Nice walk with a lot of historical information on the plaques along the trail. I met some really nice people who were fishing. Only negative is the emo looking teenagers in the tunnel smoking cigarettes and using filthy language.

I grew up in Anoka, it has changed a lot. Riverside Park with the pavilion is better than ever. The walking paths are great. So nice Anoka was able to retain this for the city. The grass is so green and the whole place is so we'll maintained. Some street parking, there is a free parking garage a short distance away. Lots of dogs and people walking even on this very cloudy afternoon. The Rum River is right there, you can get right down to it. They have a wood observation deck that goes right over the river, handicap accessible too. Stop on Main Street and get something to eat while you are there. 2 Scoops ice cream is just a short walk away. This is a great part of the charm of small town living. Treat yourself.

Great park, nice trail right along the river, access to the river for humans or pets. There are always a ton of ducks around (and geese) so don't go if you're scared of them. There is a bridge to cross the river or out can exit out the tunnel to get across main st. Very pedestrian friendly as well as bike friendly.

A wonderful little gem of a park located right outside of downtown. A lovely length of walking paths that follows the Rum River through Anoka. Plenty of shade and lots of places to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. As an added bonus, there is a delicious ice cream shop within walking distance!

Nice park with trails along the river. Would get 5 stars if people would stop feeding the ducks which poop all over.

Excellent playground for young kids. It is near a road, but it's a dead end so not much traffic.

Great place to enjoy the quiet and watch the river. There's a small "dock like" structure to get you closer to the water and there are a few cool swing benches near the outer path. There's also a park with children's play equipment and an under-roof sitting area with picnic tables.

I really like taking my kids here to play and the neighborhood is filled with friendly faces. However, be causious about letting your kids play here as i found a hyperdermic syringe on the play ground the other day or rather my daughter did thankfully she didnt touch it and came abd hot me right away. So i urge you to check pkay ground before letting kids play. I also love this area for pokemon hunting.
