    The store manager was very rude and refused to help me. He even threatened to call security to remove me from the store. I was on the line with customer service and she heard the conversation and his response. And couldn’t believe it. I know that there is a way to help any customer especially during the holidays. The customer service rep was wonderful however. I will not step foot into this Kay again until that person is no longer employed there. Which is a shame as my both my deceased husbands bought me a lot of jewelry there. Also it was my anniversary if my husband was still alive and I needed to get at least one chain so I could wear the cross I have. He would’ve made more money if he had done his job.

    Wish I could rate 0 stars. I was put in the middle of two Kay stores arguing back and forth like children. The other store was at least friendly to me. This store, however.... I have never been treated like this by any store manager in my life. The manager was outright rude and condescending the whole time. He eventually told me he was done with me and gave me a phone number to call their “customer care.” To start, he gave me the wrong phone number. Likely done on purpose. So I looked up the correct phone number. Customer care told me I had to go into the store to get my refund and gave me a reference number to have the manager call customer care and give to them and give me my refund. I told the manager this, he took the number, thought about it, and returned the paper back to me saying he would not. He said he would never serve me in his store again as I left. I would like to point out that I was polite and understanding up until the very end when I was tired of him being so rude and flat out mean to me. I ended up leaving the store crying. I called customer care again, they called the store and said that the manager was rude to them and still refused, and that their bosses would hear about the incident, and I got a $20 Kay gift card as my refund. The end. So please drive to any other Kay store to avoid this store manager, Ahmed. I could not believe the way he treats people.

    Lorena was very friendly and helpful. We are long time Kay customers and I was bringing in several pieces to have serviced. These were older purchases that were not in the electronic system yet. She helped me get all of my records updated and was very kind. We are loyal customers because of employees like Lorena! Thank you Lorena!

    Lori helped us from the begining to end regarding picking rings. She explained the warranties and insurance in detail which made the process easy. Highly recommend Kay Jewelers and ask for Lori :)

    Lorena was absolutely amazing. She helped me a lot in finding the predict ring for me she showed me the one I bought and I k ew it was the one for me. I would give her an 12/10 if I could but I can’t so 5 stars it is

    From the moment I walked into the store, Ahmed and his staff were polite knowledgeable and attentive. He was patient with me and took care of my issue from the online store, seamlessly. I went back to pick up my ring today and I was received in the same manner. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking, confident and or needs help figuring it all out to go to see Ahmed and his staff at the Briarwood Mall Kay Jewelers! Thanks Ahmed!

    My fiancé and I went to this store to have my new engagement ring he bought in SC resized. Though the initial salesperson was nice he gave us incorrect information about how they identify the rings when they are sent for service. When we received the call to pick up the rings only the band had come back. The salespersons did not even know there was another part that was sent out because the slip was not marked. We drove almost 30 minutes to this store so this meant we would have to make another trip. The manager, I forgot her name, made a snide comment that perhaps she didn’t think I heard, ‘well most people are just happy to get their pieces back.’ We both decided to never return to that store. I am really trying to understand the Kay Jewelers brand I am shock at how unprofessionally this entire situation was handled from beginning to end. I expected more and had our experience been better we would be repeat customers for Kay because I love my ring. But if this is how the Kay brand is represented, I can take my business elsewhere- far too unprofessional.

    My experience today with Mr. Kevin Atkins was outstanding. His dedication to Kay Jewelers coupled with his dedication to customer service was superb! It was evident that customer service is Mr. Atkins' forte. Good job Kay Jewelers for hiring good people!

    My fiancé and I went into this location to get a few pieces cleaned and his watch resized. We were both very disappointed with our experience here. My fiancé went up to the register and talked to the guy there and was told nope we can’t clean your pieces and we can’t resize the watch. But you can take some soap and water to your pieces at home. Didn’t offer to inspect the diamonds in any of our pieces. Meanwhile I’m browsing around looking at stuff and no a single sales person came up to me. They were all huddled together on the tablets. Overall very disappointed.

    Derek Was awesome I had a good experience with him he was patient isn't he didn't rush me to make a purchase he allowed me to pick what I wanted it didn't matter how many rings I picked out he was still patient through the whole process therefore I was able to pick a ring without being rushed to make a decision if you have to go there see Derek you won't be disappointed

    Purchased a ring- was sized in store- came back not fitting correctly. Tried to get correct size and they tried to charge me more for the same ring because it was no longer on sale even though I was just wanting to exchange for right size for their mistake. They did not seem to want to help me because I wasn't spending tons of money. Worst service.

    We found some rings online that we liked. We thought we would go to the store to try some on; however, there were no men’s rings at all at this store. There were workers that did not acknowledge us when we walked in, so we just walked out.
