Terrible experience with one of the staff. We ordered 2 green apple and 1 blueberry and 1 jasmine. EVERYONE GOT EXACTLY THE SAME FLAVOR. When we asked he said he was out of the others so substituted so we wouldn't have to wait.Well ask people please. My friend has some allergies and she has to watch what she gets. Plus he billed us an extra $3 per shisha for RUSH service that we never requested. We should have listened to Ali next door and not given them a try but we were getting ripe for a change. Ali said we would be sorry so he was right. Wasted money. 5 of the same flavors. Boring. Thanks for listening folks! Skip this hole. It's dirty too.

Clean and cozy place, awesome interior design, Aram who works there is very friendly and nice guy always asking the customers if everything is OK, suitable price, never have parking problem as it has a big free parking area right beside of the Hookah bar. Recommend

Wagdy’s has been a staple of the shisha/hookah community for ages now. It was always an amazing experience and is purely exceptional from the attention to detail from the owner and his team. Post the relatively recent renovations it’s only gone from good to great in terms of ambiance. Luxurious Egyptian vibes with comfortable and clean furniture will make you feel like a Pharaoh. The interior now matches the always exceptional authentic hookah. The main difference between this and the many other options around the neighbourhood is how much the owner and staff care about their product and customer service. You can rest assured they will check in on your shisha to ensure you are enjoying the experience and as a novice or experienced guest they will cater to your every need for a smooth and flavourful shisha. Bonus, this is one of the few places around which have amazing shisha plus food and beverages to make for a great time.

Everything on point with this place. From the quality of shisha to music and ambience. Great guy, puts in effort which is felt by the patrons! Suggestion: Meet Wagdy and ask him for his recommendation of the day, you will not be disappointed.

If you want to try hukka this is the place you wanna go really. Best customer service I have ever received. Great hukka flavors and I just love their Mango drink. Highly highly recommend Wagdy's Shisha.

In my humble Opinion!! I’m from Oman and i can proudly say wagdy is most probably the best hookah spot in NORTH AMERICA!!! The owner always looks after his customers with dignity and respect!! If i were you i’d avoid every other place in BC and just go to wagdy’s for the rest of your life!!

Been going to this hookah place since they first opened a couple years ago, and it’s always been an amazing experience. The owner is very friendly and he always has a smile on his face. The staff is very well trained and they always come around to the table to check on your hookah or if you need anything else. The hookah is really good with many flavours to pick from, and their hookah is always clean. They have some fruit cocktails (non alcoholic) and they taste really good. You should really consider giving this hookah lounge a try, it’s the best and I always recommend it!!

Wagdy’s is my new fav place to be. Uncle Wagdy (the owner) is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and he is super kind and a great host. He checked in on us several times and went above and beyond. A hardworking and caring business owner- hard to come by these days. Defs check this out!

We came to Wagdy’s for the first time with a few friends and it was sooo good!! The owner is the sweetest man, his vibes were great and he kept checking in on us and making sure we were doing good. He even heard us cough and came to check in and fix the hookah. Get the Wadgy’s Signature flavour, after taste is amazing🤩

The best hookah lounge in the LMD...must visit and definitely try their teas! The hookah flavors are great. So far tried: dbl apple, signature (a little harsh) and pan melon (my fave)... all in all a great time and service is the best in LMD hookah lounges. 5 out of 5. Prove me wrong.

The house special was perfect blend of flavour and the Turkish coffee complimented it perfectly. The music wasn’t too loud and you could carry conversation comfortably. The service was welcoming and very attentive too. It’s been a great experience every time.

This place will not disappoint!! I had the pleasure of meeting Wagdy himself; Such a kind hardworking man, with amazing customer service and attention to detail. He truley cares about his customers and it shows. The hookah was great, and unlike many other places, we were not rushed to leave and our hookah was checked on frequently. We tried chai tea and Turkish coffee, and both were delicious. The atmosphere, vibe and music was perfect, relaxed and modern. We found it affordable and chatting with Wagdy was the highlight. 10/10
