Great staff, great rooms, quiet location & awesome breakfast love it here.

I was pretty impressed by the staff's kindness. The rooms are good, beds are comfortable, the breakfast are good (they include pupusas, a typical dish). There are a couple of food courts nearby and the biggest shopping mall is 10/15 minutes away by car. The seventh floor rooms have a beautiful mountain and volcano view.

I spent a week in late July of 23 here. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious and varied from day to day. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I loved the view of the volcano. It was within walking distance of malls, restaurants and two doors down from Dollar City. I felt safe walking through the city. The airport taxi gave me a good tour of Plaza Libertad. Viator tours would pick me up and drop me off at the motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

So I am going to do 2 reviews. I am doing this 1st one because it is so difficult to arrange a ride from the airport to this hotel. I have emailed and called and...no response...no assistance. Terrible. My next review will be made when I leave.

I am giving this review just for the upkeep of the room. And its not for the young lady who cleaned during our stay as she was good. This rating it's for the suite upon arrival. It seems that it has been neglected for a while and hotel had lowered cleaning standards. As the room even had a strong smell of urine. But as for customers service I give 1010. Starting from the moment of arrival front desk, bellboy, restaurant staff, You all go above and beyond. My recomendation it's for the head of housekeeping to check more often those rooms and add a nice smell, add more towels. My room didn't even have face cloth I had to ask to the housekeeper assigned and she got some for me. We stayed from Jan 27 to Jan29/22

We just stayed at this place for 10 days and let me just say , it was the absolute best customer service we have ever received ! The hotel staff was beyond helpful and took such great care of us ! I recommend this spot to any one with families that is looking to stay local . We had such a great time , rooms kept nice and clean , staff very kind and friendly, food was amazing . Overall amazing!

Facilities haven't been renewed or restored since they first opened more than 20 years ago, and it shows. They force any visitors to go to the underground parking (where they charge you by the hour), even if there are available free spaces outside.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! the entire restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Juan Carlos, Flor and the dinning team were very helpful. Great job to the team at this hotel. As a long time IHG member, it keeps me staying at these hotles

2 night stay at the San Salvador Holiday Inn, and had an amazing time, everyone from the front desk with Julio and Oscar and Diana, to housekeeping with Evelin and wilfredo, were just so nice and welcoming. When I needed towels, toothbrush kit, coffee, waters, nothing was a too much for them, they got it for me. Loved the facility but will come back for the service.

I really enjoyed staying here. Every single staff member was friendly and very helpful. They made my family stay here very pleasant. The location was very clean and in a nice central area. We will be back. Thank you

I give it 3 star because I stay here two months and I didn’t get a long stay discount. The hotel is located in a very safe area near embassy. The cleaning ladies do a very good job cleaning rooms. Lots of restaurants near by. Also for the long stay I would expect them to included breakfast but no there is an additional price. I wasn’t told there was also an additional cost for using phone to make local local calls to order food. The hotel also have drivers that would take you around the city just be aware they are extremely expensive. Uber is just as safe but they tell you not to use them. Over all it was an ok stay here would definitely expect them to give you a rate for a long stay not to over charge you at the end of your stay.

This hotel was amazing to stay in San Salvador. My Whole family and me stayed here for two weeks in September, I recommend this place it’s nice, clean, and secure and safe to stay in. Their Restaurant has delicious food. The staff is excellent, good service especially from Enrique and Enmanuel .

The staff at the Holiday Inn in San Salvador are amazing- they have excellent customer service and are attentive and friendly. Special shoutout to Emmanuel, the front desk crew, and the cleaning staff! Our stay lasted almost 2 weeks. Recommend paying for the hotel breakfast because it has a great mix of traditional and American spreads. Fresh pupusas made on request daily! They have a free parking garage, friendly security and a clean laundry room. Very convenient location for those with business at the US Embassy. Our room didn't come with a fridge but there were plenty of food options nearby including a grocery store. If we return to the city, there's no doubt this is the place we'll stay!

Staying at the Holiday Inn, was an excellent decision. The price was within my budget, and the room was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay.. thanks to the staff
