Went in to look for a new yoga mat as my old Lulu one was well-loved and completely worn out. I was helped first by Flavia and then Hannah, who not only honoured Lululemon’s quality promise, but sorted me with a new, sustainable rubber mat. Can’t wait for it to arrive so I can get back to my practice. Thank you ladies!

I had purchased three (3)-Lululemon mens T-shirts about a year ago and one (1) of my shirt’s stitches around the arms and bottom of the shirt had come off. I went to Lululemon hoping they would repair it, but they decided to exchange my shirt for a new one!! WOW now that is customer service! I did not have my receipt with me but I guess they had me on their file since I’ve been buying Lululemon clothing for years. So impressed with their customer service! Amazon and Lululemon have the best customer service bar none! Thanks Lululemon.

I was treated with the upmost and highest level of respect when I was dealing with associate “Sylvie” from the get-go, Sylvie was kind, genuine, and allowed me to ask questions to see what would work best for me without judging me and fully accepting me with open arms. As a guy, I have always felt a but out of place at Lululemon but with kind associates like Sylvie, I feel at home. Sylvie most definitely has what it takes to attain a lead position, and move forward with the company; thank you for your hospitality!

My young son and I came in this afternoon. The associate by the door directed us right to their fitness mirror. My son was so distracted by it that we didn’t get any shopping done. I am so disappointed that lulu has basically put giant video games in their stores. I doubt I will be shopping in store again.

This location is wonderfully managed. They were incredibly helpful when I had concerns about an item I had purchased.

This store needs a lot of customer experience training I’ve never been happy with the way staff treat customers. It’s close to my home But I’d rather go to other locations

Lots of fun choices with exceptionally helpful friendly staff. Good size clean change rooms. This store is well layed out and organized. An absolute pleasure to shop at the Park Royal Village location.

I have had some good experiences at both the ladies side and the men’s side of the store. All the staff is friendly and helpful. My wife needed to see if the store does repairs and after speaking to a helpful associate they decided to exchange them for a new pair. It was so unexpected and kind and we will definitely be back

I endured a poor experience spending money today in store no one helped me I had to prompt them twice to get me a size as other reviews extremely untrained inattentive staff. A young girl named Rochelle says she’s the manager decides to gives me a plastic from the trash bin under the desk to put my brand new clothing in when I asked for something to protect it she also offered toilet cleaning paper what a joke . This is mortifying and absolutely disgusting head office please contact me in regards to this. You are hiring people with no common sense.

I had a fantastic experience at this lululemon store! The staff, specifically Sage, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product based on my needs. Her friendly and patient demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable. The store had a great selection of high-quality products and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Thank you Sage and Lululemon for your excellent service! I will definitely be back for future purchases.

I didn’t end up buying anything from the store, but I did want to comment on their customer service. I am injured and unfortunately cannot even tie my own shoes, and I know it’s a weird request, but I had to ask someone to help me and do it for me. The staff were super friendly and empathetic and jumped right on helping me out, without making me feel more awkward than I already did. Thank you so much and I look forward to shopping there when I can actually move my arms again!!

Wow 1st time in this store or Lululemon at all..... Super friendly Staff, Super Clean, great items plus some great sales.. Had way to much fun shopping, plus right beside next door is for the men, very great idea. It's in a good location and going at around 10am on a Saturday was pretty great idea, people but not overly crowded, plus more then enough staff on to help everyone there with there needs... stop by you will enjoy yourself that's for sure.!!!

Shopped here recently and a worker named Yas went above and beyond when helping me. It was refreshing to talk to someone in retail who shows a genuine interest in a customer's needs. Definitely will be coming back.

I received a email stating my order was picked up however i only returned a item. The older rep that helped with return never told me my product was there. Please be weary of this store it seems they charge people for products and there some theft and they dont check who is picking up product. No one answers the phone in store so be careful when you send shipments to this store. This is the last time i send it anything here

I usually never post a review but when a team has consistently gone above and beyond for years and continues to offer the best customer experience, I need to share this!
