Not
a
good
experience.
Hotel
was
fine.
I
was
put
in
a
room
on
a
floor
with
several
college
kids
who
I
was
informed
were
staying
there
for
a
couple
weeks
because
dorms
were
closed
for
the
holiday,
it
was
like
a
frat
party
with
loud
music
and
people
wandering
the
halls.
I
got
moved
to
a
different
room,
upgraded
to
a
suite
by
the
front
desk
who
said
they
wanted
to
“make
it
right”.
I
had
originally
booked
and
prepaid
through
a
third
party
but
was
asked
to
provide
a
card
for
incidentals
if
I
needed
to
charge
to
my
room
which
I
didn’t.
I
woke
up
to
a
large
charge
on
my
debit
card,
well
above
the
rate
I
prepaid
already.
I
was
told
they
made
a
mistake
however
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
about
the
second
charge
other
than
initiate
a
refund
that
will
take
an
estimated
3-5
business
days.
I
was
in
town
to
pick
my
mom
up
from
the
hospital
and
buy
her
groceries
for
Christmas
but
the
charge
by
this
hotel
depleted
my
account
and
I
was
left
unable
to
do
so.
The
only
good
thing
I
could
say
was
the
front
desk
clerk
upon
my
departure
who
did
her
best
to
help
me
by
making
phone
calls
and
speaking
to
management
on
my
behalf.
She
was
advised
to
tell
me
to
try
to
work
it
out
on
my
own
with
my
bank
at
their
local
branch.
The
last
business
day
before
Christmas.
Despite
their
acknowledgement
they
made
a
mistake.
I
won’t
stay
here
again
or
recommend
the
brand
for
obvious
reasons.
Merry

hotels,
I
know
you’ve
made
mine
unforgettable.
