An amazing location of wonder and amazement, a land of true dreams and aspirations, spectacular staff and beautiful atmosphere, 10/10 would reccomend

Whoever took my order in the drive thru had an annoyed tone. Burger just looked sad. Cheese could have been melted and meat wasn’t fresh/hot or else the cheese would have melted. This is a good reminder of why I stopped going to jack in the box.

This location is always consistently good. Fast drive thru, good food, friendly staff. Staff has been exceptionally friendly in the last few months, it truly makes it a great experience.

There is only one metric I use to judge Jack in the Boxes. The quality of their regular tacos. This JitB has the best made regular tacos I've ever had. Crispy, correctly proportioned, uniform. You'd think that isn't hard, but it is. No word on consistency, as this was my first time at this location. Clean building, clean employees. You really can't ask for more from such an establishment. So, the full 5*

When we went staff were very nice and friendly. I even thanked the staff for being polite this is something that is rare in fast food as we don’t really eat much but this location is really nice.

Ordered chicken!! Great work in cooking one correct and the second rubbery almost not cooked.

Went once, they said credit card reader not working. Went 2nd time ,very poor customer service. I could not order menu that I selected online. Left without meal.and Went to McDonald's.

Fast service and most of all milk shake machines seem to always be working.

My sandwich had mold on it, other then that they were kind enough to replace it. Honestly the best thing about this place is the customer service even though they callwd the mold a burn spot :(

Got a Jumbo Jack through the drive thru... the young man apologized for the long wait which was not that long imo... very polite

We ordered 3 ultimate bacon cheeseburgers and received no bacon on it, and you would think for the amount of money it cost 65.00, it would have vegetables, i.e., onions pickles lettuce tomato. Waste of money. I'll go to Dairy Queen next time. Their burgers have everything on them!!

Decent food and good for a quick meal as long as its before 8PM. Says closed at 10pm but you'll be lucky to find them open past 7.

Where I live in Arkansas, we unfortunately do not have any JITB locations. So, whenever I make it to Phoenix, one of my first stops is always at the local Jack!!!

Long lines at drive through but at least they were open.

Says they are open till 10 showed up at 9:20 there's a chair in the Drive-Thru and it's closed

Order taker put down a combo without my asking for a combo. I let them know it's not a .combo.... then the stranger reaction.of the order taker:..."you said it was a combo!" ...then I repeated myself. It's not a combo. Then again they said: "No you said it was a combo" i repeat: no I never get combos here. I did not say a combo. They again say: "no you said a combo!" ....I dunno what was wrong with this order taker but who argues over what a customer is ordering?! Very weird very rude. Who cares what I said, even though I did not say that. Bizarre experience. Rude customer experience from an older guy/order taker in drive through.

They were Very fast, efficient and got all of our 8 orders correct. I've never been to a jack in the box until now. The sandwich I had was not one I'll ever order again, but it was fine.

One of the better Jack in the Boxx locations to be had. Staff are friendly and quick with the order, the restaurant is clean and food prepared to order.

Fresh and hot sausage biscuit with fries better than McDonald's! Friendly staff too!

I started orginally to be the only one in the drive through, felt rushed, when I told them I needed time to look at menu. Get to window the guy never read back my order just handed the bags, i go through my stuff, he says, there's other customers behind you, I said, "Excuse me!" I need to look through my order to make sure its right, I pull up, and sure enough, its wrong. I go inside I speak to the manager, I point to the guy who was rude. I have my grandkids with, so the pressure was on. Manager apologized with head down, gave me like size large in curly fries and cheese cake. This Jake in The Box isn't the same like it was years ago. Prices too OMG! $32 YIKES!!

Fast food is never that great. However it's the service that made the difference. The individual working the window for the drive through was great. You can tell she was have a rough day my her limp amd holding onto the counter but she still made it all about the customer.

Usually I have an amazing experience at this location but today was not it. I can’t have dairy as I’m allergic and there was cheese on my burger, no biggie took it back to ask if it could be remade. It happens multiple places for me and everyone is usually nice but they were not. They weren’t very nice when asking to see the burger and receipt, I tried to let her know I’m allergic to dairy so I’m sorry for the inconvenience and she just talked over me so I just shut up. The guy who took our order was not sober… sorry but there’s no chance he was. He didn’t understand what we said most of the time and it didn’t help he had AirPods in, then he watched over the woman’s shoulder as she helped correct my order then asked us what we ordered since we were waiting in the drive. My guy looked like he could barely keep his eyes open… I MISS THE NICE LADY WHO ALWAYS WORKS SHES SO KIND AND SO CHATTY! I hope she’s well 🥰💕💕
