Apart
from
the
hotel
room
being
comfortable,
there
was
nothing
else
pleasant
about
our
stay.
1)
Breakfast
service:
-
There
was
no
attempt
to
manage
the
large
amount
of
guests
waiting
to
eat
breakfast
due
to
covid
protocols.
More
than
one
year
into
the
pandemic,
there
was
no
system
in
place
to
organize
breakfast
so
that
there
would
be
social
distancing.
No
option
of
sending
breakfast
as
room
service,
or
giving
guests
a
specific
time
window
to
eat.
We
were
just
left
waiting
in
a
chaotic
line
for
more
than
half
an
hour
to
eat.
-
The
omelette
was
undercooked.
-
Coffee
was
unavailable
and
had
to
wait
for
more
than
half
an
hour
to
get
a
tiny
cup
of
coffee.
The
waiter
was
unresponsive
and
I
had
to
get
up
and
find
and
get
coffee
myself.
When
coffee
was
eventually
served,
it
came
in
a
dirty
cup.
-
Food
items
finished
quickly
before
breakfast
even
ended
and
when
restocked
they
were
placed
as
if
the
hotel
was
trying
to
feed
dogs
(luncheon
meat
and
cheese
was
wrapped,
not
cut
into
slices,
other
food
items
were
in
a
mess,
area
was
not
cleaned).
2)
Bar
service
-
There
was
no
menu
available,
and
after
we
insisted
to
see
a
menu
we
were
given
one.
we
ordered
from
the
menu
and
they
said
several
items
from
that
menu
were
not
available
as
it
was
outdated.
We
asked
what
was
available
to
eat
and
they
said
there
was
no
food
available,
while
right
next
to
us
there
was
someone
eating
a
hamburger.
The
servers
then
said
"yes,
actually
we
have
hamburgers".
Minutes
later,
we
saw
customers
being
served
platters
-
mixed
grill
and
even
desserts
for
example.
-
The
cappuccino
was
served
cold.
This
was
rectified
by
the
server,
who
gave
us
second
cups.
3)
Facilities
-
The
elevators
do
not
function
properly.
They
stop
at
almost
each
floor.
Despite
the
building
having
5
elevators,
it
still
takes
an
average
of
10-15
minutes
just
to
go
from
your
hotel
room
to
the
lobby
or
vice
versa.
4)
Room
service
-
The
cleaning
staff
on
several
occasions
tried
to
enter
the
room
just
after
9
am.
Most
hotels
do
not
have
cleaning
staff
waking
you
up
and
instead
come
by
in
the
late
morning/early
afternoon.
-
The
room
service
menu
is
dire.
If
you
missed
dinner,
good
luck
trying
to
order
any
food
past
11
pm.
Also,
no
alcohol
menu
was
ever
provided,
either
online
or
in
the
hotel.
You
had
to
ask
them
for
each
and
every
bottle
that
you
could
think
of
and
how
much
it
would
cost.
5)
General
hotel
service
-
Staff
were
often
rude
to
us
before
realizing
we
were
residents.
At
night
they
would
not
let
us
back
in
to
the
hotel
until
we
had
to
convince
them
we
were
residents.
This
was
after
four
nights
when
you'd
think
they
would
have
memorized
our
faces
by
now.
-
Prepare
to
wait
for
a
long
time
everywhere.
At
the
entrance
to
get
your
bags
searched,
because
the
woman
in
front
of
you
insists
on
bringing
her
food
from
outside
and
the
security
guard
flirting
with
her.
At
the
reception
while
a
guests
tries
to
settle
her
bill
and
the
receptionist
doesn't
understand
how
the
billing
works.
At
the
restaurant
or
bar,
when
they
don't
get
your
order
right.
