Perge Nymphaeum anıtsal çeşme

Historical landmark

👍👍 So much bigger than I expected. Give yourself lots of time to walk and take it in (bring water with you on a hot day!). There are washrooms at the entrance as well as vendors for gifts and juice and snacks. Signs will give some background and there are guided headphones available for rent.

Excellent place to visit. Hired a car for a few days so was not rushing around which is what would have happened on paid tour. It is a beautiful site. As a bonus saw 2 turtles. Also saw a venomous black dessert snake and nearly pooped my pants.

An olden Roman city which you can freely walk about. There are signs pointing out what some of the ruins are which are quite informative. Worth the visit for sure.

The place is awesome but the staff who are running it are not. Beautiful remains and so much history in such a small area.

Definitely one of the more interesting signs in the city of Perge. The way water would have once flowed out from under the statue of cestrus (now headless) would have been magnificent. His view over the city's main thoroughfare with its creek running through the centre is a great view.

A beautiful site with much to see! The theater is awesome and the stadium as well. It takes hours to go over the entire area. Loved it!

Great roman ruins ! Plan a day a day out during which you go to Kursunlu Selali first (take the minibus mk80 from Ismatpasa) soend hours there to hike and see the waterfalls. Then take a taxi to the ruins. From the ruins you can walk to Aksu and take a tram back to Ismatpasa aka central Antalya.
