Moved over a year ago, and reno is ongoing. Big Box Outlet have so many great items. Purchased Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, name brands all new, stainless steel. Kohler Kitchen faucet, Artika light fixtures. So happy. Bought lovely flooring, but was short a few planks. So grateful to Rob, Assistant Manager who sourced what I needed, and ordered 3 boxes. My flooring cost half the original Costco price! Pricing is so good I am able to continue reno!

A real variety store with a bit of everything at discount prices. Mostly housewares, decorative stuff, a bit of clothing, some appliances and furniture, a few TVs, several racks of clothing, and some grocery and food items. Employees were nice and conscientious. Over a decent place although finding exactly what you want is a matter of serendipity.

The staff here are always wonderful, welcoming and helpful! Stopped in this morning for a sale of treadmills, unfortunately they didn’t have the one I was wanting. Brock the manager helped me out by calling the other store in Vernon and finding me the same model there! Also their social media engagement and posts for the Kamloops location are fantastic and funny. The big box should hire brock for all their media work! 10/10

Bought a RC truck for my son from here today. A sweaty older male with what looked like an employee badge around his neck kept staring at my 5yr old. He kept pacing by him and when I turned to try and ask him what he was doing, the male jolted across the store. He then stared at my son as we left. This was very disturbing as I don't know what the intention was, perverse or not. We won't be shopping here again.

Purchased a 10 by 14 gazebo at a great price (exact gazebo that Costco currently has on display at Kamloops store and it was a lower price than Costco). Not only did I get a great price, I also got exceptional customer service from Rob (assistant manager). I missed the 40% one day only sale, however I was able to pay for and get the discounted price a day later. Once I unpacked it I noticed that a couple of items were missing and that a couple of the bolts were broken and upon calling the store, Rob allowed me to swap the parts and provide me with missing pieces from another unopened box. (Normally for missing parts you would have to call a toll free number and wait for the part to be shipped out-or return the item for another-this was not ideal as each box weighed over 200 pounds). I was very appreciative as I already had booked someone to help me install it the following day and I did not have to cancel the booked setup day. The day after I set it up I stopped in to let the store manager (Brock) know of the great service I received and I told him I was on my way to recycle all the cardboard from the 2 boxes and he offered to take them from me and saved me a trip across town to the recycling depot. These days it seems you are lucky to even get a retailer to answer their phone to just ask a question so it is pleasing to know that good customer service is still happening locally.

Being a guy, in a panic to purchase things for Valentine's Day (don't tell my sweetie), big box came through! Got a foot massager, wifi light switch voice command adapters (smart outlets), among other things. The sales clerk was great at explaining the return policy, and was very courteous.

The social media marketing of this Big Box Outlet location has been killing it lately! I saw on Instagram some electric pianos were on their 2-day sale and called to inquire, the employee that answered (I think his name was Rob) was so helpful both over the phone and in person. Great prices and almost everything you can think of in this store :)

If you’re a high school student, good luck getting in. They won’t let you in. I’m not sure what happened, but if you value your time don’t bother going here

I thought the days were gone of great customer service until I shopped here!! Purchased a patio furniture set and received amazing care from purchase, price, right to pick up - staff helped load and pack into my trailer with patience and expertise. i have been shopping here for years and never disappointed.

At this store you can buy new and refurbished items that came from other stores like Walmart and Costco there are some very good prices on brand name tabletop appliances like rice cookers coffee makers air fryers blenders also great prices on vacuums their stock is always changing so it's difficult to tell you what they carry they have everything from luggage to electric fireplaces they have a return policy of 7 days at the store no questions asked 100% refund which is awesome we have bought from the store many times never had a problem it's definitely worth checking this store out

We cant explain how happy we are with Harmen (the managers) service. He offers exceptional customer service while still taking his job seriously. He is always busy in the store stocking shelves or making prices but instantly helps customers when they need assistance. 5 stars for big box kamloops and 5 stars for their great staff!

I have made many purchases at this store! Most recently purchased flooring and a washing machine! Pricing is so good! Staff are so helpful ! Always leave Happy with Deals and products!!
