I saw Ale prenatal and postpartum, and have nothing but positive things to say about Bump and Ale. I mainly went for preventative reasons, but there is so much about the pelvic floor that most people don't know about, and how it relates to many other common issues that come up during pregnancy. Ale did such a great job prepping me for birth and taking care of me afterwards. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and always non judgemental. I'd definitely recommend Bump to any new mamas, or future mamas :)

Had such a great experience at Bump. Great place for postpartum recovery. My physiotherapist Alejandra Gomez is amazing!!! She is friendly, caring, patient and very comfortable to work with. I actually learned a lot from her. I would not hesitate to recommend her at all.

The team at Bump Physio has helped me maintain a strong pelvic floor through two pregnancies. i had no back pain, was not uncomfortable and was able to lift weights and strength train until 9 months with both babies! Their staff is very friendly, makes you feel very comfortable and meet you at the level you are at. They always give you extra exercises to do in between sessions, and check in to see how you are doing. I would highly recommend their team (at both locations) I have been to both and everyone is great! Pelvic health is so important, and they know best!

This clinic is awesome! I and my Mom have been going here for almost seven months now and they have A very professional and meanwhile charming and friendly team, from the receptionist to the physiotherapist. Thank you to Natalie and Morgan with the rest of the physiotherapy team who took care of me and my mom to build a strong body again after a car accident, I highly recommend them for physiotherapy and Kinesiology. They know their job very well! Let them know where your pain and soreness are and they will handle it for you.

I began working with Natalie in my second trimester with the goal of having a homebirth. I had never worked on my pelvic floor before so I was a total newbie, and based on my assessment I needed to gain some strength and control. I worked with Natalie up until a few weeks before my due date, lots of focus was put on breath work and kegels, and I am super happy to report that with the help of pelvic floor physio I was able to give birth at home with no pain management (I honestly felt minimal pain because my breath work helped me get through all my contractions). To sum it all up, I literally cannot recommend Bump enough, they made all the difference in my birthing experience. I am now seeing Natalie post birth to make sure that I strengthen my pelvic floor again!

Not all pelvic floor physiotherapists are created equal. Lacey and her team are the best around. I cannot say enough about the clinic and staff. From the aesthetics, to the cleanliness, to the care, it’s all incredible. I also have had the privilege of working with the in-house kinesiologist, Kailyn for the past year and she has been so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Whether you are pregnant, postpartum or even just looking for some rehabilitation, I highly recommend working with Kaitlyn, Lacey and the rest of the team.

Meaghan is very knowledgeable and thorough. She had a very holistic approach. The exercises and instructions she gave me helped relieve my symptoms (pelvic floor and knees). Meagan helped me feel safe doing strength training and lift heavy weights. She is very caring and compassionate. I would recommend her and Bump.

I've been seeing Ale (Alejandra) Gomez for over two years now and she has been absolutely amazing, and not just for pregnancy related issues. - She was incredibly kind and caring at my first pelvic floor appt, explained everything beforehand and made sure I was, and continued to be, comfortable as the appointment went on. - She supported me pre and post pregnancy with diastasis recti - She identified and continues to assist me with my prolapsed bladder (another thing I'd never heard of) -Through her guidance postpartum incontinence is no longer an issue for me (no we don't have to accept that we'll pee a little coughing / sneezing / laughing too much just because we've given birth) -And then there are the other physical issues I have with my shoulder, back and hips! I'm so grateful to have Ale on my care team. She's amazing and I've recommended her and the team at Bump to everyone mum (and my husband) who could benefit from her and their expertise.

They are great at bump, very understanding and professional. If anyone needs Physio, Kinesiology, or help with their pelvic floor (the services I've personally had) I 10/10 recommend Bump their Port Moody or the Langley location!

I went to see Meagan for pelvic floor concerns when lifting. Going in I knew NOTHING about pelvic floors and she explained everything with an amazing amount of care and detail. She went over everything she was doing and why, as well as what work needed to be done (including sending videos and recommendations) and the impact it would have. I felt extremely empowered to improve my situation and have seen amazing results in only a short time of working with her. I have also struggled with hip issues for several years and Meagan was able to assess and identify areas that may be affecting it that I had never considered nor had explored by past providers. The progress I have seen in my hip health has been unbelievable and I feel almost as though it's totally gone. I genuinely look forward to my appointments and the learning that will happen and improvements I will see. The clinic is also beautiful and well-set up, with wonderful and kind staff. I cannot recommend Bump and Meagan enough!

I recently had the privilege of receiving treatment at Bump Physio following an accident, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. After being recommended to the clinic, I was initially treated by Cassie, a remarkable and compassionate physiotherapist. Her care and dedication were evident from the very beginning, making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Unfortunately, Cassie had to go on maternity leave, but my transition to another therapist, Ale, was seamless. Ale proved to be an incredible professional, displaying the same level of care and patience as Cassie. Despite my shortcomings as a client, not always adhering to the prescribed exercises, both of these remarkable women continued to work with me diligently, showing unwavering support and love throughout the process. Having visited other physiotherapists in the past, I can confidently say that Cassie and Ale stand head and shoulders above the rest. Their expertise and genuine concern for their patients' well-being shine through in every interaction. In particular, I was impressed by Ale's skill in the art of needling, an area where she truly excels. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of such assistance. The entire staff at Bump Physio has created a welcoming and nurturing environment. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I felt supported and cared for, knowing that my recovery was in capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Bump Physio. The expertise, patience, and compassion provided by Cassie and Ale will undoubtedly make a positive impact on your journey to recovery. Thank you, Bump Physio, for providing outstanding care and being a beacon of hope in my healing process.

I'm so impressed with the treatment I received at Bump Physio! I saw Giorgia for pelvic floor concerns after a fairly traumatic delivery and significant tearing. She was SO professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She really helped me through a challenging recovery period and did so in a way that made me feel relaxed. I now recommend her and Bump to all my prenatal and postpartum friends!

I just came but from an appointment with Mette and I am obsessed! I am in my third trimester and was starting to have rib pain after a bad viral infection that made me cough a ton, and on Christmas Day a sneeze caused me extreme and sharp rib pain. It wasn't subsiding so I quickly looked online to see if I could find an appointment. I was SO LUCKY to find Bump Physio (Port Moody) and Mette. My treatment ended about 2 hours ago and I already feel a release. Sue did amazing assessments before and after, treated me, and gave me follow up stretches/advice for the next week. I am definitely seeing her again in the coming weeks! She has already helped so much... Thank you, Mette!! 😊

Natalie and the bump physio are fantastic. I’ve received PFPT before but this experience was outstanding. The clinic is very professional, Natalie’s degree of detail during our sessions really helped me understand what I needed to do to help heal my c section scar. A bonus was scheduling the staff went out of their at to try to book my appointments. I’d recommend to all my friends who need PFPT

Got nothing but great things to say about Bump PT! I've been going for prenatal/post partum pelvic floor work and seeing Natalie. She is a wonderful therapist - very professional, respectful and always checks that I'm comfortable during assessments. Client service staff are also very friendly, online booking super easy as well! Very glad I decided to go for a consult during my pregnancy :) Clinic itself is also a lovely calming space, with lots of Covid protocols in place.

I have had a great experience with Bump Physio. Lacey has offered expert care and advice to deal with my pelvic floor issues both during pregnancy and post delivery of my second child. I wish I went to her after my first. The clinic is super child and baby friendly and all the staff I have encountered have been welcoming and so accommodating. I’ve had Krista as my Physio Rehab Specialist and she has been excellent too. The Physio has been really important in bringing my abs back together and strengthening my pelvic floor and core. I’m really impressed with the Bump team and my recovering progress! I recommend them to all my preggo/mom friends.

Bump Physio is amazing! I began my journey of recovery 8 weeks postpartum with Lacey and I had no idea just how helpful physio would be, physically and emotionally there are just so many aspects of recovery that she has helped with. I tell every new mom I meet about Bump Physio and how beneficial it is for your pelvic floor health, whether you're a brand new mom or many years postpartum, I guarantee there is something they can help you with! Also, Krista is amazing at tailoring postpartum stretches/workouts to get you back to feeling like yourself <3 Update: Now pregnant with #2 and seeing Lacey again! So beneficial to see a pelvic floor PT for prenatal care as well, wish I had gone to see the wonderful ladies at Bump the first time around too 🍉

I first saw Savannah during pregnancy for a few pelvic floor physio appointments, I wanted to be proactive with my pelvic floor. I was very impressed by how professional and competent she is. She gave me exercises to work on prior to giving birth, and even had suggestions for breathing during birth. Just saw her this week for my first follow up appointment post birth, and it went great. She showed me how to massage my c-section scar to prevent adhesions, and gave me exercises to get my core back to healthy. Very happy with all the services at Bump Physio, and I would highly recommend! If you are on the fence if it is worth it, it is!
