Absolutely the worst service we have ever received. We will never be back and we don’t recommend that anyone goes there. First of all they didn’t give us the meatless burger that we ordered even though they gave us the fries and root beer from our combo. We called them to let them know. They said that because we didn’t get a receipt they we never ordered it. We are not happy that we didn’t get a receipt. Also they didn’t give us straws so we opens the lid. I took a sip of the root beer and had what I thought was an ice cube but I spit it out because it felt weird in my mouth and it was actually a piece of their machine. I will be reporting this restaurant!

This morning I went A&W in Port Moody. I ordered 2 regular medium coffee for me and my husband to take out. When we went our work place, we drank our coffee. It was horrible taste. When I opened the rid, I was so upset. It's not coffee. It looked like beige formmy liquid. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CALL IT. I was very disappointed and I don't want try again.

I waited an hour for a hamburger. I was so surprised. Because there were no hamburgers, only lettuce. Not worth the score. And they said gave to delivery guy mixed up because they had a two order same name. But I got “Jeannine “ lol my name is Jamie.. they needed to practice to excuse HAHA they are lier aww.. nothing to say anymore

Totally disappointed. Ordered breakfast in drive thru and the sandwich was burnt! terrible quality! I got home only to take a bite and realize it was burnt. This shouldn’t have been served, unacceptable

Had a lovely time at this location with my hubby! The manager Pardeep was punctual, polite and amazing. The service was quick at the root beer and onion rings were top quality. They really care about customers here, would come again! Pardeep.

I tried to use an A&W coupon that I received through the mail and they wouldn’t accept it. They said “this is wrong advertising”. it was just a regular coupon from A&W and I guess it was too good for them. not entirely loving the new ownership overall to be honest

I was worried to come here, reading all the reviews about this location. But I had a genuinely good experience, minus the fact they didn’t have the Louisiana Chicken Sandwich 😿. I went through drive thru and had to park for my order. I didn’t mind as I got my order fresh, accurate and with all the appropriate condiments. Thank you for the pleasant service!

Gnarliest drive through and shaped A&W fast food joint I ever saw! Had to swing by and take advantage of their dollar coffee offer, not too bad and like human gasoline so gets the job done eh! Service is super slow and I'd recommend walking through the drive through as a hack workaround. Theh only have creamer and no dairy free milk so I had to opt for a jet black coffee.

Super slow. Had to repeat order and after I drove off I realized that they got my order completely wrong. Also the dude kept touching his mask which was disgusting.

Excellent customer service also always get fresh food. Recently i tired their all canadian and pancakes those were so fresh and hot. I will recommend everyone to try their platter breakfast. I always got superb experience at this location

The food here is better than any A&W restaurant I've been to. The people there are really nice, and the wait time was short. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that it is really greasy. So greasy that you can slide on the floor. They really have to clean this place up.

Drinks tastes watered down, employees try to charge if they get the order wrong for missing items instead of correcting the order. We are talking fries vs yam fries here not 10 burgers missing.

Ordered a Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger through the drive-thru, but half of the chicken was completely raw, though the outside was breaded and fried. The misleading exterior of the burger led me to believe that I could take a bite out of this burger. This location is trying to give food poisoning to its customers. This location does not pick up its phone either. I have tried calling the phone number listed on Google Maps with no response. It is difficult to talk to the location about this issue when I am receiving no response. This customer service is unacceptable, let alone dangerous and disgusting. Would not recommend eating at this restaurant, or any A&W restaurants if this is the quality of this company's service.

Today I went to get breakfast inside of the place like I use to do it and two indian woman won't let me in and didn't get me service even is 24 hrs service. One was eating. It's too bad cause I like get breakfast there.

I ordered beyond meat burger and they gave me uncooked patty. When i called them back girl started arguing that it is not possible. I wish i could go back and show them. I went there in my break.

Overall they have great service and quality of food. Today, they missed tomato in my burger, so they gave me extra tomatoes and made a new burger at no charge. Very generous! They're a small location and small staff means limited parking, however they tend to give great service and the quality of food is good overall. They have a drive-thru and tables outside. I've ordered the chicken habanero combo a few times and it's delicious. You can swap out your root beer for a hot coffee if you prefer but make sure the coffee's hot as they only make it every so often. Thank you guys. Good job.

Sad day! Definitely the worst A&W location I've been too. Ordered 3 mozza burgers for my family, only got two. Went back in( after going through the drive thru) they made me pay for an extra burger! And THEN they all said they tasted like strong men's cologne! SO strong that their hands smelled like this disgusting cologne! Also ordered poutine and the cheese churds- if you can call it that- came in one solid chunk. Not even broken up. I'll definitely be skipping this location, forever.

Notice, I bought a sandwich with chips from here this morning for $ 9, but tonight, after checking my bank account, I found out that $ 19 had been withdrawn from my account. Can you advise me through the police or where should we follow up?

Compared to other A&Ws this one lacks. I Love my Buddy Burgers. But this one sometimes doesnt have the cheese fully melted or barely sometimes. Not sure, might be due to the size. It's alright if you go during busy times but avoid it when it's not peak hours cause you'll probs get a sub par burger.

Best place for a burger - among other fast food chains, it’s probably (one of) the best in my opinion. Definitely not gourmet, but a great drive thru option.

Probably the worst Teen Burger I've ever had. There was a pool of grease in the bottom of the bag, the beef was completely unseasoned, it was sloppily put together and the staff seemed generally uninterested. It looks like the property is going to be redeveloped and that won't be any loss to fast food fans in Port Moody.

Chicken fingers with a side of ants. The outside tables (only 2 tables) were fithy and covered in ants, condiments. I think they have not cleaned them in years. On the plus size the food is delicious.

Order 2 meals and one fry was forgot. When we returned to the window, they said “they had missed it on the order and we can order the other”. However they were going to charge me the full price for the fry rather than the combo price which is about half. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

I think they have mistakenly pour the salt in my sweet potato fries. It was too salty that i had to throw it all away. It was also undercooked. Very disappointing.

I've always loved the beyond meat patty here. It's the best option to have food on the go or whenever you're not trying anything new or whenever you're just too hungry and want something fulfilling. It's just all about the quantity and service I'd say.

The staff was super corporative especially the girl on the counter her name is raman and she suggested me new burger which i use to ignore but after trying that suggested buger made with love i like it and i think i should prefer this location more and they also have a lot of parking space.

The skip drivers should be given food through the drive through if drive through is empty you guys should not promote the covid-19 by letting the people come inside. Why somebody should come inside and why should somebody touch doors by opening up and closing up. Do consider these things plz.

Best A&W for service. Major kudos to the staff and the owner for not being cheap. They hook me up with coupons behind the counter, before I order, whereas other places will only let you use coupons you bring in yourself. Best service I've had at an A&W. Good drive thru for the number of staff on hand.

The beyond burger was so good. It was fresh and tasty. Got the yam fries on the side and loved it. The restaurant was clean and they were following covid 19 standards properly. The staff was multitasking and serving politely. Would love to visit again.

Worst experience. My daughter kids pack was supposed to include a chicken burger but she got a cheese burger and thank God I checked it because the bun was moldy. Absolutely disgusting.

In this era if pandemic, when everyone is concerned about their personal well being , i really wanna say thanks to front line workers who are working remotely to serve us. Still some people always found complaints about PPE and masks which i will say working 8 hours a shift and wearing masks is not that easy, well i am visiting this a&w almost every week for my lunch to order my mama burger and coffee and the girl at drive thru always asks me to drive up and get my order ready right away, a big thanks to you guys and specially all restaurants workers, keep up the good work guys!!!!!

Do NOT order from this store. The staff are beyond incompetent. They always get orders wrong, or give you someone else’s order - even after you’ve waited 15mins in the bay for them to cook it. Today they served us a burger with uncooked meat. Absolutely disgusting. The staff are also inappropriately wearing their PPE during a pandemic

They made a mistake on our order. We called, they said they would call back after a very long conversation with someone who spoke very broken english, yet stated they were the manager? Never got that call back?

Very bad first experience because in my order they sent a bread in bad condition, I can not believe that person when preparing the order sees a bad bread and even so they send it, incredible that. My order is disastrous, a lot of salt in the onion rings and there is much to be desired in hygiene with all this.

I ordered teen burgers through A&W’s app. Found out in the drive through the restaurant had a deal but they wouldn’t honour the deal. The teen burgers seem to be smaller than they used to be and these were dry. Definitely not as good as they used to be. Not sure if it’s just this restaurant or all A&Ws have the same issues. I was not impressed.
