An amazing gym with an even more amazing atmosphere. Evolve has been a game changer for me when it comes to health and fitness. The coaches are incredible and go out of their way to help you achieve your fitness/health goals. By far the best gym around! Going to the gym no longer feels like a chore, I look forward to it because of Evolve and everyone who is a part of it.

Evolve has taught me more about training and nutrition in my 10 months there, than all my time in various gyms over the years. A gym for people of all levels, where you can definitely have fun while training and not have to worry about egos.. Fantastic coaches 👍👍

Evolve has to be the best place around. Ive found this team to have the friendliest member's. Not forgetting the dedication from the trainer's who work so hard to help motivate you and reach towards and achieve your goals. I have to say im so pleased i chose Evolve. Since arriving at Evolve a month ago, the coaches have been fantastic, very encouraging and patient. They’re very observant and safety is of upmost importance. They are getting the best results for me. I’ve learned more than I could have imagined in a short space of time and with the weights etc I don’t feel foolish or intimidated when I need to be shown again, how to do an exercise effectively. The other members are also so helpful and everyone is friendly.

This gym is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. The coaches are totally awesome. I would recommend Evolve to anyone who is still on the fence about whether gyms are for them. Try it and you won't be sorry.

Evolve is like no other gym. I joined nervous and unsure. I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions of my life. The coaches are amazing, so dedicated and person centred. I am doing things I would never have attempted, gaining strength and increasing my mobility and I have more energy for the rest of my day now as well. I couldn't recommend the Evolve family highly enough. It's now officially my happy place!

Fantastic ! Knowledgeable, helpful, honest trainers, who have a great rapport with and care deeply for the individuals and their fitness levels. An open, honest, welcoming and very friendly culture and environment. Very much has an intrinsic “we are one” feel that makes both the new starter and all the users feel welcome, appreciated and supported. Very deep knowledge base, ensuring the clients are not doing too much, to the point of saying so (to me)…..thereby promoting both fitness and knowledge but also reducing the possibilities of injuries. Every class is lead with a sense of both caring and humour Very friendly and welcoming and by far the best gym I have used……..there’s been a few 👍

A great place to be. From the moment I spoke to Aaron, I knew it was something different. "No mirrors and no egos" was the first thing mentioned to me on my initial phone call. There was no hard sell/sales pitch etc, it was a genuine phone call to see what my objectives were and how they could help with my fitness journey. I would highly recommend Evolve to anyone, especially if you're suffering from 'gym anxiety'...this place is different. It's worth a try and you’ll be welcomed every single time you step foot in the place.

Went to this gym over the Christmas period with my girlfriend as my gym was closed and I had a great experience, the equipment was brilliant. Thanks to Aaron for letting me train.
