I had a great experience with the Runners Den. I walked in and was greeted kindly, even though I do not look anything like a runner. The sales person asked if she could help and I explained to her my wishes. I am a diabetic with neuropathy and arthritis, my feet ache and I can just never find comfortable shoes. She measured my feet, looked at the wear on my old shoes, asked a few questions then went into the back room and returned with a few boxes of running shoes. Long story short, I left with 2 pairs of comfortable, a positive feeling and it didn't cost as much as I was expecting. 300 instead of the expected 500 dollars. They had a number of wide fitting, high arched shoes, I am very pleased with my purchase and I will return again! Thank you, and I am sorry I didn't get your name!! You are a lucky charm!!

If you need great advice, brand selection and very knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go. Paul spent twenty minutes or so discussing my walking needs and he provided several great shoe choices, and some excellent advice for pre and post walk stretching. Will definitely shop here again.

Amazing customer service! Amy helped me in choosing a correct trail runner. She was very knowledgeable on the different shoes and what they were best suited for. She was also patient with my indecisiveness. I was so happy with my purchase (Hoka) that I eneded up coming back for a second pair for work. Brilliant service! Ronin took time to measure the size of the feet analyze how I walk and run to suggest the right fit. He was very knowledgeable on the different types of shoes and how one fits and feels vs the other. We spent over 2 hours at the store and left feeling very satisfied. I will be buying all of my running gear going forth from here. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a while!

Fantastic customer service. I really needed new running shoes. The lady that helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. It turns out I've been wearing the wrong size shoe (which explains a lot). I left with two pairs that I am looking forward to wearing. Would highly recommend going here. I will be returning as soon as I need new trainers again.

Love this place!! The staff is amazing, they recommended a pair of Hoka’s as I was going on a European trip and I told them I would be walking a great deal. The shoes they recommended were a life saver as I have ankle and knee issues!!! I’m 100% going back and only buying from these folks!!
