I had been searching for a while for a local jewelry store who could work within my tight budget for my wedding ring. We randomly came across Juvelisto Design while wandering around Steveston one day. I had a look inside and loved the feel of it. I went back a week later to meet with the designer, Sasha, and discuss ring and budget options. I had a custom design in mind which another store had quoted 400-500 more than Sasha quoted me. She was very collaborative and listened to what I wanted and made it work within my budget. And I was excited to learn I could get this custom design for less. One month later, my ring was ready and I was very excited to pick it up. When I saw my ring, the detail and craftsmanship is really beautiful. It had turned out even better than I had hoped. I can’t wait to wear the ring and will definitely be recommending Sasha and Juvelisto to anyone who wants a custom ring done.

Incredible jewelry designer with fantastic talent and a beautiful, unique, and highly refined style! Sasha made me an absolutely gorgeous set of custom earrings that my husband gifted me to celebrate the birth of our daughter. The earrings are extremely unique, incredibly comfortable, and unlike anything that you can find anywhere else! Sasha was very hands-on with the design process and was open to making lots of refinements as we settled on the design. Her final design exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product! The earrings are now my favourite piece of jewelry, and I wear them regularly! They are a very special piece of jewelry and I always receive compliments every time I wear them. Love this place and will be coming here for all of my custom jewelry!

I've admired Sasha's jewellery for years and I couldn't think of a better person to design my wedding ring. I showed her some of my favourite Juvelisto designs and a few rings that I wear on a regular basis to give her an idea of what I like. With that information she intuitively created the most perfect ring for me - something beautiful that suits my personality, is intricately made and is also remarkably well-engineered. It's very wearable and I can tell that the delicate-looking band wouldn't bend if I accidentally sat on it. I highly recommend Sasha. She's an incredibly skilled artist and it's an honour to own a custom piece by her.

I had signed up for a private course to make an engagement ring, and I had such a wonderful time with the instructor, and the rest of the staff. I am so incredibly pleased with how the ring turned out and I it was such an amazing experience! Sasha was so kind and helpful. In general, I get more great service than I get bad service. I believe that sharing great service is even more important than sharing the negative. I meant to share this review a week ago. Had a few necklaces that were tangled, a few other jewellers told me they would have to send the necklaces away to untangle them. Juvelisto told me to bring them in and they would work on them. The woman working, untangled them within minutes and, after telling her I travel often, gave me several small plastic bags to use for travel to help prevent tangles. When I went to pay she didn’t charge me and just waved me away with a kind smile. I will now be a customer for life - I’ll for sure be doing some holiday shopping here for starters!

I discovered this unique place and Sasha as a great jewelry designer over 10 years ago. I'm always getting a great customer service in the store, and Sasha has made for me and my wife a few absolutely stunning pieces. The last custom order she made for me was a gorgeous ring that I presented to my wife as a gift for our 20th anniversary. Sasha, thank you very much again!

My fiancé and I went to Sasha and Leon to create a custom engagement ring. From designing the ring and getting 3D printed samples, the process was made so simple and stress free at Juvelisto. My husband & I took our 34 yr old wedding rings in to have to claws re done and my ring re sized as well , very kind friendly staff . Was given an estimate and timeline of when they would be ready, they were ready earlier than thought , when I went in , I was told they didn’t have to do as much work on my husbands as they thought so they took $110.00 off our bill , VERY HONEST of them , we would of never been able to tell if they hadn’t done it !! Took my grandmother's wedding ring of +40years in to have it refinished for my girlfriend. They did a beautiful job polishing scratches out of the sapphire, also reinforced the weak spots on the ring. Very neat to see actual craftsmanship done on site, very personal experience unlike the big jewelry shops found in the mall.

My ring was stuck on my swollen finger for 2 days and I was starting to panic. Juvelisto Design helped me removed the ring with a special tool that caused me no pain and minimal damage to the ring. VERY helpful and kind.

My fiancé and I would always walk by this place whenever we visit Steveston to grab some coffee. We walked in last week to receive a quote on resizing her engagement ring and we were blown away by their level of customer service and overall friendliness. We could not get the ring resized that day as we had to contact the original vendor to discuss warranty. A week had past and we went yesterday and once again, we felt so welcomed. It seemed like a different staff that day from when we visited last week, but regardless, the environment was just as welcoming. We ended up getting the ring resized and it took less than an hour! This was truly amazing and we highly recommend going here! You won't be disappointed!
