Training at Kogen Dojo has been such a fulfilling experience for me. The coaches are extremely skilled and know full well what they are teaching you and how to effectively drill that knowledge and experience into their students. My stand-up game and confidence has grown exponentially since I started training here and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in picking up a martial art.

I started Muay Thai classes at Kogen Dojo three weeks ago, and I've been truly impressed by how welcoming both the coaches and fellow students have been. The instructors are top-notch, and the friendly atmosphere here makes it a fantastic place to train. I'm excited about my journey at Kogen Dojo and look forward to continuing my Muay Thai journey with such welcoming coaches and a great community.

The community is incredibly welcoming, and there are a good number of women who actively attend classes and fight (which is really cool). the environment fun and professional, the space is very clean and all of the coaches are very knowledgeable. On top of that they are flexible and willing to work with your circumstances. all-around kogen has great energy that is fun and inviting to learn in. It also is nice that there are two locations.

This is a great place to train. They have two locations and lots of classes for adults and kids. It doesn't matter if you're experienced or a new to it all, everyone is welcome. I've been training Muay Thai and BJJ here for a couple of months now and all the trainers are great. They are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the craft they are teaching. Most have professional experience as well. The people who train here are also great. Like I said earlier, this is a great place to train. You will truly feel welcomed here and be given the opportunity to test yourself through adversity and knowledge you will gain here. If you see me here, feel free to say hi.

So much to say! Have been to a few other Muay Thai gyms in the past years but Kogen is the best. They focus on technique, and will coach you through until it's solid. If you are looking for quality Muay Thai and/or JJ instruction, this is the spot. Most importantly, the classes are fun and a great work out! Shout out to all the great coaches there!

I did a one-year membership at Kogen Dojo and I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. The coaches were great and everyone was very nice. Coach Drew, Tommie, and Matt were all excellent coaches. If you're serious about Muay Thai, I highly recommend Kogen Dojo!

Great gym with great training. Drew is a cool guy and very detailed when teaching. Tommie is great!!! Expect ally with the children very patient. I tried a few games before finding this place and I chose it because of those 2 gentlemen!!
