good. Wish it had more cheese and less bland. Sometimes soda pops taste strange. This would normally call for 2 or 3 star but the service is usually exceptional. Staff is accommodating, friendly, and very clearly, honestly, and politely communicate wait times. They also have mobile order so if you park in the specific spots and call they will bring your food to your car so very convenient. I will say there was this oen girl who have been very lazy and not doing that. She insisted I come inside the store. The sign says to call for food to be delivered, I expect that to happen. I visit less now but I hope to visit more if things improve

Server Diana had an attitude the entire time I was there, she ruined what was supposed to be a nice day out with my mother. We were there a few weeks ago and the food was good but her service was simply awful. I was going to ask to speak to a manager, but didn’t want to ruin an otherwise good day. I will continue to eat at White Spot with my family, but never this location again because Diana was so dismissive and did not care about her job in the slightest. I think she needs to find a new career, because clearly serving is not the right kind of job for her

I have been to many White Spots in my time, and this is one of them. It is located in a strip mall, next to a dollar store and a nail salon, and has a cosy and casual atmosphere that could be anywhere in North America.. The menu is a varied selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads and pies, all of which are tasty, hearty and affordable. The highlight of this place is the legendary "secret Triple O sauce", which is a tangy and creamy blend of mayonnaise, ketchup and relish that adds a burst of flavour to any dish. The service today was fast, friendly and attentive. The waiter who took our order was cheerful and helpful, and always smiled and made eye contact. He brought us our food and then checked on us regularly throughout the meal. We never had to wait for more napkins, cutlery, or water or a free refill on the Great thick cut fries. Be warned if you want some coffee stimulation, a weak, bland, watery unlimited refill cup of coffee is almost $5. Insane for what you get. I left the White Spot feeling full, happy and relaxed, and a little angry, I did not go to Starbucks or Timmy before my visit. I would recommend it to anyone who likes good food at reasonable prices. It is a must try if you are visiting the west coast of Canada.

One of my fave places for comfort breakfast. Good for both bringing family or tucking into a book with a fave meal. I love their brunch and burgers, and still miss their hot turkey dinner (discontinued last year sadly) but still get it when I seasonally can. BC Chicken Burger remains my perennial fave

Took a while to get our order ready and served. I understand it was a busy workday night, however 35 min. after placing an order is a bit longer than usual. Food was good, like in any other WS, no complaints there. I wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner.

I met a friend for lunch after the Christmas season. I ordered the chicken quesadilla without salad or fries. Good size portion at first glance, but the chicken was a bit scarce, and the majority of the filling was cheese and corn. I am not sure that the consumer is getting a fair deal with this particular menu item. The price of a 9 oz glass of wine was almost as much as the meal. Our server was awesome and allowed us our time to catch up. I think management need to consider that in this current economy, any customer that chooses to dine at this establishment, is paying for a meal, that would provide 2 to 3 meals worth of food to dine at home.

We were very happy with the food and service today. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. The table wasn’t ready when they walked us to it and we had to wait. It was definitely worth the wait. The veggie burger 🍔 was fresh and the mushrooms 🍄 and sautéed onions 🧅 with triple o sauce made the burger 🍔 absolutely delicious 😋 Our daughter loved the salad 🥗 with salmon and our other daughter loved the kids meal 💕 with fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 Glad we saved room for dessert 🍨 We went back today. The food was not put together very well and the portions were small. The server was not very happy.

I love the White Spot at any location. The Port Coquitlam restaurant I went to had a drive-in plus regular seating. I used the drive-in. Food was terrific and the drive-in offers a unique experience. I recommend it ❤️.

We've been to this restaurant before but never for breakfast. The day we visited contrary to my everyday routine didn't have breakfast. I ordered from brunch menu which had eggs, chicken, hash brown, toast and jam. My wife ordered Nat's beef dip. My plate was delicious and too much to be able to finish it by myself. My wife's food was ok but nothing to brag about. The service was good, the lady serving us was fast and attentive.

Went for a late dinner with my sister. I got the perogies and the quesadilla from the happy hour menu and both were absolutely fantastic. My sister’s dinner was really good too. Our waitress was super nice, on top of all our needs and once we finished we stay a little but longer chatting without realizing they had already closed. However we were let to stay without kicking us out. Thank you for that. Def recommend this spot.

Ordered the New York steak and the gochujang chicken burger. Both were delicious and out waitress, Bella was very friendly and hospitable. Look forward to coming again.

2 out of the 3 sets of utensils were dirty, caked with old food. My sister's burger patty was burnt and fries were cold. The service was good though, the food quality was not up to par.

My favourite place for a tasty burger. My waitress Alexa took great care of me and recommended that I try the Monty Mushroom because I always get the Bacon Cheddar. My Wife and I had an awesome time. Keep up the great work!

I went at 3.15 today July17, 2022 to dine in for a late lunch in Sun-wood Square in Port Coquitlam. After waiting for half an hour I got a burned burger and a small soup. The beef in burger only had the middle part not burned and it was a very tinny burger. It was very disrespectful to me that the cook didn’t care about what he was serving to his customer. I returned it back after two bites and they made another one. The waiter and the manager both apologized for that. I should mention that some pieces of tomatoes inside the soap tasted wired, but I was so hungry to ate that anyway. I was yesterday in another branch of white spot in Somewhere in North Vancouvet with my daughter and her kids and we ordered for brunch and We had quite a good experience over there. That was the reason I went back today to Coquitlam branch and my experience was quite different. I also should say that their washrooms in Port Coquitlam were disgusting too. There were a big amount of waiters and waitresses there and in spite of those number of employees, their system was not working well. I think after pandemic, this branch is not caring about their services. I was always going there with my family before Covid and I had my best memories there. I am disappointed and wish they care about sanity and how they serve their customers. White Spite branches were always my number one choice in between restaurants and now I have to be cautious about that.

Always love this location, the ambiance is nice AND allows your kid to be kinda loud without getting stared at. Men's bathroom sink is haunted though and stays on for either 2 min or hates you. Strangely charming.

I worked at this Sunwood Square location in the late 1980s and have always had a soft spot for the restaurant. My family and I had our dinner there tonight and were treated to the usual good food. But what made this visit extra special was the great service we received from our server, Madison. She was very friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal - she also went out of her way to make our visit special after finding out we were out-of-towners. As well, the managers, Jordan and another Manager (sorry didn’t get his name) also stopped by and asked to let them know if we needed anything. Overall, fantastic service and great meal! Sadly, I don’t get to visit this White Spot too often as I live in Ontario now and only visit occasionally.

White spot is an absolute classic. We always opt for the drive up option, feels so nostalgic and fun to do that! They have great service, you can even get all you can eat fries from your car ☺️

I think this was my first dine-in experience at White Spot- usually only eat it on bc ferries. I didn't have high expectations to be honest. We went for brunch and I had the avocado bowl which was hearty with lots of veg and three poached eggs ( subbed these in place of scrambled eggs). However, my friend had the eggs benny with veg, but it only had a few pieces of wilted spinach... While my meal felt worth the cost, I thought the menu was pretty expensive, generally speaking. Service was fine, and the coffee was good.

Our server, I believe his name was Simon, was amazing. We went close to closing. And he was super accommodating. He was clearly busy and all on his own and he handled it so well. The food was served to us hot and timely. Food was delicious. The bacon brie sandwich was so flavourful.

Always enjoy our meals at this iconic BC restaurant. The menu consists of burgers, pasta dishes, seafood and steaks, salads .. something for all tastes.. the car hop service is available here too..Bon Appétit

I always loved White Spot growing up. Dad used to take us on occasion as kids, and then again, as adults, I took my own child from time to time. Been years, though, as I thought they had all been shuttered. Apparently, I was misinformed. There is at least 1 left in Coquitlam. Same tasty food as I remember, our server was quick, cute, and courteous. Albeit a little loud, it was the peak of lunch service and a group of 45 little hockey players were in the room. Still though, a good quick meal, reasonably priced. White Spot.

I've been to all the different locations around Coquitlam/Maple Ridge and this one is my new favorite. I walked in, got seated immediately and the food is about what you'd expect from a White Spot. It's not Joe Fortes, but it's great for what it is. The service was exceptional to say the least. The lady I had was on the ball with everything. Drink was empty for all of 30 seconds before I was asked if I wanted another and less than a minute after I put my card on the table she was there with the machine. Very charming, well done. 👍🏽

Overall, it was okay. Would have been nice if the host asked us where we would like to sit. It seems like a small thing but it sets the tone for the rest of the experience. Waitress was quick to arrive, pleasant and attentive. Food was quality, with the exception of the waffle which was cold, unlike the strawberry topping that tasted like it was tossed in the microwave just before serving. Not their best dish.

Legendary burger was one of the worst ones o had for some reason and I had them before. It wasn’t this bad. Dry, very little sauce. Humboldt squid was very greasy, I had to return it back to kitchen and didn’t want a replacement. Kids pirate meal is great. Great for entertaining kids. Server was very inexperienced I guess. She was young. But that’s ok. I wasn’t expecting too much. She will learn. We may go back again next year maybe. This place is a once a year place for us.

Imagine paying over $20 for a mushroom burger then receiving a burger patty which is obviously pre-formed from frozen (in other words not made in house) and hardly any mushrooms. It was not very enjoyable. If you are going to charge a premium price make a premium burger or drop the price way down on that bad boy. The fries were a collection of fragmented fries that were dark colored and hard. Seemed like they were "bottom of the basket" fries. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very comfortable and not too busy. All said and done I put food in my mouth. My Father and brother enjoyed their meals. Summary: Processed frozen burger + nasty, greasy hard fries + cost over $20 = disappointment, disgust and anger.

Went with friends and family for my birthday and I understand 35 people is a big party and very stressful of course the food was great and the server serving our party was amazing but my friend had fish and chips and there was something hard in it and it kinda hurt his tooth so he pointed it out to a server (that wasn't serving our party) and the server got very mad and argued with my friend grabbed his plate spilling it on him to not bring back a new order for him as I complained to our server about the incident I find out that he was the supervisor working at that time.... He was very unprofessional and VERY RUDE I will not be returning to this location again that is how rude he was

Left a not very flattering review a couple of weeks ago was contacted by Brandon a manager at Whitespot he took the time to listen to my complaints and concerns and what I appreciated the most was he wasn’t trying to give me any excuses for what happened. A lot of businesses won’t own there mistakes but I felt he genuinely just wanted to know so he could make sure it didn’t happen again. We have been back since then and everything was excellent. Thanks again Brandon excellent customer service.

The food was very good. Small portions but very good. Just the right amount of hollandaise sauce, not over salty like some places. Service was awesome

There was no wait time, the hostess took our information (Covid-19 contact) seated well within current guidelines, and our waitress was quick, cheerful and let us know what some of the specials were. Great choice with both of us having the Fish and chips, although I did opt for a salad instead. Light crisp batter, firm fish cooked just right. Our waitress suggested the "mini" Salted Caramel brownie, oh my goodness! There are no photos of our awesome meal because it looked too good to wait , Will be back again 😋

Foods always good... very slow when I was there as the car hop WAS PACKED and all the Door dash orders. Service was great though even though it was swamped out back.

We have only ever had 1 bad time here and it was because the lady at the front was overwhelmed. It has great servers as they always seem to be friendly and the food is as good as all white spots. I recommend to anyone who enjoys white spot haha

Ordered pickup from here on NYE and I was left rather disappointed. My order was pretty simple, and the online thing when I ordered said that I would be able to pick it up at 18:06. I arrived at 18:06, and my order wasn't ready for pickup until 18:42. Note: I am *totally* fine with an order taking over an hour to produce...I have no problems with that at all, but I expect to be told that up-front so I can decide whether or not that is too late for me, as well as show up at the correct time. To make matters (much) worse, both of the burgers I had ordered were ordered with bacon added. Despite having paid for the bacon...there was no bacon on the burgers! None! Everybody knows that burgers *need* bacon! It makes them taste SO much better, and yet these were lacking. That was the worst :-( Still giving two stars because aside from this the food we did finally get was pretty good...but still...I got shafted on bacon and my time :-/

Great food, excellent service! The seasonal menu was overlooked by us due to the online menu being not super clear, and I think the holiday playlist is way too short. If I heard the same song definitely twice in the span of the hour I was there, then the staff must be losing their marbles! Holiday music 24/7 is torture enough, but a super short holiday playlist should be considered a war crime.

Great place for dining w/ friends & family Place is big and clean. Food that we ordered were pretty fresh and we were satisfied. Onion rings were hot & crisp, our back-ribs were cooked properly with good amount of sauce. I think the place is too big for the number of staffs working on the floor to cover them all because when we were there it was pretty full but took awhile for servers to come and check how were doing. Plenty space for parking as they are sharing within the complex but I say they brought the good experience on our visit! :)

Nice friendly staff when I was here. They have a patio as well as a good sized indoor area for seating and TVs for watching sports etc. Happy hour was good with some drinks and a few food specials. Tried the mushroom flatbread and a halibut burger and both where food. Worth a try if your around during happy hours.

Check your order. They will consistently get it wrong. Often staff don't seem to care, service is slow and an apology is seldom forthcoming when then screw up the order.

Horrible Service Waited 45 minutes in my car for the curbside pick-up that didn't happen. Waited outside for an additional 15 minutes for my order. And just an "I'm sorry for the wait" Waiting an hour for food is just unacceptable. If the curbside pick-up is unavailable, it should be clearly posted. So people can get out of their car and put their name in. Now, I gotta try and enjoy my soggy fries and liquidy milkshake.
