I've been here many times, I don't always get the beef pho, I usally order the pork vermicelli Bowl, it's been really good latley they have some young teenager working at the front but he usually gets orders right place is pretty good. Even for take out its good a little bit expensive in my opinion. The soup is quite nice as well no tripe don't eat that.

I love the food here and it’s fantastic after a movie marathon. The staff could be more friendly and the atmosphere is not the greatest but their pho and banh mi can’t be beat!

I was there with my friend. He had a large noodles and the soup base was awesome. The portion was good vs the one closed by. I ordered an ice coffee and it didn’t disappoint :) went also today for hue. The soup base is yum and my friend’s grilled pork taste good as well. This is a taste of lemon grass on the meat.

This place is different than the other pho 99s. The price and food is amazing. I hope they don’t increase the prices and lower the food quality like most restaurants out there. I recommend it to everyone.

I ordered a soup and found already there are some cilantro in a soup. I did not know it and asked to change my soup, because I can not it at all. The waitress name is Lan and she gave me a menu again and said, next time, make sure if you don't want it, let us know. I said okay, thanks Then I read menu carefully, no explanation about cilantro on menu. I asked, just wonder where is explaining about that? Because I remember when I eat pho here before, there is no cilantro. Then she was laughing and shaked her head and talked with their coworkers with vitaminese. Then she said to me,see the picture! But I didn't know that Green thing is green onion or other vegetables, looked old menu. The reason that I was mad is her attitude, I remember she has worked here long time and she is a waitress but she was so rude and laughed customers front of me. I really want to talk with owner and want to get apologize. I couldn't eat at all, if she is working there, I won't go there any more.

Big glass of tea. Very average pho. I felt that they recycle their sprouts and noodles. Sprouts were soggy. I had to ask for a replacement. Hence 3 stars.

I started eating here at Pho99 since I was 7 years old and it is still one of if not the greatest noodles I have tasted in my entire life. As soon as you walk in, interior design will just take your breath away. The service was just perfect and the food was delicious. A perfect affordable amount of portion. This is a great place to take a break from work or to have dinner with your friends and family after Zone Bowling or watching a movie!

Great Vietnamese restaurant, with a wide variety of selection of dishes, and vegetarian options. I stumbled upon this place while looking for a quick bite, while doing some yard work. The veggie sub, iced coffee, and lemonade will totally replenish your energy for the rest of the day. Might stop by again from Vancouver. Hehe.

This branch of Pho99 is a little on the salty side for food, but the portion quantity is quite generous! Bahn mi was excellent as well, and uses bread that's just the right crustiness level. Spring roll combo of 3 different types of spring rolls is an excellent value for an appetizer to share. Lemongrass pork chop and chicken rice is also super on point.

Best pho ever! I tried so many pho places. But always come back here. I ordered the house special pho, spring rolls, salad rolls (I forgot to take a pic of it 🤦‍♀️) and avocado smoothie. Sooo good! 👍

This is our family’s go to Pho since 2018! Never gets disappointed with the food!!! The meat is almost always super soft, tender and juicy specially the ones on the rice platter. The soup is always flavourful and the spring rolls are so yummy!! I love their fresh lightly dressed salad too! With regards to the service, I think it’s more a cultural thing. The servers are probably not trained in customer service and I’m guessing it’s not a thing in their culture. But the lady gave us extra bowls and a pair of scissors even without us asking for it. She just did according to our order and seeing our baby!

The Phò broth was very salty, the spring rolls looked liked and tasted like they were cooked twice, our smoothies had massive ice chips in it. All in all we were very disappointed, I wouldn't suggest eating here in the evening... the New Westminster Phò 99 is leagues better.

Very disappointed in my last visit. Maybe we went there too early, beef stew was watery. Amount of noodles in the soup was significantly reduced. Will not go back again.

My husband and I started going here and now we are regulars. All the food we have ever ordered has been fantastic. We started with doing take out all the time until recently we have been going to dine in. The staff is so sweet and the service is great!

I'm not a pho expert by any means, but I can tell that they have a really nice broth here. I know a handful of pho spots there are overall decent, but the broth is not a memorable one. For me personally, Pho 99 is a different story – soup itself is delicious. I also like that they have a small portion, which is perfect for me, so I don't have to take leftovers to go, which happens to me in many other Vietnamese restaurants. The prices are very reasonable. Service might be a bit slow, but taking into account everything said above, I'm okay with that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could I would give them zero stars. Firstly, customer service is very poor. Two ladies were working and one of the lady got the order wrong (sizing). Never wrote down the order but it was short and simple as we ordered 2 of the same item. Once we learned that the order was wrong we told them and both ladies ignored us and did nothing to rectify the situation. The issue was about sizing... we wanted large and they ignored us and we even told them that we are still hungry from it but continue to ignore. Very awful I would not recommend going there at all. The first sign of any issue they do not even help a customer. The issue was so small and easy to rectify. The fact that they did not even attempt they IGNORED US, shows that the lack of respect to customers. We asked you really not going to do anything and they both ignored. Secondly, the place is not hygienic they sat us in an area that had mold odours so we asked to move. I will not continue to support this pho place as we dined there multiple times prior to this incident.

It is the first restaurant that I ate when I came to Canada. I like their rice nodules. I go there once a month to eat rice nodules.🙂

How can you not like Pho 99? The food is delicious, the staff are so friendly, and when the bill comes it feels like they must have forgot something. Would definitely recommend.

Food was great. The customer service was excellent. I guess the only downside in my opinion is that it doesn't have a warm mom n pop feel to it.

Tasty pho that doesn't feel like dishwater. I've been bypassing Pho places for quite a while, but this place puts it back on my radar. I'll be back, as I enjoyed the food and left feeling full and having good value for the money.

GREEN ZIPTIE IN SOUP. Normally this place is half decent, so we went and got take out. Oct 2022: Looks like the new owner took over a while back. DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER BY PHONE FOR PICK UP. The Uber eats price was higher than menu prices. So I figured I’d call to order and pick up. They charge $0.50 per item on pick ups. I’m so done with this place. Bought the soup/noodle home in the separate container provided, put everything in a pot to reboil. Poured it out in to a bowl find a GREEN ZIPTIE in the noodle. This is basically a semi hard plastic stick. NOT OK. This is a serious choking hazard if it was given to a child.

Went in today placed order to go, vermacelli lemongrass chicken and spring roll and two orders of deep fried wontons - wontons in same box (not seperate? And uneven number - asked no bean sprouts had bean sprouts and ordered chicken got pork - not great experience

Terrible service, doesn’t help that they’re understaffed. Long wait time only to have the food come out wrong and get attitude from the servers.

Food was amazing, probably some of the best Pho I have had since I was a kid! Customer service was great, some nice young gentlemen were working and took us to our table right away, brought water out and took our orders pretty fast. Affordable food, with a decently large portion. Food came out fast and hot. Everything was clean and delicious! Great location. Ate there after bowling at Zone Bowling, although Cineplex is nearby as well. I will be returning soon with the rest of the family :)

food was good. But one of the staff was making blended drinks, took the small spoon and scraped the blender, then 3 times I watched him taste the 3 individual smoothie, and put the spoon back in to serve to people… never order a blended drink here

Always great food. But even better is the GREAT service. Always greeted with a warm friendly smile…. Always felt welcomed. The Pho is always served hot and all other dishes just as delicious. Been coming to this Schoolhouse location for many years and highly recommend it to others. Clean and spacious restaurant with plenty of free parking.
