A good view of the Metro Manila skyline from the pool. The smaller rooms are good but already old, and room rates are pricey. Food is ok. Open area restobar is nice with live band. The place is highly instagrammable. Room plumbing needs improvement!

I really like the interior and exterior design of the building. The ambience is so cozy and I would surely love to come back again next time. They also served good food and drinks.

Very rustic yet classy. Perfect for a romantic date. Not quite far from Manila but would give you that classic vibe. Highly recommended.

The staff were okay and responded to us in case of any questions. Complimentary Filipino Breakfast was also ok. Given the price point of this bed and breakfast, it was too expensive considering our experience. The bad experience we had was that the room we got was near the highway, so me and my partner did not get to sleep well as it was just noisy all throughout the night and morning, we tried to request for another room but unfortunately we were told all rooms were taken. We ended up forfeiting the one night reservation we had because it was THAT bad. I would understand that this location would be what it is if the price point was low. But given the price, it was way too expensive so I would NOT recommend to stay in this place unless you have an event in cafe lupe or don't have any other choice.

Hotel location is good and staff are friendly. But water heater is not really working, wifi doesnt have signal. Live band is great but too noisy even inside your room can hear the loud voice of those drunk guests. Price too high for the service

这里真是烂透了，一晚上要6000-7000peso，说是有早餐的，但餐厅居然没有工作人员，看看这个浴室的水流，看看这个房间格局，看看阳台居然还有烟灰缸，我们不抽烟的，居然没有整理上一个房客的东西，恶心的旅馆🤮🤮🤮，大家出门一定要注意google评价。 This place really sucks. It costs 6000-7000 peso a night. They say there is breakfast, but there is no staff in the restaurant. Look at the water flow in the bathroom, look at the layout of the room, and look at the ashtray on the balcony. We don’t Smoking, didn't tidy up the previous tenant's things, disgusting hotel🤮🤮🤮, everyone must check to google reviews when going out.

Who pricey yung food nila, why? So so lang kasi yung lasa. It's like you're paying more and getting less.
