Always takes an excessive amount of time, two cashiers when there was 6 people in line, one lady walked away for her break when there 12 or more people in line. Waited 40 mins before I got to my spot to be helped. Half the people in line just wanted to drop off Amazon returns. This place needs some better trained workers instead of cross trained shelf stockers.

Don't use Canada Post to ship anything without tracking it. They mysteriously lost my package that contains a return of $130 worth of items. So now I am out $130, plus the shipping I paid for. This location lost my packages.... Not much of a coincidence now is it....

Located inside of Shopper. Normal, expected level of service from staff. Small thus not lots of selection. Normally not busy, slightly busier pre-holiday.

I have never come across worst customer service in all my life and I'm not one to leave a review but this location deserves it. I have personally had a horrible experience with the older Asian lady at this location but was able to brush it off and then yesterday I experienced her being so unbelievable rude to a younger man that didn't deserve any of it. If you can avoid this Canada Post, do yourself a favor. The lady working the desk will leave such a sour taste in your mouth your entire day will be put off! And they also don't provide any supplies like plastic covers for shipping labels which is absolutely crazy! They will make you purchase tape...

I mailed a $200 worth of package weighted close to 1lb to China on Dec 3, 2021. Registered postage will be over $100 with tracking number. Regular mail is $54. Since it is no rush for my relatives to receive it, I chose the $54 delivery method. My relatives finally received the package in April 2022 and paid another $30 customs fee. Too expensive and slow service.

Waited 30+ minutes to drop off a package with all shipping prepared. They refused to take the package without waiting in line, even though I literally just dropped it off. Customer service was rude and irritable with customers. She was slow and didn’t seem to care that there were 10 people lined up. Avoid this location.

Maria the Canada post worker at this location is quite rude and treats you as if you are stupid, also she did not know her job and did not provide me with a tracking number and made a mistake on the return address.

One of the worst Canada Post depots ever. All I want is to drop off my parcel, NOT the grumpy attitude with 😤.

A flippino lady who helped me was really funny. I visited this location for the pick up due to CP driver's mistake. It's way further than my original flex delivery location. The lady was generally pretty lude. At the end, she said, "You are very lucky. Usually, this item should be returned to your location. Good thing we received your item." I was baffled. How could this be lucky that I had to drove 20km extra distance? This is combination of CP driver and receiver's stupid mistake. Unbelievable.

The Asian lady knows how to get the job done. I’m mostly dropping off returns, and I’m out in minutes. No hassle.
