Very ghetto and trashy compared to a few years back. Nearly all the merchandise is locked up!! Be prepared for a 30min wait to get washing detergent!! Lines a ridiculously long i would suggest you get there as soon as they open for a decent experience!! Honestly I don't physically shop here anymore I use insta cart to avoid the chaos!!

Shout out to the tire center! They may never answer the phone here but they were sure to be accommodating and made room to take my car in around 4pm on a FRIDAY!! That was amazing! Thank you to the two of you who helped at the counter. The young lady who got off around five and the young man who was gracious enough to ring me up instead of sending me through two lines, I appreciate you so very much! Wish I knew your names! Please forgive me for not knowing your names.

Best to go in the early morning as it is less crowded. I really hate having to push a button and wait for body wash, vitamins, etc. Tip: push the call button as soon as you arrive in the department and by the time you decide, someone will be there to help unlock your item (maybe, might take still longer)

I've been coming here for years after we moved here. But recently, I was given odd stares and was harassed by security multiple times about where's my cart and what was I doing here? I remark, "I don't have a cart, my wife has it, and I'm just waiting for her." And he said someone complained that I yelled at customers and workers and that I fit the description. My motorcycle jacket is pretty one of a kind, looks more like a tactical jacket. I just came from work, I'm a night watchman, so I was still in my uniform. If he had check the cameras, it would clearly show myself walking with my wife. If they watched me the whole time, I was just quietly walking around looking for toys to buy for my grand daughter. Not once have I spoken out loud in the store, unless I was with my wife. I recieved no apology after my wife met with me at the register. But that left a very bad taste in my mouth. Please Vet the info you received before confronting a customer... your common sense and observations from you staff need work.

Worst supercenter I've been to. If it's behind glass, you're not getting it because NO ONE is coming to grab product for you. This store doesn't answer phone calls either. When you finally give up trying to get your baby shampoo, the checkouts move at a glacial pace. But at least they had multiple open.

It has many different aisles with everything you should be looking for. Although there are many things they need to add more of, for example bicycles, skateboards, scooters, different flavored chips. These are minor adjustments but overall the store is great.

I've been to Walmarts in multiple states and dozens of cities, this one is pretty rough compared to all others I've shopped in. There was little to no help or customer service in the cosmetic department. Almost every little item was under lock and key. I had to wait 20 min to buy a $5 nail polish! The store was torn up and and out of lids of stock. Couldn't find the pet department at all. Little in the way of outdoor Christmas decor. Garden department was locked up so you couldn't enter it. Loooooong lines at the check out and way too many lanes for Instacart type transactions only. So plan on a very long wait. To make that worse, you can't even check yourself out if you have more than 25 items! I'm hoping to never have to go back to this Walmart again!

Everything has been put in locked cabinets. Five minute wait to get two shirts for my son, which were then taken and I was told which checkstand would have them. (Turned out to be the longest line when I went to check out, of course.) Bottle of lotion? In a cordoned off part of the store, with more locked cabinets. By the time I'd gotten that I'd run out of time for the dozen or so other items on my list, so Walmart lost all that profit. I won't be back. Quite honestly I don't have the time, and it doesn't feel like a place that really wants me there. I'm giving them two stars because the employees I interacted with were at least uniformly pleasant.

They don’t have enough employees working here to support the amount of customers they have. The lines are usually always backed up at both the regular and self check outs. In the upside, the prices are great and hard to beat, the amount of variety and different options of stuff to buy makes it worth the trip. Every staff member I’ve encountered there so far has been kind and helpful.

Tried to get a check cashed in Customer Service at 7pm on Monday 9/11/23. It was dark and blocked off. I asked 3 different front end workers if it was opening back up that day or the next and no one knew anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD SERVICE ALL TOGETHER

The store was pretty good. Employees friendly. They were out of some things, but that seems the norm. I may or may not go back.

The employee i dealt with actually acted like he didn't wanna help me..when ask a question there was no eye contact, didn't feel like a respectable customer,so i left...if i cant get good customer service i won't ever spend my money there.

So sometimes the value beats the long lines the unavailable associates or let’s not forget the locked up almost everything (never have enough people to tend to this who ring the bell to get assistance). Management has always greeted me (the ladies don’t especially the heavier Caucasian lady on the front) but I appreciate it anyway

Large store with a variety of products. The produce section is abundant and the produce looks fresh. There's no stench or foul smelling odor in the store. The shelves are often fully stocked. Someone comes to the alcohol locker cabinet fairly quickly unlock the alcohol. It's best to shop before 9-10am and between 1-3 pm as there aren't as many customers in the store. The shopping carts are frequently collected and waiting for customers. The lines to be checked out used to be so long with barely any checkers but they've improved the wait times.

Very busy and parking can be problematic, especially in weekened and holidays. The other downside is checkout lines not enough to accommodate shoppers and when needing assistant, the wait is too extreme. I dont know whats like in other Walmart stores but in Antioch, Pittsburg and Martinez the check out lines are long and slow. If you need faster service shop at Target instead, but merchandise cost are higher.

Good prices but... after ordering an item online I went to pick it up and had major issues. Call the number in parking lot as instructed and they hang up repeatedly. Finally got a guy to help me after begging them to give me the stuff I bought online half hour later. Not good management at all.

Items are locked up and can't get anyone to unlock the cases even as a dozen employees walk by. Only one or two employees have keys for the whole store. Many customers go to Target and avoid the frustration. Always a good value IF you can get your item. Parking is bad enough but why post some spaces, "Police Parking" when they always pull to the curb for police business so the spaces are reserved and unused. And then additional spaces are reserved for, "Police Partners" and more go unused. There's already "Store Pickup" and, "Disabled."

Seriously need a new manager for this store. 7 checkout lanes closed. No less than 9 people in line to checkout at the remaining open lanes. This SCREAMS new management needed. Heard a lot of negative things about this store but honestly the store is clean and well stocked. You must be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more to checkout. This is unacceptable.

Never enough checkers. Everything you need is locked up and takes forever for them to unlock the cases. Then some guy at the front demanding your reciept after you've had to check yourself out. The quality of service keeps going down hill and they expect the consumer to just accept it.

Had to go and buy groceries at this store because they had items I needed. I don't like Walmart because of the weird atmosphere this store attracts. As expected the store was filled with rude shoppers and eventhough I checked before I left to make sure they had everything I needed, when I got there they were out of several items. I avoid this place like a plague and don't mind spending more for items at a nicer store. Plus their parking is a nightmare. If u absolutely need to save a few dollars then this is ur place but if u don't mind spending a few dollar difference for the exact same thing then I advise to go to any other store for a nicer, safer shopping experience. For me, I prefer to spend a few dollars more than to shop at this store.

it's super easy to find the items you're looking for. And if you have the Walmart app, it will tell you which aisle it should be. when it comes to paying, almost all the registers are open, and It has two spaces enabled for you to register and pay for your items.

Walmart carried everything we needed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of where things were. The automatic front entrance door locked down and temporary blocked our entry, but the greeter quickly opened the exit door for us to use.

I usually get what I need for a good price and than some. But there is consistently a 30 min checkout time because they only allow 2 lanes to be open. Self check does not allow WIC or Alcohol purchase. So a lot of customers need to use the regular checkout.

This was the third walmart I stopped at to get the item I wanted that said it was available at each store I stopped at on the app. This store finally had it which was very pleasing. This particular walmart blew me away it has everything from fresh produce to God knows what. I really wanna go back so I can shop more and make a better review. But for now all I can say is this site actually had what I was looking for all along and so may think I am crazy to drive to three different walmarts in one night, but I was told the item I wanted was a fast seller and I didn't want to wait for them to get more in. I am sure there are people out there who know how I was feeling when u want something I want it then and there not wait a couple weeks or whatever. Anyways I am glad that I finally got what I wanted that night and highly recommend this walmart in particular due to its vast amounts of different items to buy my best recommendation is to just go check it out. If u think you are one of those people above shopping at walmart go check this one out it will change your mind. Great saving. great stuff.and helpful employees can't beat it.

Great inventory with good sale items for food, toys and household items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Usually I use online pickup but was not disappointed inside.

Store opens at 6am but customer service doesn’t open until 8am and fitting rooms don’t open until 9am, even though there was two ladies working at the fitting room desk. This is probably silliest schedule I experienced but ok. Besides that the store offers a lot of product.

Worst curbside ever they close at 8pm. I don’t understand why they even bother if the hours aren’t convenient . Jillian or Julian is not very helpful from Electronics an is extremely rude. Most of the employees either don’t understand English or are plain rude. Walmart is known for their prices nothing more. Probably won’t be shopping here anymore probably the worst Walmart I have been too.

I love this Walmart!! The grocery part is well stocked with lots of options including lots of produce. The aisles are organized and easy to find stuff. They have a large dairy section and meat as well. Basically, its a full grocery store. The crafts ( sewing, art, etc. ) is well stocked too with lots of fabrics and supplies. Women's clothing is pretty big, with a lot of new items. The camping section and automotive are pretty good, too. Overall, its a large store, with all the departments well stocked, the staff is courteous, has self checkout, lots of parking, two entrances, (one on each end), and the store is usually clean. One of my favorite Walmarts, for sure!

Sharon M was magnificent. She kindly helped me 3 times. Pointed me to where I needed to go and when I asked for further assistance she went out of her way to show other items to me. I was waiting at the locked items and rang 3 times. Once again I asked Sharon M for help and here she comes for the rescue. You need more folks like her.
