    Before this last visit, I haven't been to this Toys R Us in a long while. I walked over from VGH so I didn't use their upstairs parking lot. If memory serves me right, you just need a voucher from Toys R Us to get free parking. The store was packed, yet carefully organized and clean. Every item was nearly stacked and displayed. They do not have a supply issue as they seem well-stocked in most toys. I tend to check the Transformers, Masters of the Universe, and Hot Wheels area. These areas were well packed and I saw some sought after items, ie. Real-Fur Motu panthor (exclusive to Toys R Us). It's always nice to be able to visit Toys R Us. What a wonderful addition to our collectibles world!

    A nice large toys r us and baby r us with a big selection on toys. Definitely need a bit of time to do the full walk through. Large selection of Lego , marvel and star wars toys. There's also a good selection of paw patrol, lol and Fisher price toys. Nice high ceilings and feels very airy and roomy. Hand sanitizer on entrance. Staff initially made an error with my gift card. After discussing with the manager, they were able to rectify the situation and all was well. Overall good service and I would go back again. Parking, standard Broadway Street parking. Probably more difficult to get into during the rush hour time period.

    Awesome Staff and Awesome Customer Service. My son was in search for a particular Star Wars figure. An employee named Anne Maria was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was looking for. Whenever he called, She acknowledge him and was always kind and courteous and informed him if the item was in or not, saving him a needless trip. When he was about to give up hope, the Store Manager Abbey gave him a call and told him she had the figure he was looking for and was holding it for him to pickup. MY son is so grateful with the exemplary service from the staff at this location. Absolutely Great Service. My son will continue to be loyal to Broadway Location and will shop there from here on out.

    Shopping can be overwhelming sometimes mainly when you have a kid so I was pleasantly surprised to have some proactive help from Surrinder, not only that she was super pleasant but she also helped me find my item and make my experience very pleasant thank you for those lactation cookies they work miracle!

    I went to the store to purchase a new bike for my 4-year old and Felix was extremely helpful removing the training wheels so my son could check if he was able to ride to bike. He helped us choose one that was the perfect fit at the end. I’m very grateful for all his help, we had a great experience at Toys R Us thanks to Felix.

    First of all their wifi does works, for me that's a plus plus, not like most of the places that is just purely deceptive marketing , thank you!! Prices are good, it is hard to leave, my kids want everything, not as joyful and fun like the store that i was used to in times square NY, but great selection, definitely will come back. Thank you!

    So a few weeks ago the manager and, I think her name was Amy, helped us mucho by taking a look at some stock in the back. Was more impressed on how she handled the line of people while still attending us on the side and as we looked through the boxes to find the cards we wanted. She deserves a raise and the manager was nice to. Thank you!

    Great selection of toys. Parking is available upstairs. If you want to be reimbursed you need to purchase from a meter that is quite slow to process the credit card. It is $2 an hour but further $1.65 for parking maintenance fees.

    The only Toysrus in Vancouver so we come to this location very often. We came to babiesrus when kids were younger then always came here for toys, Lego, bikes, b-day or Xmas gifts. But sometimes they always out of stock for what we were looking for. We have to go to Richmond or Metrotown locations in order to get what kids want. Especially when we were looking for some transformers or Funko Pop figures. They do have some transformers including Studio Series 86 Snarl and all 4 ninja turtles for Funko(went there 4 times in a week and they always missing one. First time ran out of Rafael then missing Mickey). They do carry a lot of TMNT series now. You can still always find a gift for your kids here. The only thing is you have to pay for the parking (can reimburse with purchase)then go downstairs. It doesn’t smell good in the elevator so we always take stairs and pay parking machine is always slow.

    Just wanted to write it about the great customer service I received here! Was Xmas shopping for my nephews and there were plenty of staff within the store asking if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. Upon checking out I learned they validate your parking if you park in their upstairs lot! As I was walking out I was checking my receipt to make sure my parking was in fact validated when an employee (I think his name was Cameron?) stopped to ask if everything was OK. I told him I was making sure my parking was validated and upon him checking my receipt we both realized it was, but not for the correct amount. So back to the till we went where Cameron called a manager over to come fix the issue. I appreciated the fact I didn't have to line up again. Afterwards, Cameron offered to walk me back up to my car because by then it was dark out and he wanted to make sure I safely arrived to my vehicle as sometimes there are homeless in the area that are not too kind he explained, among other reasons. He waited for me to put my stuff in my trunk and waved goodbye as I drove off down the ramp! Honestly, I couldn't believe that he actually did that. He was kind and went above and beyond when he wasn't obligated to. I really appreciated his customer service (as well as all the staff I had encountered in store that night) so I decided to write this review in hopes that man gets a raise haha. Keep being you Cameron, you're a wonderful human!

    Irene and Thomas helped us a lot. I love the customer representatives. Michael helped us fitting the batteries so trust me, best customer service.They are the best guys. Trust me, they are all he sweetest. I am in love with them. And the women of the hour Azadeh, her empathy made us coming back again. ❤️we love ur service and got it packed for my lil one❤️

    Normally I want to give it 2 star.... because the employee never goes above and beyond to help you... they always say we can't do this or we won't do this... even tho just simple check they won't do... ( which is very annoying... or they simply to lazy! ).... but this one employee name Michael.... is always willing to go above and beyond... he help check,,,, and help me dig ... which I was very surprised and I respect so much... for that I willing to give this a 5 Star .. if wasn't for him I wouldn't have get what I wanted ,from that place! So Michael is awesome!!!

    Best customer service by the staff. I walked in about 15 minutes before store closing time and Patrina greeted me with a big smile. She helped me find all items I saw online and patiently listened to me without telling me that the store was going to be closed ( like some other stores do ) . Thank you for your service.

    I was searching for a bike for my 3 year old son and asked sales associate Thomas for assistance. Inquired about available 16” bikes that were not displayed. Thomas is extremely thoughtful, sincere, patient and knowledgeable . He carried new boxes of bikes not displayed to help with my search. He also did a bike check for the bike I decided to purchase. After paying, he offered to carry my bike to rooftop parking which I politely declined. It’s extremely rare to come across an associate who goes above and beyond in the way Thomas did.

    I was absolutely impressed with Toys R Us Vancouver as a location and a company. When my online order was canceled, I was informed and refunded promptly. I was also given a gift for my trouble. But then I received a phone call that they were able to fill my order. When I picked up my order, I was greeted right when I got in, the pick up was easy, the staff was professional and courteous. Everyone in this location value the customer experience. Great job everyone!

    I had a great time shopping for Christmas presents for my son, and an employee named Zack was able to find a Lego set that i was looking for. Overall, the store was tidy and the employees were friendly to me. Highly recommend!

    Wow! Such a pleasant surprise. Asked a question of Scott, cashier at Toys R us. Not only did he give advice he got me all the products I needed ( that I surely would have missed finding myself). Saved me time, had super pleasant interaction and he completely solved all my kid birthday and gift problems! Awesome service.

    This place is great. This is quite a big space and it has so many products. I like this place because it has high ceiling so I feel good while I'm shopping. You can find almost toys for boy and girl, many board games and I saw there's a section for bicycles. You can see there's a separate section for video games at the corner. I didn't drop by the BabysUs but it is right beside and it's huge too. You can find a parking entrance behind this building. Not huge but reasonable slots.

    I was recently in your store on West Broadway in Vancouver and was helped by the most wonderful salesperson named Surinder. She printed the registry forms for me and, as I am a senior with a bad back, , located the items in the store and carried them to the cashier for me. I was overwhelmed by her kindness and knowledge and she made the shopping experience so very pleasant!

    Honestly this store has some of the best employees ever and it's always been a wonderful shopping experience. There's one particular supervisor (I think her name is Ashira?) who always goes above and beyond with her customer service. During my most recent visit she helped me find an item that I was desperately in search of which absolutely made my week!

    I’ve been to the same ToysRUs with my kid almost every weekend and was able to get our 1hr parking reimburse with any purchase. Today the cashier advised that there was a minimum purchase of $10 and said this policy was always in effect. Not sure who is right or wrong, but clearly this policy was not consistently enforced. As such, I will be going to another store.

    One Star is way too generous for this cheap store! This store ruined my kids birthday! They refuse to refund the money for the defective product even though it has not even been 30 days. Stay away! I would not waste a penny in this store where things are made cheaply and low quality and costs an arm and a leg! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

    Just purchased a 14 inches kids bike for my younger daughter. She really loves it. The sales young guys Qida and Alex were super friendly and helpful. Except the black shirt curly short hair girl was giving you a look don’t even bother me. I asked her if I could order a new one and she said no. Then, I asked her if the store could help ne order a new one in box for pickup in store later on. She said no again. Her super lazy mode gave me the look for even no energy to talk to me by any more words. Anyway the bikes in stock are pretty and my girls like them. During the weekdays, not crowded at all. Parking is upstairs and the cashier will refund you the fee which is nice too.

    I live in a different city but wanted an item that only they had in stock, and it was not eligible for shipping due to its size. The customer service went above and beyond, arranging for it to be held for two weeks til my friend was able to get into town. I don't usually review, but I am this time. Thanks for the awesome customer service and competitive pricing (about 75$ cheaper than amazon).

    Five star to Toys R Us! There was a Chinese lady who was very friendly and helped us find the dream birthday gifts in the last minute. Will definitely come back to this location.

    I have been in this store few time before. I did not like staff attitude in this store. I went to Toys R Us Metro Town today to buy the new stroller for my daughter but the stroller which we like was sold out. Metro town staff advise me go to Broadway store. Today when I came staffs attitute perfect the lady help me take the stroller which we like so sorry I did not remember her name. Alex is the best support us. Thank you Alex. I will going to this store in next time.😏👍

    I always enjoyed coming to this store, because the selection is great, but unfortunately today I had a disappointing experience. I wanted to buy a LEGO box that was empty and had a sticker on it that said to take it to the counter. I assumed they would just go to the back and give us a new sealed box at check-out. It turned out to be the last one so they could only give us the bags to put back into this display box. Because it was clearly damaged I asked if we could get a discount, which is normal practise at other stores such as The LEGO Store. Amanda told me they don't do that, it's theft protection, this is just how they work. I objected a bit, because the product was clearly compromised and it was supposed to be a gift. Then she just snubbed "you don't have to buy it". What a terrible and unfriendly attitude and how ironic for a "World sales leader". We ended up buying it anyway, because there aren't many places where this is sold, but when we got home we discovered that the instruction booklet was damaged too. There really should be a policy for giving discounts on damaged products - other stores have it - but if there isn't, it's still unnecessary to be so rude about it. I read a lot of positive reviews here about the customer service at this Toys"R"Us and two others who were involved in the box-searching were very friendly, but if I come back and see Amanda again I'm walking straight out of the store.
