😠 Very poor service. I got my hair transplant from them couple years ago, 0% result. I should have gone to a better hair transplant provider and paid little more money to get better results. I paid whole amount upfront and they delayed my transplant almost 8 months from actual promised date. They had... Today I went to get a preOp and the service was outstanding. They took good care of me. Fixed my hairline properly. Would definitely do another surgery with NuHair. They were patient with me and gave me fantastic results. Most of the hair clinics try to get rid of you quickly, this was not the case with NuHair. NuHair was also honest with me and helpful throughout the surgery. If you want to get a hair transplant in Canada, NuHair is best in the business with over 20 years in the business. You will not be disappointed. Don't go to Turkey, go with NuHair! I am waiting to get PRP. Hopefully they call me soon. Looking forward.

I had my surgery at the end of Aug 2020, its been about 7 months and I am happy. Due to "covid" I had to fly out to Winnipeg from the West but I didn't mind as I wanted to get it done asap. The consultation and staff were great, always responded to my emails or texts and did what they could to get me in a quickly as possible. The results have been great and in discussions with my follow up Dr. it will continue to get better over the next few months. The surgery was pretty crazy, about 12 hours long, the first week I was swelled up bad but over the following couple weeks thing progressively got better. As they tell you the hair grows for the first few months then it all falls out with some of your natural hair so you are balder than you have been which is kind of tough but by the 5-6 month mark hair is really starting to grow back. I have had a few issues with in grown hairs over the last few months but no complications. Again the staff was diligent in returning texts or calls if I had questions. I may go in for touch ups as there is two spots that look thin but I still have 4-5 months before the hair is as full as it will get, so the decision will be made at that point. In the future if I need a second surgery I will 100% use NuHair and recommend anyone thinking about the surgery to do it, spend the money it already has been worth it for me. They are pro's in how they present themselves, the business and the surgery.

going to nuhair Medical and choosing them was one of the best choices I’ve made in regards to my appearance. Hair does not matter to everyone, but if it matters to you and you’re looking for great results and looking to stay in Canada versus going to say turkey or elsewhere due to high prices, they make it affordable. My hair matter to me, and 10 months later, I can truly say I am over the moon happy with my results. They are better than expected and I finally feel like I’m actually 26 again.

I came in wanting a hair transplant. The staff were very nice, they explained everything to me and conducted themselves very professionally by walking me through the steps, the doctor and assistants were very gentle during my procedure, and my results look great thus far; I would buy again from Nuhair and probably will have a second session soon for my crown.

Shaving the back and sides of my head was the only thing I was nervous about but like the specialist promised, I was able to pony tail my hair to conceal the area and no one knew while it grew out. Steve is simply the nicest, honest and sincere person - I felt no pressure with him and Joe really helped make the process so smooth. The entire staff the day of were on time, ready and were and you can tell they have spent a lot of time working together. They also have quite a few videos that people dont seem to watch or missed which was the sales feature for me and if I would almost give them 4 stars for that because their videos should be front and center. Either way - the price vs results are easily the best in Canada!! 4.5 stars!!

I am 9 months post op (3000 FUE) as surgery was Mid-April and could not be happier with the results with more grafts still growing so not my final result. Rather than writing I am attaching my photos (before and after) as pictures are worth more than anything I could write!

Update: November 2023, I ‘followed the money’ and my bank/credit card verify your office received/accepted my deposit. You seem to not know the name of the ‘specialist from the Winnipeg office’ who passed away, well please respect that in fact you do know him as he worked for your office, just ask the people you work with, they all know him, God rest his soul! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Btw if you’re still passing off that you have nothing to do with the Winnipeg office, then the simple solution will be to get the governing body of Nuhair to resolve this. Then I’ll be out of your hair! I Gave a deposit (pre pandemic) to have a procedure done in my city The local office here closed Person that qualified me neglected to send me a contract and passed away (as per the BC office receptionist) The BC office has confirmed they received my money and qualified me again as some time has passed I opted out of the procedure they offered and asked for my deposit back They never ever answer the phone (they screen calls through a call centre) , they never ever return my calls Numerous requests via email to speak with someone to no avail I am losing hair over this! Easy fix: pls give me my money back!

I was extremely nervous about getting my hair transplant. Like many, I had wanted to go overseas, but unfortunately due to Covid, that was not a real possibility but being at home working it was the perfect time. I had been waiting probably 10 to 12 years to do this and between being afraid of going for it and just scheduling with my work and kids it just wasn’t something I could do. New Hair, was very responsive, and I felt extremely comfortable with them. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was able to speak to several patients they had previously done which made the process even more comfortable. My hair started growing about five months, and I am now almost a year postop and extremely happy with the results! I wanted to wait to give an honest opinion on the process. The injections were a bit painful to freeze me, but once I was frozen I didn’t feel the extractions. It’s a very long day, I got there around 7 AM and did not leave until about 6ish in the evening. At about three months in I was getting nervous because I did not see any grafts growing. I messaged them and they got me in for a postop consult to take a look, they told me this was completely normal and to just be patient. The hardest part of the transplant for me was the waiting game. I can’t tell you how excited I was when I started seeing the grafts grow. I was thoroughly impressed with them from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone to New Hair.

The surgeon, Dr Rodriguez, and her staff are beyond compare. My treatment in May 2023 was done with expertise, efficiency and courtesy. The cost for the procedure was lower than other companies. Most importantly, the results after three months were much greater than I foresaw. Please choose Nuhair Medical with full confidence that you will have a satisfying outcome, as long as you carefully follow their instructions for pre and post operative care.

Very happy with the four and a half-month results so far. The hairline looks natural and has good growth so far. I have had some positive feedback from friends, family and feel more self confident. I would recommend Nuhair to anyone. The staff and doctor were great.

This is the first review I’ve written in years…possibly my first ever. With that being said, I think my point has already been made. Success! Skepticism was at it’s peak, but you can’t argue with results. Do I look much better? Why yes, yes I do… Organizing everything with Steve was easy, despite how cautious I was acting. The day of the procedure …The surgical team was extremely good, zero complaints. I enjoyed the conversation/situation. The results…This is the reason I felt compelled to leave a review. Wow! 5 months and my hair looks insanely good. I was expecting to wait much longer for results, but 5 months and it looks exceptional. $11,500 for my grafts. Money well spent.

After my phone consult, I went in last weekend and everything seemed as advertised. 1160 Burrard is a medical building across from the hospital, but with two separate doors locked on weekends, and only the residential side with buzzers. The review down below (vicky Rag...) is strange as she said she pressed a buzzer, but none of the doctors offices has a buzzer, so she probably went to the wrong door and got her appointment mixed up. Steve the hair consultant went through aspects of the on-site surgery, and I had a chance to speak with the doctor and head nurse briefly when they looked at my head. I was told they now offer weekend surgeries with patients mostly from BC and western Canada. Not being keen to travel overseas, I will be booking a date in 2022.

I paid for 2500 grafts and received perhaps 800. The technicians were too busy talking during the transplant process to notice that I was flinching in pain and asking for help. Spent hours feeling my scalp being operated on. Am willing to revisit this review if they're open to talking about this - Steve from Nuhair seemed like a legitimate businessman.

They don’t seem to have their act together. After a promising online consultation I was invited for an in-person consultation at the Vancouver location. When I arrived the front door was locked so I used the buzzer that went unanswered. I called the number I was given during the online consultation and someone tried to find my appointment and said they’re sending someone to get me. After 20 min waiting in the cold I call again. Someone else picks up and says this location is closed today. I explain my frustration to them and all they say is “Okay”, not even an apology. Smh

I am pleased with my results six months after the transplant.. It's hard to believe how much hair I am growing, the hairline looks like I had before I lost my hair. I wish I had done the transplant sooner.

Very poor service. I got my hair transplant from them couple years ago, 0% result. I should have gone to a better hair transplant provider and paid little more money to get better results. I paid whole amount upfront and they delayed my transplant almost 8 months from actual promised date. They had no shortage of excuses. Eventually when I fed up and started asking for money back then all of a sudden they gave me a transplant date at Winnipeg. Looked like they rented some private clinic there. They started my transplant later than scheduled time and then they started rushing because they were paying my flight ticket back to my home and the didn't want me to miss that flight. Whole transplant experience was terrible. They ended up putting in 1000 less grafts(in their own words but in actual it was more than that) than what I paid for. Anyways after a year when I didn't get any results, I contacted them for refund about 1000 grafts which they accepted they put in less, they stopped answering my messages and calls. So after all this bad experience my advice is don't waste ur money, pay little more and get better service.

I am very pleased with my procedure that was completed in April, 2022. The cost was reasonable enough that going abroad made little sense, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My results so far (4 months) have far exceeded expectations and have i have already scheduled another procedure to finish the job. I would not hesitate recommending Nuhair Medical

This is my second time being treated by Nuhair. The first time was in 2021 which I had done when they had a clinic in Winnipeg (see my previous review). I needed more work done and did not hesitate to make arrangements to travel from Toronto to Vancouver at Nuhair. Everyone was professional, courtesy and nice. Dr. R and staff were wonderful to deal with. You need to have your pre-op blood work done as well as ECG so make sure you get them down before you do your surgery especially if you are coming out of province. previously had 3000 grafts done and wanted to do another 3000 grafts which will be my final surgery. Overall I am so happy to trust Nuhair with all my procedures, if only I had more grafts to harvest I would do a third procedure. Highly recommend!

Dr Wong left me with a 1cm wide scar and had an unqualified tech operate on me without telling me where I got poor growth. After I questioned why my scar stretched Dr Wong has since tried ch...
