Went in only to get a small chips. I watched the young girl serving food and was appalled. She ignored the tongs for picking up salad items and got in there with her bare hands. She then took payment with cash. She then lifted raw bacon to place on the grill. She then assembled a burger. All the salad should have been thrown in the bin along with the other food she prepared. Not once did she wash her hands at any point. Cross contamination was everywhere. Environmental Health have been informed.

Rolos definitely isn't what it used to be. Pastie was quite nice, chips weren't great, fish (cod) was small, quite greasy & tasteless. Male member of staff was unhelpful, verging on rude. Altogether very disappointing.

Had a 8oz burger with cheese and a large chip. Burger was awkward, just a big dish sized burger with a normal sized bap. A double meat would have been better. Never even asked if i wanted salt and vinegar. Friendly enough staff.

Kebabs not worth the money more chips and salad than anything. Quick delivery though 👏 can't beat a rissole from them 😋

Unfortunately we got a couple of burgers and some chips and even though we attempted to eat within a few minutes the chips were not very warm at all. They also tasted like potatoes had gone off before made into chips. The burgers however were much worse. Meat was rubbery and only slightly warm and the burger buns were left on the griddle so long that they were rock hard on edges and inedible. So disappointed as previously food had been very nice. Tried calling but no answer, perhaps they were too busy. Definitely won't be back.

Delivery arrived in good time but sadly missing a chip. I called and was told they didn't hear me which would be right with all the yacking going on in the background. Same as last time they forgot pepper sauce for popcorn chicken which is needed. This time it was offered for me to order the chip and pay for it which is useless half an hour after my burger. I should have said bring new burger and chip and take old burger but just hung up and won't go back. Sad for Gordon a good man

Fish and chips used to be amazing,however, it was greasy, and batter not great

Worst chippy we have ever had, went straight in the bin. Soggy, freezing cold, waited over an hour, disgusting & full of grease. Used to be our favourite chippy in Antrim, never again sadly its went downhill big style

Great traditional chip shop with a few Scottish favourites threw into the mix. Staff are pleasant and nothing is too much for them. Pricing is reasonable. Theu also do deliveries

Was in tonight 28/08/22. Staff were rude. Too much carry on among themselves. Lost our order and food was so over cooked I had to take the sausages out of the batter as it was to hard to eat
