The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and Dr. Ochotsky was very sweet with our little Teddy ( our 3 month old Pom Yorkie) he never even knew he got his needle! I highly recommend her,and Westwood Heights Pet Hospital 😊

I can not thank the staff at Westwood Heights Pet Hospital enough for all their amazing teamwork! Dr. Dayna Chetek has been the best vet we could ever have for our dog - Mickey. She is compassionate, caring, and examines Mickey very thorough. Mickey is never afraid to go for his check ups. Within this past week, our dog sadly lost his ability to walk, and I was devastated. Robin, the Veterinary Office Assistant was able to have us see Dr. Dayna Chetek the same day, and Dr. Chetek referred us to a neurologist right away. I called the Westwood Heights Pet Hospital probably 30 times that day to follow up, and the team NEVER seemed frustrated with me. They helped me find the neurologist the same day, and we were able to have our dog seen by a neurologist. Without Dr. Dayna Chetek's referral and Robin's hard work to find us a neurologist, Mickey would not have been seen by a neurologist anytime soon. Dr. Chetek called us a few days after, just to check in and get an update on Mickey's condition. She answered all my questions very patiently, and explained with as much detail as possible. Mickey is so lucky to have an amazing team looking after him !!! Thank you so much to everyone at Westwood Heights Pet Hospital. Mickey will start physio soon, and hopefully he will gain his ability to walk back again in no time !

We are very grateful and appreciative of everything dr. Melissa did for our border collie Ace. She is knowledgeable, kind, professional and very responsive. Takes the time to understand the problem and cares about her patients. Very impressed about the professionalism of the staff as well. Highly recommend her for all your pets!

The team of vets and receptionists are amazing here. We brought our 10yr old cocker spaniel here for the first time who had a lump on his eyelid and some growths in his mouth. The vet recommended the lump removal but advised us it was ok to leave the growths in his mouth as it would go away on it’s on. He did give us the option to have it removed but we decided to take his advise. Enzo’s surgery went well and thank goodness during his recovery the growths went away. We have also brought our Shepweiler Groot in too recently and again, the vet was very caring, kind and down to earth. She made sure our boy was well taken care of and gave me so much reassurance. He got a small cut from rough housing with our other dog. I can’t even express how awesome this place is. They look out for your pets and you too. We’ve had other experiences at other places where they would have probably pushed for everything to be done. The vet was very kind and down to earth but very professional at the same time. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies. We have 2 other dogs as well that are patients if theirs. * thank you to the vets and receptionist team *

Dr. Melissa and everyone who works here are angels who deserve the absolute best. They take incredible care of my rats Swiss and Ricotta (RIP), and are always so friendly, professional, empathetic and just go above and beyond like i’m the only client they have. The prices are completely fair and transparent, and I’ve never seen Swiss so calm with a vet. Absolutely incredible bunch of people. Will be coming here with all future pets!

Westwood Heights is the best of the best. They are honest, informative, supportive, and I always leave feeling taking care of. I’ve taken my Yorkie here for the past 11 years and they have helped me through it all. Highly recommend!

Um called to make an appointment for my cats bladder infection and was told they don’t take new clients Don’t even have to go to know these people are all about the money and not the life of animals

If I could give Westwood Heights 10 stars, I would! The entire team at this clinic is outstanding. My French Bulldog, Ernie, suffers from allergies and often gets ear infections or hot spots that come on rather quickly. On more than one occasion, the team has been able to fit me in, or get me the tools I needed to help him out, even if it's at the end of their day. Vanessa, Miranda, and the rest of the team up front are so patient, helpful, and accommodating. I have also seen both Dr. Melissa and Dr. Dirk who are very knowledgeable, honest, and provide exceptional care. Thank you Westwood Heights!
