Haven't been down to the round tower for year's, ohh how it's changed for the worst. The old council buildings laying all derelict the old tree I used to climb as a school boy has been cut down and looks like a bush, terrible.

A wonderful place for a walk in among trees, and a fine coffee shop at Clatworthy House is never to far away. The river, Castle, and beautiful gardens are a joy to explore.

Nice lovely local place to take you kiddies & doggies down to walk around kick a football about & all be safe in this quite local spot. Very well hidden and sadly now there's a barrier up so you can no longer drive into the place! There's also no near by places to park as those places oppisite are for the residents.

Suprising how beautiful and well preserved this 10th century Historical tower has been maintained over all these years, really tall (28m) landscape around it is beautiful. Good place to take kids for a picnic on a good day, also closed to Antrim castle gardens

Us Thompson kids used to spend many a day running wild in this place from the tower to castle grounds. Before it was all done up. Even managed to nearly drown myself in the lake near by. It's a wonderful place many fond memories. Will always be home no mater where I've traveled. I often wondered if the witch was real and if it was her knee and elbow on the stone. :)

😠 I was at Antrim castle for the Christmas event. Me, my daughter and my fiancé ordered 3 sausage meals from the cafe onsite. First of all they gave us 3 cocktail sausages each and a scoop of chips.
