The stuff are really nice and helpful. Actually all people in Antsirabe are very nice. Thank you for your hospitality :) The area in the hotel is gorgeous: a lot of various beautiful plants create such a peaceful atmosphere. It is very quiet throughout the day and night. At the reception you can have a drink and enjoy the company of the people who work there. The bungalow we stayed in (“Madagascar”) had a big bed, mosquito net, heater, table, chair, hangers, kettle, very nice bathroom with soap for your hands and multipurpose soap for body and hair in the shower area. They also put a water bottle, green and black tea, coffee and 2 heart shaped chocolates. The bungalow is decorated with fresh flowers in several spots which make it a very romantic and gorgeous place to stay. You can lock your bungalow with a key, the area in the hotel is very safe, there are guards by the entrance and they will open and close the big metal gate if you decide to go out when it’s dark. We went out a couple of times after the sunset and we felt very safe. Just bring a torch with you. There was no hair dryer but it was not a problem for me. The breakfast was very good: fresh juice, coffee, milk, fresh bread, butter, jam, honey, pancakes, yogurt, bananas, they also asked us how we want our eggs. Location is great: it is a 5-10 min walk to the central part of the city with restaurants, ATMs, and a supermarket. You can take a tuk-tuk to wherever you want for a very small amount. Absolutely recommend this wonderful place. Things to consider: no hair dryer, it is quite humid so things might take very long to dry - just put them closer to the heater, it also can get quite cold in the night - there is a warm blanket and a heater but consider bringing some warm sweater and jacket, socks. Raincoat is also good to have. Don’t forget to bring a torch. Thank you very much for such an amazing stay!

How anyone can give less than five stars to 'Eco Lodge Les Chambres Du Voyageur' is beyond me; I consider it easily the best hotel we stayed at during our trip around Madagascar. And that goes for the meals too - excellent quality and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The town itself looked really interesting and I was very unhappy that 'Undiscovered Destinations' had booked us into here for only one night. We had no time to explore the town and it looked really interesting. 'Eco Lodge Les Chambres Du Voyageur' has an extensive and exotic garden which should not be missed. Easy to walk around in 15 minutes or so, and very photogenic. I am unlikely to return, but would dearly love to.
