Amazing place with wide selection of watches and jewellery. Partnered up with Alex and Andrew's superb customer service, this place wins. I've been trying to source a limited Seiko for awhile and Christine Jewellers saved the day. Not only were they able to source this watch that's limited to 2500 pieces but they explained in-depth of the history, complications and design of the watch upon pick up. Ordered my new Seiko from Christine Jewellers as it was one of the few places that had it only and in North America, at MSRP. Had some issues with FedEx processing the international order for shipment but Andrew Kwong, the VP, reached out to me directly to let me when it was cleared for shipment. All in all, a wonderful experience with Christine Jewellers and especially Andrew. Would absolutely buy from again!

I've had several online transactions on different dates with Christine's Jewelers and all of them have been great. The shipping is fast (about 2 days, or overnight) to Ontario and the items have been packed very well to protect the contents. Having spoken with them over the phone, Alex is professional and good to do business with. I found their straightforward online videos demonstrating watches, to be well done and providing good visual reference. It's a great place to buy online from (I've never been into their store so I can't comment on that) and definitely recommend them.

I recently fell down the rabbit hole of watch collecting and fell in love with a particular Oris model. Even though I'm in the US, Christine had the best price of any authorized dealer I could find and with the exchange rate in our favo(u)r I decided to buy from them. My watch was shipped within hours of placing the order. Unfortunately it got held up in customs limbo thanks to FedEx (so that's something to be aware of if you're planning to buy from somewhere outside of Canada). I was corresponding with Andrew K over email though and he was extremely helpful and supportive even after the shop got my money. I even got a refund of my expedited shipping fee when I mentioned my displeasure with FedEx. So even despite some hiccups, given the competitive pricing and excellent customer support I still highly recommend Christine.

I was recommended Christine jewellers by a friend who had gotten their wedding band from here recently. Decided to go check it out as I was looking to get a custom engagement ring made. I was fortunate enough to purchase a new Seiko 5 Sport GMT watch and once the inventory arrived at their store in Vancouver, it arrived here in Toronto with 2 days.
