Definitely this place is a life saver for us. Very good attitude of staff and personnel. Plus the utilities and equipments are well maintained. Most of all..helpful and patient staff. Senior/PWD areas are good as well. But regarding the phone lines..there are times that no one answers the phone. Hopefully this will be addressed. Regarding animals on the property. I support PAWS for TNR Trap Neuter and Release program. There's no need to put these animals down. Seriously..it's the matter of a few pesos just to get them Spayed and Neutered. It also free at the City Veterinary Office and other NGOs. Even the rabbies vaccine is free. These animals help by getting rid of rats. Yes, even dogs help get rid of rats. So..stop killing them😑🙅‍♀️. "Those who are kind to animals are kind to people" unknown

In an emergency don't use an ambulance, go for private vehicle if you can. They don't even bother to look inside and check the patient's status if it is an ambulance unless you know someone who works in that Hospital.

Nurses are accomodating, needs more customer service training for guards.
