I went to Kintec in Port Moody to buy a pair of hiking boots. I have been given excellent advice and adjustment made in place. The team made its best efforts to accommodate to my needs. Very helpful and knowledgable when comes to understand how important is comfort of your feet when you run or hike. If you look for a place to pickup pair of running shoes, I highly recommend it. I've had flat-feet for as long as I can remember and I was recommended to try Kintec by a friend. Through my first appointment, I was welcomed in, assessed and put in good hands (Keiler). When it came to fitment, it didn't fit right the first time so we readjusted it about 5-6 times to make sure that the arc and support was the best for my unique foot. Keiler was patient, Knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in making sure that I was happy with my two pairs of orthotics. I told him that I'd be recommending him and this location to all my fellow flat-footers. Hands down the best orthotic place around. 5 stars all the way baby!

Holly helped us pick out some shoes and help us with our orthotics. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped us pick shoes that were perfect for our lifestyles and our foot type. We had a wonderful experience. I wanted water-resistant shoes and they had even more models in the back. They had a great selection of shoes! She help us a lot with our orthotics as well. We’re very happy with them!!

Keiler is a true professional. During our assessment he took the time to get a good understanding of my goals, the challenges I am facing, and the mechanics of my body in its natural state. Only then did he make suggestions and implement a couple of recommendations, which made an immediate impact. I can not recommend the professionals services of Kintec enough. Great service and a huge improvement to my mobility.

I originally went in to get some ankle braces for volleyball (which Lavisha helped me find the exact right size) but was curious with their shoes they had on display. I was looking for a pair of volleyball shoes, wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for and Lavisha helped me find the right pair with ease. Once I put on the Asics on in a game, the comfort of the gel and front rocker that she recommended definitely upped my skills compared to the fly knits that I was wearing previously. Would recommend this store for all your footwear needs as they really add that extra health perspective!

Please note that if your shoes are defective and start falling apart in under two weeks that they will not return or exchange them. Service was good on the front end at purchase, but unfortunately when attempting to get support afterwards was refused. They offered to patch a small section of the shoe, but the scale of damage meant that it would have only lasted perhaps another week or two.

My wife and I went to Kintec in Port Moody yesterday. The staff was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. We both found shoes that actually fit just right. We are happy! Thank you Lavisha for going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Cheers!

I highly recommend you visit this location for your orthotics’ needs, this team knows what they are doing, I’ve experienced not only being a first time customer, but I got a follow up call 6 months later from Kieler himself, and went in for a few adjustments. Kintec Port Moody is great! My family doctor recommended me to go to Kintec to address heel pain issues, so I booked a free pain analysis workshop. Humam was the person who helped me, and he was very professional and very helpful. Even though my heels were not in pain when I was at Kintec, Humam was able to assess and pinpoint the problem by asking me questions, looking at the shoes I normally wear, and doing a gait analysis. He then suggested stretches and massages that I could do to help address the problem, and he also helped me find a pair of shoes that fit properly. There was no pressure to buy the shoes. Humam encouraged me to use the treadmill in the store to test them out, told me to get them only if they feel right, and informed me of the return policy. It's been about a week since I got the shoes, and they are so comfortable! I could feel that Humam really cared, and his communication skill is SUPERB. He truly listens and observes, and he makes things easy to understand when he explains. Thank you, Humam!

After wandering in on a whim, Lavisha was able to give me a great assessment and find me a perfect pair of new runners for cross-training. Best fitting shoes I've had in ages, and a killer deal to boot. Will definitely go back again.

She also assisted me in ordering the shoes online when they didn't have the specific pair and size in stock at their store and they quickly brought in my right shoe 2 days later. Despite walking in without an appointment, Nona managed to squeeze me in to fit me for some runners. The foot measurement technology was great, and I was able to be size-matched to a few pairs of shoes that all fit perfectly, giving me a selection to choose from. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Kintec.

The appointment I booked went really well. The staff member (I don't recall his name) who helped me was full of good information and recommendations to help with my foot pain. I left with some recommended stretches which have helped me a lot. The foot scan and gait analysis did not cost me anything and are part of the service which I was not expecting. Yesterday I walked in on my way home and left 20 minutes later with a pair of awesome shoes. After they did a scan of my feet Lavisha went to find shoes that would fit. They actually had three options for my super wide feet. Very often I’m lucky if there is one option. This time I actually had a choice and liked all three pairs. Lavisha helped by checking the fit and got me to try them on together to see the difference when wearing them. I received excellent service and an excellent product. I left super happy. If you have difficult feet, this is the place to go.

Terrific experience booking with their One2One footwear fitting service today. We were assisted by Humam, who was both knowledgeable and excellent in customer care. He patiently assessed the concerns and provided a very clear explanation for why the foot pain may be present, and what could possibly help address the issues. We really appreciated his focus on building trust and providing helpful education and long-term customer care. We learned a lot today and look forward to testing out the new insoles. Definitely recommend this service!

Went in without an appointment but was warmly greeted right away by Sagar, who helped set us up with Adam for a foot assessment and fitting. Adam was so professional and knew what he was doing. He listened carefully to our needs and fitted my husband and I each with inserts, as well as a pair of shoes for myself. It’s been about 3 weeks since we’ve visited and I haven’t had any arch pain (despite getting heavier due to pregnancy!), and my husband’s leg aches & tightness have significantly reduced. I’m so glad we walked in. I will be recommending this place to friends and patients!

I went to Kintec Port Moody on a friend's recommendation. My approach to buying shoes has been pretty rudimentary beforehand, often to my own detriment. There's only one way I can describe my experience, it was a game changer. Cody was exceptionally helpful and walked me through the entire process. Turns out I was wearing the wrong size my entire life. He brought out some recommended pairs and it was an instant relief, for the first time in forever, the fit felt comfortable. Despite putting in so much time and effort with me, at no point was I rushed to buy or up sold to more a expensive pair. I was given tons of options at different price points, given the pros and cons for everything and allowed to make my own decision. I don't think I will ever be able to buy shoes from elsewhere.

We arrived and Holly was there to greet us. We were there to look at knee braces. She quickly organized things and arranged for us to come in. She asked my husband a few questions and had him try on a few options. Holly was very friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband found a brace that worked for him. He is very happy with his new knee brace. Thank you Holly. We will be back if we need items in the future.
