It was really good. You make your own burger I got 3 patties, lettuce, onions, ketchup, onion bread, with pickles. I also got a large fries. I also wanna clear something up about the service I see people complaining about this place. You have to know they're being rude on purpose. They're trying to be known for that. And if you realize that it will actually be very funny. People who know this and are still being hurt just have big egos and are soft.

I fully agree with one reviewer...if you're going to complain about the rudeness of the cook staff you didn't do your homework on the place! The bantering is great and definitely adds to the experience. The deep fried veggies and onion rings and fries were a bit greasy, but DAH what were you expecting straight from a deep frier! 🙄 Can't complain they weren't hot! I have a quad on plain with bacon (notice i ordered correctly 😉). The bacon was great! If you have thick skin and enjoy the "abuse", you will find this place worth returning to. I know I will be returning. Oh...one last thing, they accept credit cards but cash seems to be a better fit here.

Ann Arbor Classic Gems. Despite the location moving the atmosphere, food, and service remain the same. Love the tradition is being carried on. The burgers are greasy, filling, and delicious just as they should be.

The burger needed more flavor. It had no seasonings added. The steak fries were good. Overall it was a decent burger. Cool place to visit.

Came to town for the weekend, and had a great experience at Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burger. Standing in line and watching the 2 men take orders one person at a time, making your burger right in front of you, was very unique. The service was good, i was treated the way i expected to be, and the burger was good too. 👍🏾 Onion rings were ridiculously good. On another note, as hard as it is to get businesses to answer their phone, Blimpy Burger was packed, cooking, and I called twice, and they answered the phone both times.....thats saying something great. Would definitely recommend!

I could hardly believe that such a hole in the wall could offer such wonderful burgers until I ordered one myself. You get to build your own. Yes you get exactly what you want from the burger size to your choice of bun and toppings. You gotta try this place!

Really good burgers! Had 3 triple burgers and 1 double burger and large fry and total was $32ish. Fries were good and hot also. They make food right in front of you. Triple D joint and i would go back again with my Ohio State gear on!! They loved it there ;) You do have to pay to park but i was able to park for .50 right in front of restaurant on street since in and out.

I have been going to blimpie burger since I came to school 22 years ago. I always get the the Quint (five patties) with cheddar cheese and onions. Add a little ketchup and that's my go to. They ground there beef in house and you definitely taste the freshness in the beef. It's tasted the same now for 22 years.

Love this hometown gem! Burgers are messy filled with love and an any topping you desire. Highly recommend the fried vegetables and ask for extra mushrooms, homemade buttermilk ranch and cocktail sauce are great dipping options. Staff are down to earth and helpful. Best burger experience for miles the only burger that beats this out is an In-N-Out Burger.

Burgers are decent bite to eat. Fries are meh, just normal. There are enty of topings to choose from. Takes a out 5- 10 mins per order. The price is also cheap imo. I ordered 2 patties with various toppings and it was more than enough. My first time ordering was a bit confusing but just ask or read before you get to the line. No issues with staff. They're jokingly rude and have a great sense of humor. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

Good homemade style burgers and onion rings. This place could use a really good deep clean and some much needed ceiling repairs. There's a weird smell when you walk in (unclean).

Always great burgers! Fried veggies a must with a side of ranch for dipping! Got the double patty on onion roll with grilled mushrooms and Swiss cheese, topped with mayo, lettuce, pickles, and onions! Family ordered triple patties in their burgers with bacon, eggs, grilled onions and mushrooms, plus cheese. Love to bring family and friends here, especially when visiting from out of town!

Very good burgers and fries! Read the sign that's on the wall for directions on how to order. Kind of confusing for someone that's never been there before. They have a nice variety of bottled craft sodas! There is a public parking lot across the street.

Came for the MI game and had to hit up a DDD spot. Great Food. Very easy to order and Chuck was amazing!

Rude as hell. We were the only customers in line, with only ONE customer eating at a table. We have heard about this place and prepared to just answer their questions... blah blah blah. Girl at counter looked like she hated life and hated even more. Wouldn't let us order without each having a tray. We only wanted ONE burger to share so why 2 trays? She didn't have an answer, just insisted on it. So I walked away, showing i wasn't ordering anything. She told my husband he still needed 2 trays because there was 2 of us. He asked what he was suppose to put on it... We had a late breakfast and just wanted something to share... her attitude was beyond rude. We walked out. Wanted to try it, now we'll never go back. If this is their gimmick, I guess they need to post that with their rules for ordering... I would understand if they were busy and annoyed we both walked to the counter but THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. ZERO PEOPLE and now we know why...

A local burger shop where they make the food right in front of you. Order chicken burger with mushrooms and provolone cheese. Very delicious! My family ordered a quad burger, one with sesame buns and the other with pumpkin bun. They have several topics available to pick from.

As good as ever! Haven’t been here in probably 20 years. The new location is nice and has lots of seating. The process of ordering and the menu are as intense as I remember. Be ready and follow directions. Food was hot and cooked to order. Onion rings are thin crispy and piled high!

Follow Me I went while it was quiet, nearly empty. Prompt, friendly service. My burger is tasty. My onion rings are fine, very greasy. The fries were undercooked and had a raw potato texture. I had to cook them again at home. I did eat at home.

Best burger in Ann Arbor period. There's no telling how busy it'll be if you come. You'll either be waiting an hour to order, or it'll be empty and you get to eat immediately. Either way, it's all worth it. Cheap, good, what more can you ask for?
