Dr. ANSARI has been my husbands dr. Since 3 years ago. And since then I have been asking my husband to change his dr. Because when ever he needs to see his dr. He or his staff do not respond. Since the beginning of pandemic there two things that they had to do one referral and one test kit and it has been since delayed and patient is waiting for almost 6 months now. One receptionist blames the other and no one cares about patient. Dr. ANSARI my message to you, this is your office and patients come to see you if you cant manage your staff or office do not take patients. People rely on you to get medical help.

Dr Behzad Ansari is the worst doctor ever and his secretory is worst too. She is never at her desk and never call back. The doctor should back to school to learn how to treat people. He is very impolite.

Dr. Ansari does not understand anything. Also, his wife, who works as a secretary there, is the most rude secretary I have ever seen. I never went again after two years and changed my doctor.

This is honestly the worse walk in clinic service I've ever been to, and I wish I could give it 0 stars instead of the 1 star rating. Since I live within walking distance to this place, I thought that I could get an appointment by coming in early exactly at when it opens. However, by the time I got there(9:10), the receptionist informed me(in a quite condescending tone) that all time slots were booked for walk in even though there were only 2 people waiting in the clinic excluding me. I find it hard to believe that within merely 10 minutes the time slots were all booked for the day. There must have been some sort of private appointment option available for other patients because I tried calling and reserving by phone and everytime it went straight to voicemail. I am extremely disappointed with the service, and especially of how rude the receptionist was towards the whole matter. I will not be coming back to this clinic.

The receptionist is unbelievably rude, and with the patient coming to the clinic and having to see a doctor in an emergency, easily say coming other day!!!! I really curious about this, Dr.Rashidi knows this situation or he like his receptionist doesn't care about his patients?????? Dr.Rashidi is great doctor ,, but I never want back to this clinic.

In my opinion all walk in clinics suck. This is my family doctor, and we live in the neighborhood. I switched to Evergreen from my other doctor recently, because it used to take me 2 weeks to get a doctors appointment with the other one. I find making an appointment here is very convenient. Sometimes they can squeeze me in same-day, if it's urgent. The front staff are usually friendly, although busy. The thing I appreciate most is that the doctor listens and does through questioning and (if necessary) tests. I feel very looked after. I never feel rushed and I never have to experience a doctor who stares at me over his computer screen. My only complaint is that the pharmacy is sometimes poorly stocked. A few times I've been in they haven't had what I ordered, and in one occasion the lady said they didn't have it just as I spotted it on the shelf behind her. Not sure if it was just poor organization or what, but you'd think organization would be paramount in a pharmacy. Overall, though, I've been very satisfied with this clinic.

I had one intraction with Dr. Ansari and found him extreemly disrespectfull and rude with a poor bedside manner.Dr. Ansari was not helpfull with my husband.

Dr behzad Ansari is one of the best family doctor in lower mainland. Him and his team are the absolute best. Laila (his reception) is so friendly and she is always there to help you out. They actually care about you and your family. Dr Behzad Ansari has been our family doctor for the last 8 years and not even once we had any concern or problem about him and his team. so glad to have him on my phone as our family doctor. Doctor Ansari is extremely spontaneous and quick in taking care of my parents. They are in their nineties and doing relatively well for their age. I can’t thank enough Doctor Ansari.

5 stars all the way! Dr Ansari helped me last week for my skin issue I that I was dealing for over 3 years, and honestly he was more solid than my specialist, my skin is far better than last week, and I am so grateful, I never thought that family doctor can help for the skin problem better than the specialists.!! I wish I would have visited him long time ago.

They never pick up the phone. I am calling so many times in different times and days in a week, but still no one is answering.I am not satisfied with the service at all. I will change my doctor as soon as I find another doctor available.

Do not come here if you don’t speak Farsi. They just ignore you while other people who speak Farsi cut the line.

Don't bother to call if doctor is not your family doctor. Waste of time and energy, they don't do walk in anymore.

Extreaming helpful, all of the doctors here truly strive for solutions and care for you.

I would give them minus 1 reviews if I could. The receptionist needs to be removed. What's the point of having a phone number when you never pick up? I've been trying to get my parents an appointment with their family doctor for hours and no one picks up. With so many bad Google reviews one would think to change things around the office but it seems like no one cares. Time to change our doctor.
