Julian has made this location MORE fantastic! Our family comes here weekly and since Julian’s been here we never have errors on orders. His customer service is superb for such a young guy. I wish more young people could understand service. I love this location!!

Outstanding! I especially like the shredded beef tacos! Some of the best! Update: under new management. The food has taken a serious hit. Today we went for taco Tuesday and was very disappointed when served burnt and crispy beef which was soaked in grease. When I told them they served me more of the same burnt, crispy, greasy beef. I brought it back again and they told me, "it's fine and you're the only one to complain." This isn't the first time I've been disappointed in the quality and quantity since new management.

I keep trying to give you guys a chance, but you keep disappointing me. When I pay $10+ for a burrito, I expect one at least bigger than your salsa cup. Your guys quality and sizes have dropped off, your product is not worth what you're charging. See the picture for my most recent let down, sadly this is the case with any burrito I order from here. If you want value for your money, try Takos Katrina on the frontage road, they will give you a good $10 burrito.

There’s been a few workers before that were always very friendly and greeting. There’s one now that runs the drive thru, still haven’t asked his name yet but he’s great really cool dude. Always gets our order right and always remembers I love the fire sauce. We go every Friday, love it

We order alot of food and honestly it was all delicious. We were headed back to Prescott Valley and decided to try their food. I loved that they didn't have potatoes in their breakfast burrito. The Carne Asada was super good same with the guacamole. The kids liked that it didn't have all the tomatoes and stuff in the guacamole. The cashier was super nice and let us eat outside on their tables cause we didn't want to eat and drive especially with kids eating. He even turned on the misters. When we come back to AZ we'll definitely stop by again.

Been here multiple times.. Better food and service than the Taco Bell that's like a block away 😆 🤣 I've ordered: Fish Tacos Carne Asada Fries Carne Asada Burrito Arizona Burrito Bean n Cheese Burrito Super Nachos And much more. Food is always great.

8/19/23 0900hrs $20. Ordered the lengua tacos. I assumed these were small street tacos, so I had to eat them! I’ve had better lengua but these were okay. It needs more seasoning for sure, tender & moist meat helped with lemon and red salsa. Horchata was well made, not sure if it’s fresh made or bag powder. Enough rice and sugar blend. I will definitely be back, but will not order lengua again.

The breakfast omelette was huge, tasty and served quickly. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Large selection of salsas too. It was my first time here and I would certainly visit again.

I ordered the chimichanga (lunch special) and got canned beef instead of the normal shredded beef. Disgusting!! Worst chimi ever... had to throw it away it tasted that bad! I will never eat here again. I can get better quality food from Del Taco than I can here!

I’m not sure but I think there’s 750 Filberto‘s in the Phoenix area. It’s better than Taco Bell, in the first few times they are magnificent! I don’t know why, but for me I’ve kind of gotten burned out on them. Not their fault, I would like to see better salsa though. Taco Tuesdays a great deal!

Easy inexpensive Mexican! With a drive thru window this has become my go to place for a quick delicious meal. I love the fish tacos- fried and decadent in a healthy adjacent way. And the shrimp burrito has just enough kick to get your attention but not be too hot.

Showed up on my lunch break and there was one car at the window. I ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito. I sat there for 20 min at the window why the guy talked on the phone. When I finally got my burrito it was half the size compared to other locations. Food is decent sometimes but after this I won't be returning. Plenty of others spots in the area.

Consistent with our food, dine in. Their pollo asada plate is really good, thanks to the cook who is always there. I like the flavor of their beans, & salsas. Cashiers: for the most part, service is okay, with one exception. She rather be on her cell than hand me my order waiting on the line, even telling me to hold on. Saw her only once thank goodness. I eat here regularly, being a friendly, familiar face helps when supporting businesses.

I will start by saying that i have ordered these items at this drive through location and others many times, and it’s usually good. My last two visits however were terrible. They weren’t late night orders and it wasn’t particularly busy. I also ordered politely and said please an thank you both times. The first order of two adobada burritos were both so messy and greasy that they went into the trash. Fast forward three weeks and I ordered two carne asada burritos. When i got home 5 min later I noticed both were cold. Obviously microwaved meat tossed into a uncooked tortilla with some pico and guac. Also trashed because a second reheat makes a gross bad tasting mess. I don’t expect to ever see the $40 wasted here, but if I ever try this place again i will definitely be ordering inside and inspecting my food before leaving.

Pretty good food. Sometimes the burritos are kinda just warm, but still taste good. Salsa bar is great. Only downside of it is there are no chips at the salsa bar like most Filibertos.

I have enjoyed Filbertos since I was little. My only real complaints are that it's not quite as affordable as it used to be and the somewhat recent change in the Togo packet salsa (at least at this location) is a definite negative. I'm not sure how or why, but that salsa is not nearly as good.

Food used to be very low-par but they must've recently underwent management change because it's suddenly gotten good. The only tiff I have here now is they close their kitchen 30 mins before close. Please adjust your hours to when the kitchen closes!

Got to say I love this place! As with anywhere from time to time you will get something that lets you down but nine out of 10 these people are on the money! I have noticed I have better luck going in the mornings. The morning staff is ridiculously polite helpful and professional! The food is always on point in the morning as well! I have nothing bad to say!

This was my very 1st time here. There were 2 customers waiting for their take out. Employess were just playing around and not paying attention to the customers or even acknowledge the customers. As I was standing looking at the menu, the cashier was banging a pen so hard on the counter and it was so loud and annoying. He never once say anything till I got to the counter to order. As I was waiting for my take out, I walked over to the condiments area and everything was empty and looked really bad. They called me so I went and got the food and left. I got home and my husband and my twin sons tried the food and omg, they were disgusting. To spend $27.15 at 7:25pm and had to throw everything away was sad. We usually go to Torta Chano because of their good food and excellent customer service but thought we will give Filiberto a try, BIG MISTAKE. I had carne asada bowl and my husband got #2 which was beef taco and beef burrito and the beef was nasty and the tortilla was like chewing on an oiled rubber. All the employees just need to be friendly and should all get trained some real customer service. It won't surprise me if you all close by the end of the year. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF YOUR FOOD TO ANYONE COZ NOONE NEEDS FOOD POISONING. We all felt sick after eating your restaurant food. This is not what you expect in Anthem and we have lived in Anthem since 2011.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! We are not from here and decided to Google Mexican food near me and we'll I wish we hadn't. We've never had such bland food before especially so called Mexican food. We've had TexMex that has been better. The Green Chile was runny and taste like chicken. The taco lacked any flavor at all, the Refried Beans were from a can and I'm sure the Spanish rice was from a package. My tamale had a rubbery tortilla and the cheese wasn't even melted inside, it was just a clump of cheese with canned enchilada sauce on top, the tortilla for the green chile was so greasy it was unedible. My husband also got "hot wings" and all they did was pour hot sauce on the chicken but that's besides the point. How this place can call themselves the #1 Mexican food place in Arizona is beyond me. We wasted almost $50 of which $11 was for soda/tea! I mean c'mon! $5.50 for a medium size cup of tea, ya'll are doing too much to have such bad food. We should have known with how empty the place was when we went inside that we should have turned around and went somewhere else. The pictures of food they paid for are the best part, it makes you think the food is going to be good, but sadly, it's not. We will not be going back. You couldn't pay us to eat there!

I only try this place about every six month hoping the food gets better. It never does! From freezer burnt cane asada burrito to rolled tocosthat are still frozen buy burnt at the same time. I can say they never disappoint on how they can ruin the food. My only advice I can give them is sell the place because they suck at quality food service.

Food was dry and tasteless. Ordered a a pint of green salsa, was given red (greasy) salsa. Nachos were horrible, chimichanga plate had no rice & beans. Only reason they got 2 stars on the food was the burritos had flavor, if not very greasy. This was their last chance, I won't be returning to this or any other filiberto's location. If you decide not to heed my advice, double check your order before you leave.

Ordered a side of their refried beans and it was horrible. Didn’t even taste like refried beans. The last time I got these may be six months ago they were really good and thick and creamy and now it’s like bulky and watery and blend and taste like water down whole beans

Go through the drive through you will get your food faster. They serve drive through customers first. 5 cars to 1 dine in customer. The food is ok it was pretty good. The owner was a nice guy now always looks grumpy and one day closed the door in my face didn't bother holding it when he walked through. Sucks this place was good.

I used the rest room and upon coming out I seen the cook come out of the stall after peeing and leave the bathroom without washing his hands. I threw my food away immediately upon getting back to my table. I looked in the back and watched the same cook proceed to make other patrons food with no gloves after not washing his hands. Also this place is overrun with roaches and mice in the back. Good luck if you eat here I guarantee you will get sick. Does anyone know how to call the health department

Food was cold. Lady at the drive thru first wouldn’t admit that I gave her sufficient cash, and then didn’t even give me the necessary change. I had to ask for the change. I paid in cash because they have a 3% service fee if you use a card. Food is expensive as well. I won’t be back.
