A real hidden gem, this is the most amazing hammam experience ever! Excellent value/quality for money! it's the best body scrub and massage you will ever have! The atmosphere is completely authentic & traditional! Everyone is so warm, kind, friendly & extremely welcoming. You will feel like you have been transported to a real hammam in Morocco & you will feel brand new when you leave! When you enter you can leave your things in the locker, just wear your bikini bottoms, take your bikin top if you feel more comfortable. You can also use the flip flops there or take your own if you prefer. You can take a towel or rent one there too. You are given your bucket to fill with water and a little plastic basket for your belongings such as your shampoo, hairbrush, conditioner along with your soap, scrub, keys etc. There are 3 salons in total the first is mild heat, the next room is medium heat and then the last is the hottest! We had the wonderful Asma & Naima treat us today, firstly, a deep scrub with their homemade black soap "beldi soap " (Savon noir) & it's only €2 , we shared a pot between 2 of us as there is plenty! & "kessa" scrub glove (if you have your own, then bring it). Otherwise, you can buy your own kessa for €5 and keep it which is what we did & you take it home with you, or you can use one they have for free, but this is a used one on other people, so its up to you what you prefer. Afterwards ,we had the most delicious Shai bil na'na' (moroccan mint tea). we can't wait to go again as this place really is the jewel in antwerps crown! Tucked away on a back street, blink and you will miss it , so check your directions well. Also, call before (the staff speak French, English, Dutch & arabic) to check which day is ladies day or gentlemans day. You won't regret it! Be kind to yourself, treat yourself, feel refreshed, relaxed and revitalised, especially if you are doing a city break which can be intense and exhausting. Take a few hours out to recharge in the hammam your heart, mind, body, soul & skin will thank you for it!

Niet wat je zou verwachten na het lezen van de reviews hier. Het is er niet hygiënisch en je moet bij inkomst bijbetalen voor scrub, wat op zich geen probleem is. Ze zegt er enkel niet bij dat je voor de zeep, de scrubhenna en het washandje moet bijbetalen. Dus het was heel onhandig en je kreeg niet echt goed uitleg, gewoon een emmer in de hand en ga maar binnen. Ga hier zeker niet voor een ontspannende ervaring want het is er heel druk. En proper is het er helaas ook niet. De bezoekers waren wel zo vriendelijk om me wat uitleg te geven. Ik kom hier helaas niet meer terug.

Lieve dames, goed belicht, kleedkamer groot,mooi en heel proper, goed georganiseerd waardoor je met niks moet sukkelen. Alles voorzien, onmiddelijke ontsmetting van materiaal na gebruik. Kastjes met sleutels. Slofjes voorzien voor binnen, netje waar je al je gerief in kan steken. Voor het betreden van het bad kan je emmer plus basin nemen. Kan je direct aan de slag. Binnen : drie ruimtes met warm, warmer en heel warm. Daarnaast ruimte waar douche is en waar gescrubt en gemasseerd wordt. Dat laatste een beetje versleten maar wel proper en nog doenbaar. Prijs ook goed.

Very overpriced. Had a 2 min body scrub (had to buy extra glove for the staff) and 5 min massage (basically stroking the body) for 20€. Dirty and unpolite atmosphere. Definitely not coming back there.

In times of internet it is not enough to announce closing due to vacation on the entrance door. Please study your Google maps account and use to make costumers know when it is open whether not. It is very disappointing when you reach closed doors.

Leuke hamam, heel proper en de kinderen kunnen mee dus super. Zij hebben er ook douches om gemakkelijk jouw haren te wassen. Vond het super.
