A lot of local customers here, they know each other and greetings. I really like this feeling and I respect the tradition, through I wait a long time to get order, whatever , I am not a regular customer.

We really enjoyed this cozy bar. It's located in the heart of Antwerp and it's a small but very cozy bar. The prices are good and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and they recommend ous somer snacks. "Kop" its a kind of susage made from pork head. It was very good. We highly recommend this bar.

Antwerp suppose to be quiet on a Sunday. But they have an awesome old school party here and It’s really happening! Lovely place . Nice draft beer , don’t forget Belgium beer has the best beer on earth. 6.5% alcohol per glass 😂

My Mum loved this bar, I can tell why. Great beers & other drinks, easy going, friendly staff. Yes - tourists, but friendly locals too. The “good old days” interior is preserved, very authentic.

Great atmosphere sitting on the terrace with a "Duvel" beer and enjoying the international scene on the Grote Markt of Antwerp. You feel like an angel but watch out for the devil (Den Bengel) nearby. Don't forget to visit the toilet, un unforgettable experience.

good place for a quick beer in the central area of Antwerp ! The Bolleke beer is great here.

Such a great experience. Heard of this pub from a friend that used to visit here over 50years ago in his youth. A historical piece of the cities culture!

We sat out on the square having coffees & kir royales. The service was nice, the atmosphere was cozy, and the people watching unbeatable. We sat for over and hour having a delightful time. Would 100% go back.

Great atmosphere inside, very quick bar service with reasonable prices. DJ delivering some old and new bangers. Great place for dancing inside with cracking decor- look out for the fireman hats

Excellent service. Bartender was great. Try their sausage and hot mustard. Delicious. Some evenings they have a DJ that will play dancing music. Great atmosphere to meet up with friends.

Cozy place, incredible that a Bolleker here costs €2.80 just next to the city hall. Staff speak English, yet it's mostly locals (including regulars who live right in the preserved old streets, as I found out from one of them). I tried a pistolet which was delicious too. Come as a respectful guest!

Not a bad spot considering its right on the grote markt. Service could have been a bit quicker, but tbf was busy. Recommend this spot if youre after a place on the square. Great view.

An absolute must if you are in Antwerp! This bar is a local institution located right in the heart of the Grote Markt (main square) great Pitstop to watch the world go by, feel like a local and enjoy their delicious coffee/beer. Really friendly service, everyone speaks English and makes you feel very welcome.
