Great range of Products on offer in this store - food, clothing, household items, stationery, alcohol, etc. Well laid out store - products/aislies all well labelled to ensure you find everything easily. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I have just been through the self payment checkouts, I had a trolley with a limited amount of goods and the male staff member directed me to leave the queue and go to the basket queue, by the time I got to the front of the basket queue this same male staff member whistled to me and then shouted "yo, you with the trolly come down here" so basically back to the trolly only check out area that he had just directed me from. I am not a 'yo' or a dog to be whistled at. Disgusted by the attitude of this staff member. As there was only one male staff member covering this area at the time along with a number of female staff members who I may add were pleasant, I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to pinpoint the staff member.the approximate time of my experience was 14.30pm

Visited 24-02-23, early afternoon. I require the facilities of an accessible toilet due to a physical condition. Ground floor accessible toilet well situated but locked - none of the colleagues I spoke to (as per notice on the door) had a key, and the third one told me they had lost the 3 keys! Tried the second one up on the first floor - it also appeared to be locked as no one left while I was able to wait. I can't access the standard toilets with my walking aid, so my friends and I had to leave. We did not return and shopped elsewhere.

Awful store. Stock is never the correct price or out of date then you have to navigate around the buckets on the floor from the collapsing roof.

Visited today and was looking for toilets. Asked Pearl a picker where they were and she was lovely taking me right to lifts and addressing me as Madam. Around 10.00 am. She was quick paced that we joked about and she was saying how many items they need to pick in a time. So extra praise as I took her out of her way.

Don't go if it's raining or has rained recently - photos are only 2 of the many isles that have leaks. Went in when it was raining and there were buckets in literally every isle. I actually got dripped on when trying to do a shop. I heard a staff member tell a customer until someone falls and makes a claim, it won't get fixed. Which I can't imagine will be too long as the drips and puddles happen before the staff are able to get out wet floor signs. Surely Asda made enough money over lockdown to fill a few holes in their roof? Considering it's a 'super' store? No wonder the staff are so depressed, if this is conditions the customers are receiving, who knows what the poor staff are going through! 2 mins away is a lovely bright fresh Tesco's, I'd recommend you go there.

Products are getting smaller and the prices are getting bigger. Very expensive place to shop. Shelves are untidy with products in wrong places . When product is in the wrong place the price you think it is may be wrong, this happens alot in the Antrim store. Not very well managed obviously.

Never again will I be at this store!! This store is the only one in the UK that does Ben & Jerry’s strawberry cheesecake flavour I asked whenever it’s back in store and member of staff told me it would be in on 30/12/22 and I live in coleraine so I’ve driven all the way to this store on 30/12/22 only to be told that it’s in the freezer and won’t be put onto the shop floor until tomorrow morning any they staff on duty refused to get the ice cream from the freezer never have I received such disgraceful customer service or lack of it!! Avoid this store at all costs!!!! I tried calling their store via telephone totally useless again as can’t get to speak to anyone it just tells me to go to the website for help I’ve never experienced a more rubbish customer service is all my life

If you in this store my advise watch out for price's and shelf life, labeled one price charge you different, especially promotion products, staff useless if you tell that price wrong they just remove label and leave products for other costumers, one time asked 3 assistants why showing one price and selling for other they advice me to go to costumer service. Shelf life another issue, one time milk 3 days out of date, other day bought salad use by 5th I bought it on 8th again 3 days out of date. Who ever managing store in Antrim should wake up and take action.

Don’t honour offers they have publicly advertised on banners to all customers. Beware of using this store as they seem to pick and choose who gets an offer.

Store badly needs some maintenance. Water buckets scattered everywhere to catch drips from holes in the roof are a genuine trip hazard. Shop floor is almost always messy, cardboard everywhere and products located in the wrong places on the shelves.

Everything plus a coffee shop. Only downside is roads out of carpark. They are confusing and maze like . Don't go up Lidl road ,it's a dead end!

Store in Asda is never opened anytime I arrive and there's no signs in store or staff to tell you any information on their opening times. Well and good opening new stores but if no one is going to be working them, what's the point Won't be back to that store.

Store and products are generally good. The single entrance carpark can be hectic at times. Edit. Four years later and there scanning system is broken. It's not busy and staff haven't a clue!!!

I always shop at this store , but never on Sundays . I went today I didn’t know it close at 6pm . I came at 5:50 no sign they are closing soon,Suddenly the girls start chasing the customers and they ask me to go now before I finish my shopping or I’m not going to be served and when I went to the tills no one want to serve me everyone telling me they are closed . Went to the automatic checkout They chased me and they were very rude Taking my stuff and scan it ! I wonder why they didn’t close the entrance 10 or 15 before the closing time instead of hushing people like that ? I will never shop at Asda again

Bought some clothes and the cashier Ursula just threw them into a pile. Not even a can I help you, then the card machine wouldn't work and she still sat there watching me fold the clothes with a face like thunder. Most of the time Asda staff are so helpful. Must have been having a bad day 😕

Too bad there is no zero star option.... Terrible! 😡 Every time you order online, there are missing products. Either they have a short expiry, or they have been replaced with something I don't want, or they are in a miserable condition. The last two times, when ordering online through Uber, there were no products I paid for. Example: both times I ordered a Pizza Bundle, from which they deliver some of the items and charge me the full price. No ice cream, no pizzas... This is unacceptable. 😠 And I have a problem with Uber about that, they don't want my money back. Fix your bad shop and irresponsible staff... 🤬 And I can write a lot more about this store and their service. But I don't want to waste any more nerves on that. ⛔⛔⛔

Done an online click and collect 8th February 2022 and got given cheese with a date of 15/12/2021!!!! Got told when I phoned customer services that the store would be in touch to give compensation over the matter and they never bothered! Add that to the fact when you phone them there's no option to speak to a member of staff?!?!?! Disgusting service.
