Such a “gem” of a place 😉 But truly, they have quite an array of various stones, crystals, wood, rocks, and more! It’s fascinating to see the displays. The employee working when we were there was extremely helpful and so friendly, she was more than willing to answer questions and tell us more about products. Would recommend, even if it’s not your thing. Just explore and you’re bound to find something cool!

Absolutely amazing collection of crystals, high price range but worth the money!!

2021 December Midnight Madness night Heard Four Directions is under new ownership ... wasn't sure what the store would be like now. Happy to say that layout and selections were very similar to what was there before with items for the home and jewelry. Lot more rocks for sure were added. Got a beautiful necklace handmade by local artist, under the name of Motor City Monk. Will be back! 2017 Great selection of stones, lamps, beaded and gemstone jewelry and other household collectible items. Beautifully displayed and the staff is very knowledgeable!

I absolutely love this crystal & gem shop. I collect larger statement pieces now, but also have gotten many smaller gorgeous pieces. The bracelets, necklaces & rings are beautiful. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I always stop by here when out dining downtown with my daughter who also loves Four Directions. Very good prices also. Don’t miss this wonderful shop!

This store was a great find. They had a *huge* selection and the prices weren't too bad, and the people were really nice. I found quite a few rocks for my collection. I would and will recommend this store.

A terrific rock and crystal store! They have a great selection, from modestly priced to large, unique, pricey stones. A good selection of crystal jewelry, too. They have quite a range of mid-sized pieces at very affordable prices. I got Christmas shopping done and found a couple of pieces that I hope will still be available after the holidays. Love this store!

Easily the best looking crystal shop i've been to! They had a very large selection and the layout of the shop makes everything easy to view and it just gave an overall good feel. Obviously there are some high price points on certain items, i mean they’re crystals after all, but there were many great picks for a lower budget buyer (me)!

Cool gem/mineral shop! You can come here and only spend 5-15 bucks but a lot of things are 30-150+. The more expensive stuff is thousands but super cool to look at nonetheless. Staff is super kind and helpful, and the store was clean.

I miss the old days when you go in to admire the beautiful works of nature and go out with a trinket or two. I always loved the selection of affordable pearl jewelry and other glittering accessories. The current owners seem to want to attract high end spenders so it's no fun for me anymore.

Mostly for crystal people. There are some unique specimens, but the prices are hidden so you have to know what you're interested in. It's hit-or-miss whether prices are super low, or a bit too high. There are some good fossils, but limited because of catering to crystal people.

The gal that was working was not at all into talking or explaining much about the rocks. It’d be nice if you had the explanation of what chakra the rocks have.

I'm obsessed with this store. They have such beautiful items such as crystals, rocks, art, and jewelry, and going there is like visiting a combination geology and art museum. They have a good range of prices so I have been able to purchase some nice jewelry as gifts for friends even on my grad student stipend.

This is one of my favorite places to go for rocks. The staff are nice and informative, in particular the one individual who has been there every time we've went but we never have gotten her name, still I'm sure they're all good people. The display is like a museum of rocks and geologic history. We've been to this location three times, and whenever we plan to go we talk about bringing friends along because it is just that lovely of a place.

I really like this store. They have the most gemstone jewelry I've seen in one place! I bought a whole set of matching Amber jewelry for my Birthday, earrings, ring, bracelet, necklace. In less than 2 hours the Amber stone fell out of one of the earrings. I looked everywhere I went, I could not find it. I was just heartbroken, I loved them!

I absolutely love this store. The quality, the selection and the assortment of their collection is breathtaking. I could be in there forever. I can’t wait to make another trip! 10 out of 10
