Omgosh talk about wanting to sit in the car and cry yes this is what this place done to me. Its a sad depression session and even the very little shops that were there could do nothing to ease the pain as there was nothing in them either. So sad to see such a big place that could be an amazing outlet go to complete waste. I feel sorry for the places that have had to shut shop but never seen a drearier place.

I visited junction one Saturday past and it was the monthly last Saturday of the months market. There were stalls with a variety of crafts and food vans were present. Also present was a singer with background music of older and modern songs. Great atmosphere. Certainly would put this date in my diary. Looking forward to next month already.

The shops that are present are great value, but overall there a lot of empty units which makes it feel like a ghost town. Some ambient music was playing in the background, but not much of an atmosphere unfortunately.

Not many outlet shops left here most are full priced shops. Still a good range of sport shops , food places and cinema but not much else in the line of clothes shops.

Not a lot of shop selection as a lot of the units are empty even know they say new shop coming but they have been like that for months. Good selection of food & drink takeaway retails. Not what it was a few years ago. Wouldn't be back in a rush as it was not 4 me.

I used to love it when I was younger but now it’s just full of empty units and McDonald’s. I love the Hungarian stall on the last Saturday of the month though.

Junction 1 is struggling to remain a vibrant shopping area. Large areas of previous shopping area units are vacant and actually being knocked down to make room for a new garden centre (Dobbies) in 2024. Let’s hope the remaining brands can survive and Junction 1 can bounce back again.

Never really sure what to make of this place to be honest.bits good for coffee ☕ and has a number of interesting shops. Not sure why but you always feel like the buildings cold do with a good power wash to remove the algae and dirt. The complex is missing something I've just no idea what...

Well done for Halloween 🎃 promotion, this was no easy task , volume of people and working in cold conditions, well done to the staff , and thanks for the well priced entertaining the kids when off school

Great place that’s had a revival since Dobbies arrived , could do with a couple more shops & eateries since the housing has been built locally to make it a complete shopping experience

Dobies Garden Centre is the main attraction there now, large and interesting contents. Few new places as well. Starbucks, McDonalds, and there is new building work going on. It will be a suprise to see what kind of business it will be when it opens. There is still a lot of the older shops still there, including eateries. I enjoyed my time spent there this time, better than the last visit. 👍🏻😊

Good place at end of month with artisan market. Kids have fun with the rides provided. Good shops to view for bargains. Good parking spaces.

Some good shops. But if you are thinking this is going to be a day's shopping trip you are wrong. This is a 2hr shopping trip. Good for men that are taking their wife or girlfriend out shopping. 😂

It a nice place for a walk around the shops. Same good bargains. It could be better with More shops

I enjoy shopping here. Will be better when more shops are taken up, but saying that, I have still got what I want.

There aren't many shops in the junction, gap is about to close so just one more to add to the list. If you like coffee or food you are sorted but a shopping spree is off the cards. Pity though because it looks well and the JCB Park is good for young children.

It’s poor as far as discount outlets go. Fine if you fancy a poke around the racks of bits and bobs of last seasons stuff in Next, or to search the isles of Nike to find they don’t have the size or style you want. A bit lacking on the food front with several cafes all of similar ilk and Burger King and Nando’s. Dobbies on the way also to add to the mediocre experience of the whole place, but I suppose Dobbies is better than 60% of the units vacant… if only marginally.

Fairly good range of stores but too many empty units to make it great

Used to love getting here but now it’s very run down n not much to go there for apart from the new Dobbies store. Severe lacking of mother n baby parking too!!

Sadly many empty units. The ones that remain do their best to offer good value, so if you know what you want and there is a shop here, go for it. Not really suitable for a browse. Food outlets seem to be the mainstay.

A good place to seek bargains, but a pity some companies have pulled out, so less choice. Still well worth a visit though.

Always a busy spot. Quite a few shops have closed down and it's not the place it once was, but they're working in it. Bargains to be had if you enjoy shopping!

Went 2 B & M, Poundland, Lidl, Homebase, the new Fresh Foodhall & McDonald's. Everything's so handy in the one area, plenty of parking, great shops 4 all ur needs & then a quick bite 2 eat b4 heading home.

I am a regular to Starbucks. The Junction does need to see more shops back though. Generally a pretty clean place.

Probably the most disappointing of Antrims attractions atm- I've been to many other outlets such as the one Gretna Green in Scotland has, and its vastly superior. Every unit occupied and with quality retailers, and coffee shops, however back in Antrim Junction One lies a virtual ghost town. The one Ray of hope lies in the fact that Dobbies are to open next year and have acquired many of the vacant units to achieve this. However the outlet are still playing catch up, M&S left, Julian Charles, Whittard to name but a few. The pulling power of such an outlet is huge for the town, especially with the airport just up the road, so cmon let's make this project a success

This centre is like a ghost town with 80 per cent of shops closed. Main activity was around B&M and Pound Land. Not worth a visit unless you want a coffee or s visit to McDonalds.

From being here for quite some time you would think that they would offer a better range of stores. They're missing out on great, popular retailers such as JD sports, New Look, Primark etc which would increase their footfall & profits! But it may be down to the fact of no empty units & expensive pricing to rent them? I'm unsure. Other than that they have a fairly good selection of eateries/drive thru's with newer ones being added such as Starbucks & Nandos & its quite a clean & pleasant area to walk around.

Not a lot of shops but I went there during halloween so it was quite different with all the stalls & music

Great car park, not a great choice of shops. If your after basic your in for a treat

This complex has loads of different "big name" shops to go to. You could spend a whole day browsing through the lot and also has lots of eating places too. A fantastic shopping experience and would highly recommend.

If you are expecting loads if shops with bargains then you will be very disappointed. Most of j1 is closed at the moment but work is being done which I believe is due to finish 2027. Most people visit for next and Nike outlet but not much else shopping wise. Few pubs, restaurants, McDonald's and burger King. Ample parking and toilet facilities available along with disabled and parent toddler spaces. Decent size b&m. Asda and Lidlington. Usual coffee places Starbucks x 2 and costa

Mostly empty but they seem to be putting a bit of money into it now. Let's hope they attract more shopping to the area.

Nice place, but the staff needed to they retrained ask from a mobile phone, and the staff member was standing about talking and ut was not work things went up for food and didn't get what I ask for I asked for seasonal chips and get a cheesy chip rally need to take a look at there staff

This used to be a great shopping experience, but a lot of the shops have closed ie Mark's and Spencer, Clark's and a few others. One end of the centre is blocked off as they are constructing a new Dobbies store at one end. The only shop I go to is The Works. I was very disappointed with my visit

We pulled in here to plug in the car for an hour. Both chargers were out of order. We stopped for a Nandos that was a nice treat, good service etc. There were a fair few empty units there but what was open was good. An outdoor shop and some other odds and sods.

  • 3/5 Tommy C. 1 year ago on Google
Most of the shops have closed now but there is still a few good stores and places to eat and get a coffee. Plus the cinema , MacDonalds and burger king are there

  • 3/5 Carolyn D. 1 year ago on Google
Unfortunately the Junction is a shadow of its former self with not a lot of shopping available. Hopefully this will change with the the arrival of Dobbies Garden Centre. The increased footfall may encourage other retailers to return which would be really good to see.

  • 1/5 Neill W. 1 year ago on Google
The place is a ghost town unless you want food or sports wear. I would say approximately half of the walk around is away because of the Dobbies site.

An ok shopping complex. There's not a lot past the façade that is the stores at the very forefront of the complex. There are some interesting stores that you can find, but in my opinion nothing noteworthy. There are various playsets throughout to keep children entertained. Used to have a lot more, but much like the rest of Antrim it's a bit of a ghost town. There's always people there, but it's either for one of the restaurants or the cinema.
