I booked this hotel hoping this is a Wyndham hotel and keep their standards everywhere. But I was wrong. When we got to the hotel we were greeted well by the hotel staff. We were given a two bedroom room. There was a bad smell looks like the room was never maintained and no one booked it in ages. The stove was very old. The fridge seems to be new. There was bugs including spiders and roaches. Also the fridge was not cooling after turning it on / cooling after 2-3 hours. I tried to call front desk they told me there is no maintenance person available to look at the fridge they will come in the morning (although I told them I have stuff in the fridge which may get rotten they ignored it). Regarding bugs they didn't had any solution for me like switching room etc. They promised to send house cleaning people in the morning and do a deep cleaning and room sanitizing. I called them up the next morning asking to send a cleaning person they said they will later I found out they didn't send anyone. The fridge guy came in fixed the issue. I reminded them again the next morning asking to send a cleaning people. They promised but no one came in. When I came back in the evening the room was still not cleaned. I tried to register my complaint but nothing happened. This was our last night at the hotel. Hotel people tried to offer us a switching the room around 11 pm which was no good for us. I have reported about this incident at Wyndham customer service which I have not heard back as of now. But I also wanted to report this at google review so no one else will go through this kind of situation

I wish I knew how to rate this hotel, I was stuck on whether to bump it to 4 stars based solely on the fact they had an indoor pool and hottub. My son and I had a great time there and I was happy with the hours it was open. Also, the hotel price was far less expensive than others I had browsed. Our room had a door right to outside and so I was able to park my car right in front of the room. There were no issues with noise. However, the room itself was a bit of a buzz kill. It wasn't very clean and there was some kind of allergen in the room (dust, smoke, mold) that had us sneezing and very stuffed up. The room was very cold, but when the heater was on it smelled like burning. We arrived early for check-in and the person at the front desk wasn't very accommodating, she basically just turned us away without offering the option of an early check-in. At check-out, I had to wait 15 minutes in line. The vending machines were nearly empty and had only an option or 2. These are all fixable things that could bump this place to a 4/4.5 due to price and pool. If you manage your expectations about the room and bring your own drinks/snacks, I think you'll find this a great place to stay.

Oh my goodness!!! Unfriendly front desk staff. We were put into a room absolutely the farthest away from the lobby with 2 young kids. You can't reach this room via hotel lobby, you have to go drive to the back of the property that did not seem part of the hotel. The kicker was 50 landscape workers show up at 7 am right under my kids window, cheering, giving pep talks for over an hour. This was very loud and a bit unnerving because of how many there were. I honestly did not feel safe at the back of this hotel.

I’m visiting the area and flew across the country for a celebration of life. I was concerned when I saw the reviews on this place, but, I thought I’m only spending a few days. I really don’t understand all the bad reviews on this place. I have worked in the service industry for over forty years and I have seen hotels with better reviews that weren’t as nice. I’m not saying that the place is perfect; it does have a few minor issues (one broken tile in the lobby floor, and the detail cleaning (corners and above doors) could be better, but that’s not enough for me to give the place a bad review. The heated pool and whirlpool are nice - only complaint is that you have to walk outside to get to them, but they do have a change room and shower area close to the pool. The restaurant was very nice, but the lounge area looked like something that would be more suitable inside a Legion. The bed was clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated, but clean. If you’re expecting this to be an ultra fancy place with room service like the Plaza Hotel in New York or Royal York in Toronto, then this is not the place for you. Furthermore, I wandered around the neighbourhood after dark; it’s generally a very safe area. Use common sense. The staff are very friendly and polite. I called to the front desk to get pool towels. They didn’t pick up after a few rings, so I figured they were tied up with another guest. Security showed up at my room asking if I was okay because they couldn’t get to the phone. I told the security officer that I needed some towels for the pool. The officer returned with two towels for me.

There was hair on the counter tops and edges of the tub. a petrified spider was on the AC unit and had obviously been there a while. The TV remote did not work. There was crud under the bed skirt. The room was not clean and we were late checking in (after 9 pm) The whole experience made me question the cleaning standards. For the price, my expectations were definitely higher!! Very disappointing

Short story = 100% DO NOT recommend - Read on to see why... My family and I stayed here for one night before heading out on our long drive home. The location immediately was concerning to us to the point that we purposely moved our vehicle within view of our window and brought all valuables into our room. The room was stifling hot and the AC was not able to cool the room down at all. The windows do not have screens and are low enough that children could very easily fall out of if not supervised. The fridge was not that cold and the TV remote was missing the back plate leaving the batteries visible (not great with a curious toddler staying in the room). There isn't alot of plug ins for charging anything and I unplugged the alarm clock to use the outlet to find the alarm clock cord was spliced together with another cord and taped up with electrical tape (I decided to leave it unplugged because you know...safety?). We decided to take the kids to the pool to let off some steam and have a little fun before bed. The pool was not clean, with debris and clumps of hair floating in the pool. We shrugged it off because the pool is used by many including swimming lessons, which I think had just finished before we got in but still... After getting back to the room, showering in a very dated shower/toilet room (the sink is not in the bathroom), we decided to get cozy for the evening to find the sheets on one of the beds was questionably stained (I'm talking dried boogers and possibly dried blood...not confirmed of course) I went to the lobby to discuss this with the staff, and after waiting in line a very kind staff member asked me if they could help me (knowing I've already checked in earlier) and provided me with extra clean sheets and advised I chat with management in the morning to request a discount on our stay (but clearly this is an issue because they asked me not to mention their name during this request). To finish off the evening, upon looking out the window (looking out towards the pool entrance) we spotted multiple rats running back and forth in the parking lot. Keep in mind that we were relativity close to the water/harbor and there's a fenced garbage area for the local restaurant which easily attracts them. After a sleepless night, we couldn't check out fast enough. We did receive a 20% discount on our stay after chatting with the front desk, however the charge still seemed unreasonable for the quality of our stay in their hotel. We will never stay here again.

Why was it excellent? Where to begin…. Let’s start with the staff, the staff is impeccable so friendly and so accommodating checking was fast and easy! As for the rooms the rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable and I could eat out of those bathrooms floor they’re so clean and I love the sink location outside the bathroom.. And the cable package is amazing, they have every channel! I’ve never tried the restaurant ,but everyone comes out of there looking happy and satisfied I can’t wait to try it and the place smells good. I love the motel feel on this place and it’s unique appearance. The hallways are cool anyways I love staying at these place it’s great and watch for the friendly old man who patrols the motel.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bathroom was v dirty too. The tub drain was extremely slow. Staff wasn't nice either. And the washer dryer is sooo far from our room and you had to go all the way out to access it. It's v v far from downtown Vanc too. Not recommended at all

I booked for 2 nights based on the pictures and didn’t read the reviews. As soon as you walk in the hotel there is a stinky smell. I decided to stay anyway because I did a 3rd party booking with Priceline and it’s non- refundable unless there is certain circumstances. The room wasn’t any better. It was stink too. I have sinus issues since I got Omicron virus and It affected mine & my grandsons breathing and we had a horrible sleep. I couldn’t stand to stay another night because of the stink smell! The hotel Manager didn’t care as I did not get a reimbursement for the 2nd night! Do not stay here, it is not worth any money you would pay!

So, my family is loving this place, the pool and service is great. However, I am in the cleaning biz....lol. And my room had a lot of dust on the furniture--headboard, lamps, places where cleaners that aren't paid much are not going to clean unless they are told. That said, they may have to complete a room quickly, and we were given our room early. So that was great. However, the mirror has a massive hand print on it. Just little things like that help make you feel clean. But the sash at the end of our bed had a very bright white liquid stain on it. And looked biological. I also realize that these are not cleaned regularly. We took it off the bed and enjoyed our stay. Just some of the things I noticed. I do feel safe, the AC works and seems and we are comfortable 🙏 Not gonna let a cum stain, some dust and some dude latent print to screw our time. Everything else is great. The front desk is helpful too.

I booked this hotel prior to reading reviews... After reading reviews I was concerned what I might be walking into. Thankfully those low reviews were not comparable to my experience. Best part of this hotel is the Staff. They are all so friendly and really make the experience. The pool was perfectly warm, the room was a little too warm when we arrived but to be fair it was +30° outside and the AC kicked in quickly. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and accommodating Beds were comfortable and spacious. Overall good value and I would stay again.

The main lobby was dark and smelled of cigarettes. The entire hotel was out dated- the furniture, the paint, appliances, the bathroom. Our toilet seat was peeling and looked like it had been taped at one point. Our first night, it sounded like "jack hammers" being dragged across the ceiling. It was continuous throughout the night. The morning manager gave us a discount for the first night and offered another room. Couldn't promise there wouldn't be any noises. Luckily, it didn't happen as frequently the next 2 nights, only a couple times in the mornings. There were old spider webs all over, in every room and bathroom. Dead bugs on the walls and ceiling. Beds were mostly hard. The cleanliness of the rooms was terrible. Would have moved hotels, but everywhere was sold out due to multiple tournaments in the area. Some of the staff were polite, everyone else was just "there". At the end of the day, it served its purpose. Will not be staying there again, and DEFINITELY do not recommend. Read other reviews before booking.

Horrible customer service! I booked a stay through a third party, when I called to cancel the front desk assured me I would not be charged, obviously they charged me. Rather the directing me to the proper channels to cancel my bookings they just told me they wouldn’t charge me and basically stole my money. Didn’t even set foot in the hotel, shame!!!!

The room was filthy! We stayed in Room 401. Pillows have stains and so are the bedsheets and blankets I had to ask for new ones. The floor looked like it was not mopped for ages. The bathroom tub is clogged. When showering, the water pools in the tub and doesn't drain. I regret paying for our hotel room at your hotel. Oh and the room beside the bathroom doesn't have an A/C we were sweating the whole night

Upon check in the clerk was inexperienced and unable to understand the things I was telling him . He was unable add my Wyndham rewards to my stay. I came back to front desk the next morning to add my rewards account and was refused by the new clerk stating that after check in he was unable add the account. The rooms were somewhat small and dirty staff was not friendly or helpful. They don't seem to understand hospitality .

I stayed here for a work trip. Needless to say, it’s the best place I’ve been at for this work trip and I’ve been going to the same hotel for the last 3 years. I love this hotel and so far, everything the management does. When I went to the lobby to get coffee the news was playing and the floors were freshly mopped. The front desk guy was super friendly and said Hello!

This is a horrible place. No elevator, and they won’t even help you with your luggage up the stairs. Front desk was mean, and just didn’t care about the problems you’re having. She would only say “you can talk to the manager when he’s here 2 days later.” We came back one night, and our room wasn’t even cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty, they trash was full, no toilet paper or fresh towels. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Horrible! Do NOT stay here if you have a family. First off, it is exterior entrances that do not feel secure at all. This “hotel” feels more like low income housing. I paid a decent amount for a suite so that my 5yr old could sleep in a separate room from my husband and I. We did not few safe enough for her to sleep in there on her own, due to the very weak, unsecured window that went to the exterior walkway. There was extension cords plugged into extension cords in multiple locations throughout the rooms. In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling in the shower area. In one of the rooms, there was a home floor fan as there was no temperature control system in it, and I am also assuming it was to move air around in the moist, musty smelling room. We attempted to take my daughter to the pool, only to find a drug deal happening at the entrance to the pool. One of our vehicles were blocked in by a landscape company truck and trailer. In the early morning, the parking lot was used as a muster station for a very large landscaping company with 5 or 6 vehicles, and dozens of workers, causing my daughter to be woken up early. We did not sleep well due to us being kept up late by unsavory people walking back and forth in front of our exterior entrance and the thin window in the room that my daughter was supposed to sleep in. The only thing good about this experience was the front desk staff allowing us to cancel the rest of our 5 night stay after the first night. We did not receive a discount or anything for this stay. Do not believe the pictures on the website. Ramada as a company should be ashamed for having their name on this property.

Room price is reasonable. 1st floor room has door to the outside, making it easier to load/unload car. Room has Keurig machine and complimentary coffee is provided. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby for guests. The room has a microwave oven and a good size fridge. The sink is outside the bathroom, which is great when you travel with a partner. However, noise insulation is not that great (but this is a common problem with inexpensive hotels), and the room does not have enough lights.

This is an old motel, rooms and public spaces are dirty. The air conditioning unit sounded like the motor of a plane. When we complained about the cleanliness of the room, the front desk employee promised a deep clean of the room. Result: they emptied the garbage cans and left. Bed was not even made. This is a with a $210.00 per night room rate. I would never recommend this hotel.

Kinda felt let down from the get go as its not a hotel, more of a motel. The front desk attendant wasn't the most pleasant to deal with, seemed tired borderline surly. My wife's first language is not English, and she wasn't sure why we were charged so much extra for the room ( safety deposit and taxes). Saying the same thing again, only yelling at her this time, doesn't help at all. I explained to her what it was in a calmer tone, and we moved on. The room was way overpriced but it was late and most places on the Victoria long weekend were booked up already so our hands were tied in terms of finding somewhere else. Beds were at least comfortable and the TV worked are probably the only good things to say about our room. Grime on the bathroom tiles, the no slip shower tub is painted on. The coffee maker hasn't been cleaned in forever. Wife wiped it out and we were disgusted, so we obviously didn't drink it. The lids don't even fit the cups provided. Bathroom lights burnt out making showering more dark. Ramada used to be a great name in the hotel industry long long ago. I'd rather my family sleep in the car than stay here again. Highly recommend avoiding this place...

While the room was lit and decorated for a superhero, that hero was likely Daredevil. Dim lighting aside, we had a great stay. Free hot chocolates and specialty coffee, and a warm pool+hot tub open from 10-10 made this place a winner! I think you have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned.

Terrible. We booked in advance and asked for a ground floor room as we had 4 bicycles with us. Upon check in, we were told that there were no ground floor rooms available so we had to make multiple trips carrying multiple bicycles up the stairs. The hotel and hallways are old and tired looking. Our room was fine, but it certainly wasn’t clean. There were shaving trimmings in both sinks. It was late and we were tired and the bed looked clean, so we stayed anyway. The switch for the lamp on one side of the bed was broken so you have to unplug it to turn off the light, which means that the plug in to charge your phone won’t work. And the rats! Wow. So many rats running around outside. I definitely would not eat at the on-site restaurant. Super disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they (literally) clean up their act.

Good clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff, nice and clean room, bigger than average fridge, room has microwave and coffeemaker. Beds are comfortable. Only thing that I didn’t like is that the room is so dark, not enough lighting. Other than that everything else was fine for the price you pay.

I have stayed in this hotel three times within the last 10 years. All three times, I would've given this hotel a 3 star. After my most recent experience, I thought I'd give it a review now. Stayed a week and found that the AC stopped working after a couple of days. It sure didn't help that it was in the middle of a heatwave. They requested an additional $150 when we checked in, though I'm not sure if we'll get that back or if it was included. The room was simple, and the beds were comfortable. An issue we brought up was when there were noises in the wall; they sounded like soap dispensers, and the employees didn't seem to have an answer when we asked about it. It would go off at random and would stop before we could get an employee. We later figured it was the washer/dryer a few doors down. The pool was nice. Had a hot tub and regular sized pool. You would've had to go around the back or through an emergency exit to get to it, but at least they had showers there. We tried the pool once and didn't go again due to the rats wandering the parking lot. The restaurant was good. A couple of years back, some of their food was too salty, and we could barely eat it. Now, it was good, and I'd eat there again if I stayed in this hotel. Overall, it's alright, but make sure to check about any additional costs for service. When we asked the front desk if clean towels were free, they didn't seem to have a straight answer. At about $150 dollars per night, it's alright.

Experience was good. Room had a strange smell but very clean and sanitary. Pool was ok. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again but I would say it is maybe a 3.5 star hotel not just a 3 star.

Our U17 soccer team spent a week at this hotel booked by our travel company. We had read the horrible reviews and were anxious about our stay, but Dennis, the manager, reassured us we should not worry. And we were pleasantly surprised!! The rooms were clean, the site and neighbourhood was quiet and well situated near restaurants and shopping malls. You should not expect luxury for the price but the experience was just perfect for a group of young sport players, and much better than expected. The team could even use a briefing room to share meals and discuss next matches. I can safely recommend this hotel.

Very unfriendly staff, Air conditioner in my room was not cooling at all because of which my whole family was not able to sleep the whole night, when I complained about this situation in the morning, the front desk person was was totally indifferent about my complaint as if he didn’t care at all, as his answer to me was ….hmm…ok. Plus there is no drinking water, no security, some rooms are pretty aloof, no elevator. Rude staff.

The staff are friendly and service was very good. Water pressure in shower was good and the rooms had a fridge which was nice. good walking distance from hmart to pick up random snacks. Only complaint was the walls are kinda thin so you can hear when the other room turns on their AC.

This place is exactly what you'd expect for the price... Run down and in dire need of a deep clean and furnishing upgrades. A/C only half works and expelled the moisture inside the room and makes all your clothing and bedding feel like they spent the day in a sauna. Only interacted with staff twice, arrival and departure; they were overall fine but held an extra $150 on my card for "incidentals".. This wasn't listed anywhere when booking.

One of the first things you see is a big sign saying their not responsible for stolen items from your car... The bed makes noise when you sit on it. By the window on the second floor, you could see bones on the roof next to the room. Looked like chicken bones... back outside by the pool at about 9.30 pm. I saw a huge rat. There is no elevator... No breakfast!

Well, I can’t say the reviews are wrong. I stay in a number of hotels and don’t usually write reviews, but in this case, it is well deserved! The comments regarding the cleanliness of the rooms are spot on, no detail the cleaning, hair on the tub, shotty cleaning in most areas of the room. When it comes to the furniture in the room it’s dated and the mattresses are horrendous. If you’ve never been here before, the moment you pull into the place, you start to regret your decision. The comments and reviews around the staff at the front desk are absolutely correct , I went to the front counter to inquire about something and the young lady sat on her phone for three minutes before even lifting up and talking to me if you’re in a bind and you need to stay, it’ll serve the purpose. But if you have any sort of a choice, don’t come here, stay away, run, and never come back!

This was the cleanest and brightest bathroom after 29 days on the road. It was a modest room with a queen bed and nowhere but the floor to put our second case. For a capital city hotel it was reasonably priced and in the right location for visiting friends. The on-site restaurant does not open for breakfast. The coffee machine in the lobby was extraordinary and better than Tim HORTONS as it uses beans.

Unfortunately I booked this hotel based on the website information. This is NOT an updated hotel. Housekeeping never existed for us at all. Rooms have newer flooring and that is it!!! Bathrooms are severely dated and water temperature never consistent. Needs a major renovation. Best part of this hotel is the Chinese food restaurant attached to it!!!!

Quiet little hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. There's a little restaurant attached to the hotel so ordering food was convenient. They even delivered to your room and the restaurant staff is super friendly and accommodating as well. The pool and hot tub area were kept very clean. There's a laundry room on site. If you're looking for a five-star you might want to look somewhere else but if you're looking for a clean quiet affordable place to stay and Coquitlam about 20 minutes from the airport for a couple days in between flights then this is a place to be.

I was worried from other reviews about the cleanliness of the room, but it was great! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful and friendly! We stayed over a long weekend so we thought it would be noisy, but it was great! The only issue we had was with the pool. You have to reserve a time at the front desk to go in, which was fine, but there weren't any staff members enforcing it at the pool itself. You have to go outside the hotel to get to the pool, and there was no one there enforcing that rule.

This is not a clean hotel. Surprised it’s a Wyndham chain hotel; a Ramada hotel especially. Bathroom shower curtain was not clean, petrified urine smell. When the shower runs, steaming the bathroom; the urine smell gets worse. It’s awful. Pubic hairs on the toilet, in the bed, and on the floor. The room wasn’t cleaned, or sanitized as per current covid regulations in BC. When brought to the managers attention, I was dismissed and ignored. This is not your typical Ramada Hotel. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a clean, sanitized, friendly hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. Every year it seems to get less taken care of. It is filthy. The walls and roof were covered in water stains and the plaster on the roof was even falling off in spots. Nothing feels remotely clean. The restaurant downstairs advertised being open for breakfast but wasnt, so we had to drive for breakfast because there was nowhere within walking distance. One of the reasons we went for this place over another was because it had a pool. The pool was not open for regular operations though. It had to be reserved beforehand and by the time we checked in (at 3, the earliest we could check in) it was already booked for our entire stay. This pool reservation system was not stated anywhere on our hotel reservation information.

I really hate to complain but i have to put this out there. I will give it 1 star for being spacious. I was not expecting a motel like place, I expected a hotel. I've been to other Ramada hotels and this is just a disgrace to their name. This place is just dingy and old. The bathrooms are gross, esp the floors. I felt like i needed a shower after using that shower. My girls slept in a bed with 2 burn holes in the comforter covered by a burgundy throw. Not very professional at all. There was a hair clump hanging off a folded towel in the washroom. I do not recommend staying here. I'm getting itchy just thinking about it

All due to respect to the hard working staff at the front desk, cleaning and in the restaurant. However the property is in dire need of repairs and renovation. 5 stars to them. However, 1 star for the property over all. The entrance lobby had paint peeled off everywhere, hand written sticky notes on the customer facing front desk along with cob webs at every corners. The property had dirty blue tarp all over the roof making it look like a make shift building. The room itself had sticky slippery floors, stained chairs and couches and broken furniture. Internet service was almost non existent. Will not return. Not worth $250! While booking the staff on site sold the room

I booked for a 3 night stay at this hotel. My first night and it was already a nightmare. A bunch of police came in and raided the next door room. The noise and the smell of smoke as soon as you enter the room. The cleanliness of this hotel is a big NO. Please save yourself from misery and not choose this place if you want the worth of your money. I asked for a refund of my stay and they won’t do it. I had to leave in the middle of the night as I was worried for my safety. The staff were lousy and lazy. No sense of compassion at all. I don’t this place is safe at all I made a very big mistake. Try executive inn hotel or better yet book an air bnb.

100% DO NOT STAY HERE. To start off the outside is riddled with rats, the rooms are very outdated and beds are not clean or comfortable. During our stay we went to the pool, and while walking to get into the pool, my mom fell through a drain cover that wasn't screwed on. Causing her leg to fall down the drain hole, with multiple cuts and a torn ligament to her ankle. Very disappointed, and will never stay there again. Update: we just checked out, and they gave us 30% off on our last night there (we stayed 3 nights in total). Keep in mind, we were in the hospital for most of the night. Very unimpressed.

Dropped a bit from my last rating...rats running around the garbage bins. Noticed a couple of silverfish in the bathroom. Quickly killed them. Service is pretty good for what you get at hotels these days, but they forget to leave soap and coffe refills on occasion. Little things now and then. Otherwise okay place to stay. Good central location for work. 3 stars

We traveled to BC for a family vacation and I found the Wyndham checked all the boxes we needed. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, cleaning staff was very helpful and made sure our room was cleaned and had towels refreshed when asked. The pool was good, it would be nice for guests to know that if there is private swimming lessons taking place then the guests can’t utilize the pool. The restaurant in the hotel was ok, nice options for a variety of different choices. If we’re in BC again we would probably make Coquitlam Ramada by Wyndham home again for a few days Our room

Was not a good experience. 1. Towels were stained, 2. There was no hot water in the shower (room temperature at best) 3. Had to continuously call after my wife made the booking to get the booking confirmation email. 4. They forgot to take our Wyndham Rewards card # down, so then I have it to them manually at check out. Still never received the points. Frustrating. All in all, I won't be staying here again. I'm sure there are motels or AirBNB's in the area that are a better option.

This is my first business review ever, but I feel like the public and regulators should be made aware this. I don't understand how a business is allowed to operate under such low level of care and respect for their customers. We were first greeted by rats wandering freely in the parking lot (first red flag). We entered the room, #302, which smelled awful. The bathtub I truly believe has never been cleaned. Overall, the room was filthy, as shown clearly in the pictures. I have stayed in many places around the world and have never experienced anything like this. This is completely unacceptable and this 'hotel' should be shut down by the authorities until they make amendments.

Booked a night here due to its proximity to the Korean square, but I strongly advise you don't do the same. Our hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke, but the receptionist wouldn't do anything about it. Not to mention, the bathroom was not cleanly at all. We were assured by two separate workers that the manager would contact us to hear our complaints, but we got absolutely no response. Look elsewhere if you need a place to stay in the area.

Rooms are decent but furniture (bed and couch) could use an upgrade pretty quick .

The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself is in need of updates. Our room lacked several advertised amenities (hair dryer, climate control). The hotel is non-smoking, but there was a burn hole in my duvet, along with the linens being scratching and generally did not feel clean (stains, some hairs that did not belong to me). The paint, specifically in the bathroom, was peeling from the walls and ceiling. During our stay our tub faucet broke. Little things that shows a lack of care and attention from hotel management and ownership. Upon entering the hotel I noticed a sign that says they are independently owned. I thought being a Wyndham hotel meant they were held to the standards of other Wyndham's I have stayed at, but now I'm not sure.

No proximity to public transit. Book online or pay double for this dump. 250. A night says 120. Ya right... Tried to kick out a service dog..and um no accessibility for disabilities. Stairs and more stairs, um can't go upstairs It wasn't the prettiest or cleanest but for 250. A night you'd think you'd have golden thread in your pillow cases. If you can get to your room Lots of stairs and a long walk to shop or pool or to get dinner. Great view of a hwy or a brick wall. Bonus if you face the parking lot. How safe for kids! Well the neighbourhood is super you csn send them to the Crack house down the street. Oh yes plz also clear your Visa as they charge an extra 500. For no apparent reason when you check out. So we came in at 9:30 ,pm and out by 10:00 am we must have snored to loud? Oh no were disabled and have a service dog.. So.if you Have a disability please move on they don't care. Good Luck. Try the Executive Inn on North Rd it's much better In rooms and service. Thanks

I love the location, easy access to commute, the staff are friendly and hospitable, the rooms are very nice and cozy. Service is top notch. Wifi guarantee. The most amazing thing is you can book and make payment later, like on the very day you check in.
