am
giving
this
review
just
for
the
upkeep
of
the
room.
And
its
not
for
the
young
lady
who
cleaned
during
our
stay
as
she
was
good.
This
rating
it's
for
the
suite
upon
arrival.
It
seems
that
it
has
been
neglected
for
a
while
and
hotel
had
lowered
cleaning
standards.
As
the
room
even
had
a
strong
smell
of
urine.
But
as
for
customers
service
I
give
1010.
Starting
from
the
moment
of
arrival
front
desk,
bellboy,
restaurant
staff,
You
all
go
above
and
beyond.
My
recomendation
it's
for
the
head
of
housekeeping
to
check
more
often
those
rooms
and
add
a
nice
smell,
add
more
towels.
My
room
didn't
even
have
face
cloth
I
had
to
ask
to
the
housekeeper
assigned
and
she
got
some
for
me.
We
stayed
