We were very impressed with the fast service we received. The pizza was hot and fresh. The flavour was amazing. We love their Pesto Pizza and it’s great that we can order pizza by the slice. The Ice Tea was cold and redressing. We were very happy with our decision to order from Fresh Slice. We will be ordering it again soon.

I received a free coupon for xlrg pizza from one of our client at work. My husband went to pick up xlrg butter chicken pizza because we heard so much about how good it is so we decided to try it, let me tell u, it doesn't look like we we're given an xlg pizza, no sauce, maybe few chicken on it..it looked like it was just plain pizza. Never will order from this place again , I love fresh slice pizza but this is the worst one. They need to make changes and stop being so cheap on your toppings. I would of rate this 0 star. Sorry fresh slice

I visited Freshslice over the weekend.very clean and welcoming. After ordering my pizza I was talking to the person behind the counter who was very nicee and happened to be the owner of the place. I highly recommend this place and very very convenient as you just park your car and basically grab and go. You do not have to go in the mall which is super convenient. Pizza was very delicious and would be going back.

The staff is so nice and Helpful. They engage with customers and have a really great sense of humour. My nephew loves them. They always have a balloon ready for him. Genuinely most friendly staff. The order is pretty fast as well.

Watch your bill. They charge you extra for no reason at this location. The Pizza is delicious and I go to this location periodically to get a large pizza for take out however, everytime I go there I find there is a extra charge on my bill even though I ask the price is $17.95 for a large pizza I was charged $ 3.00 more. Easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was cold and the dough wasn’t fully baked. Very light on toppings, too.

The pizzas were mislabelled and there were no veggie options other than cheese. I ordered a 2 slice combo and a 3 slice combo and only got a drink with one of the combos. When I questioned this the employee told me the 2 slices didn’t come with a drink, although it is clearly advertised to include a fountain drink or juice box. Supplies were low or out of stock and although the pizza was delicious the staff was dismissive and the customer service was underwhelming.

Terrible customer service and lack of care for service at all. Will is especially rude and disrespectful to me when I was discussing my complaint. My slice of pizza was thrown in the garbage after my request was not met and I was declined a new slice even after paying.

It’s so sad that you see the ads everywhere thinking you are going to have a feast and when you order it, you disappointed! We used to get some slices when we visit BC but this time we ordered the $8.88 deal which only god knows how much money the business spent on the ads and doesn’t worth it?! The pizzas we ordered were so tiny, thin crust, oily crust, with little toppings! If we were aware of this bad pizza deal, we would rather buy a frozen $2.99 pizza from shoppers drug mart which is better quality and toppings. People are not fool to see you advertise your pizza deals on the public transit and when they enter the premises they see you saying no ad fees on the screen lol But anyway not buying from you again!

Today we ordered 6 medium 12” unlimited topping pizza, they came out so great that we all was so surprised. Sahaj got our orders and she was super nice while taking our orders over the phone. Definitely come back again and suggest it to anyone who likes pizza.

Their staff is very friendly & are happy to make modifications when requested. My pizza's always hot and the taste is spot on each time! Oh and if you work at the Coquitlam Centre itself, they also do a Mall employee discount (10%)! Thank me later 😁

I really had a terrible experience at this place. I came here few days ago.. to pickup my order..the girl who was serving me was so rude her name is Sehaj.. you guys literally put 4 stars on her batch.. she doesn’t deserve a single of that.. I made payment and waited for order.. I saw the most strange thing that could happen at work.. She literally slapped on of the girl across the head who was making pizza and she laughed after doing this. I was so stunned to saw that. I hope the owner tell her to behave and treat customers well. Otherwise with this behaviour she ain’t gonna go anywhere.

Such great pizza. Amazing. Many different types and styles of pizza, and many different toppings. Very good. The staff looked very tired, but otherwise good. Ordered two pizzas on Thursday a few hours ahead so it would be ready for when I showed up. Pickup was for 5:15. Showed up at 5:05 and was told it wasn’t ready yet. But will be ready exactly at 5:15. I said no problem and waited outside. Came back at 5:15 and they said “sorry, 3 more minutes “ with a worried look on their face. It took another 25 mins for me to get my pizzas. When I asked again what was going on they said they messed up my butter chicken pizza and had to re make the WHOLE thing. I watched them gesture to the pizza in the display case multiple times which I thought was strange.( I had watch them place a butter chicken pizza originally in the case , I just didn’t think that was mine because why would they place my pizza in the case for other customers to eat) Wish the communication and organization was a bit better. On a hot day, waiting so long even after pre ordering hours before was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise the pizza itself always tastes great. Ordered again. EVERYTIME without fail, I get a text saying it’s ready. Then I go in to grab it. And they tell me to wait another 25 minutes till they cook it all. Ridiculous

I visited the store in Coquitlam at 4:35 pm on Feb 15, 3021 to buy pizza. The cashier was very rude to me and I had a bad experience. The buttered chicken pizza was good but the service was disappointing.

New management is awesome. The customer service is great. The taste of pizza is great and its fresh. Moreover, the store has delivery option so its easy for people those cannot pick up in the store. I visited last week, great service.

The pizza is pretty good. Really liked the dough, but would love to see more consistent toppings, seeing as the middle of my pizza was only sauce and cheese. My biggest gripe is with the Fresh Slice app. Apps are supposed to make ordering things more simple and convenient. With Fresh Slice, you can't redeem coupons for an online order. You literally have to call in your order and then present your phone in the store. But you don't show the coupon QR code, you have to show you account QR code, and the guy behind the counter took 5 minutes to figure it out. That sort of frustration makes me want to never use the app.

To add to my wife’s review, I was shocked (and a little skeptical) when I ordered the pizza and they told me it would be ready in 5 mins. I literally got to the store 5 mins later and the pizza was already done and in the box waiting to be picked up. Not sure what type of super sonic pizza oven they have, but I have never seen a pizza made that fast. Now I know why. There was barely any toppings, no sauce and basically just a piece of dough with a little bit of cheese and a couple pieces of chicken. It tasted like a big round piece of garlic bread. Not even close to butter chicken or the flavour of butter chicken. When I picked up the pizza and presented the coupon, it didn’t seem like the manager liked the fact that I was using a coupon for a free pizza. She basically threw the pizza at me and told one of her employees to ring it through. Poor service and horrible quality of food. I have eaten at dozens of fresh slice locations across B.C. and this is by far the worst location and not even close to the standards and quality I have seen from other locations. Time to overhaul the management team at this location before they ruin the name of Fresh Slice pizza.
