Rooms are luxurious and surprisingly quiet. Electricity in the room does not require a key card so you can leave the aircon running and come back to a nice cold/warm room. The parking lot is free and big. Staff is friendly and helpful. But - you're allowed to park anywhere - even in front of the electric car chargers - even if you don't drive an electric car. The food buffet has a wide selection but it's still just hotel buffet food. The scrambled eggs were dry, the croissants were undercooked, the bacon was greasy and floppy instead of crispy. For 23 euro, I was expecting something more - a lot more, actually. And it's expensive - very very expensive for a hotel that is basically situated in a not-so-nice area of Antwerp, outside of the city center. Price for one night including breakfast was over 170 euro. And they allow pets in the rooms so if you area allergic to pets, don't stay here.

I often go here for the fast charging stations! Great coffee available while you wait and parking is free. The Sunday brunches here are also well worth it! Go with a group of friends or your family! Enjoy!

Recently renovated, quiet comfortable room. Room was a little cold and temp wouldn’t go up higher (was snowing outside). Big and delicious breakfast options. Close to a tram into town for lots of good dinner options.

Simple to find, good price. Rooms were very clean and modern. Parking was arranged perfectly and the availability of contact with the hotel through whatsapp was extraordinary. It was an amazing stay and we'll be coming back again when we do another trip to Antwerp. Only thing that could be better was the bar, it was really crowded and noisy later at night.

We made a reservation 1 week in advance to stay in this hotel. Apparently the check-in time was until 6 PM (about we were not informed in any of their communications). We arrived 10 minutes late for our check-in yet our room was automatically cancelled and there was no other room available to us. We had to find last-minute another hotel to stay in. Very very disappointing!

A wonderful stay in Antwerp. The hotel was so clean and the staff so welcoming. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever seen, with the duty chef checking the various dishes for presentation and replenishing the hot food as necessary. The pool was an added bonus. The room is very spacious. We did find the room and the bathroom very dark. It was difficult to put makeup on due to the lack of light in the bathroom. We asked for a one hour late check out but the price charged was too high.

Stayed for three nights. Rooms and beds are nice. Enough space, also in the bathroom. Rooms are a bit noisy coming from upstairs and the hall. Noise from the Antwerp Ring is ok. Monday morning container drop off at 5:30 in front of the hotel was quite disturbing. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

After a walk from tram 24, we found the place. We stayed for three nights midweek. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was top. Many choices and well prepared. Lunch and dinner use the same menu. Also good options to choose. The first night a had a bad sleep from funny contact noises. When i asked about it they offered us a free upgrade. That made our stay so much better. So I can recommend to stay here.

Easy parking, charging stations available, quiet, comfortable and clean room, crazy breakfast with a lot of sweet and salted choice, and as an extra it was very nice to swim and enjoy the sauna before leaving. Highly advisable!

I stayed in their hotel for two days and unfortunately I left my jewelry in the room. They never gave me back my jewels, telling me that the cleaner had already passed... so they clearly say that the cleaner is a thief and that's why I can't get them back??? They just made no effort to give them back to me. I’m a pilot and I don’t recommend my colleagues or travelers to stop here.

Convinced in all categories! Very conveniently located on the outskirts of Antwerp (directly on the ring) with free parking. Great business hotel at periphery of Antwerp but in close proximity to the expressway and a short drive from the city centre. Easy to reach by car with on-site parking. The place has a convenient bar and restaurant. Good location and facility for a business trip.

The hôtel is perfect, and very beautiful. Unfortunately, they added a supplement for our dog, even if nothing is mentioned on their website. Also, their room service QR CODE menu has multiple options, but no indication that after 11pm there's no food avaliable except frozen pizzas. This would be easily solved with better in-room communication. The rest is outstanding. The breakfast just unbelievable.

The rooms are very clean and large. Very modern furniture. Amazing view if you take the 'view side' room. Staff is friendly. It is however a bit pricey.

I have stayed at other Van Der Valk hotels in different cities, and this was by far the worst. They charged us €25 to check us in earlier (an hour and a half earlier), the room was much smaller than those at other hotels, with very few toiletries, and I had a very bad experience when I got emails asking to pay a bar bill which we payed at checkout. I explained the bill was already payed and even sent a copy of the receipt, but they insist that what I payed is not the bar bill but a bill for two breakfasts WHICH WE DIDN'T HAVE. They've either charged us for something we didn't get or there was a mistake when processing the payment. Either way, this is completely unacceptable and will never stay at this place again.

Nice hotel with nice rooms, as you would expect from Van der Valk. Service though needs absolute attention. Check in takes way too long and in the restaurant they make many mistakes. These were not incidents.

Swimming pool and spa perhaps a bit disappointing. Inactive pool cleaner in the water got in the way a bit but the bed was great, the bathroom was well equipped and the bar was really nice. Enjoyed the free popcorn and parking for the following day.

I initially booked this as it’s a dog friendly hotel, to my surprise this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. Really cozy, accessible and the rooms are great for a few days in Antwerp. It’s location is just off the highway so if you have a car, dogs / kids etc it’s super convenient with lots of parking space. It’s 30min walk to center but we just took a car for a 5min drive 😎

Been here multiple times, always great to visit Antwerpen. The somewhat desolate location of this hotel is compensated by the friendliness of the staff, abundance of breakfast, comfortable rooms, wellness, easy reachability by highway, and easy entrance into the city by public transport.

The hotel is in all respects very good! Food and service is fantastic. Particularly, I recommend it's Niçoise salad and Belgian Blue steak (Blanc-Bleu Belge)🤩 Breakfast is a great choice of variety of delicious products.

I stayed here for 5 nights on a business trip. The good Superb breakfast! Good bed. Nice and clean hotel, friendly service, good bar and restaurant. Spacious room with a proper desk, wardrobe, air-con and fridge. Room lights are dimmable and the master switch for lights is next to your bed. Free outdoor parking. And if you stay here on Sundays, the brunch is a delicious bargain! Neutral There is a sauna and a pool, but don't expect a spa-level experience. Fitness room. Charging points for electric/hybrid cars are paid and limited to 3 hours. The bad Only one pillow height. Parking boom at exit regularly malfunctions. Waiting staff in restaurant forgot multiple times drink and food orders.

One of the best stay in recent times. Courteous staff l, comfortable rooms and good restaurant. Only negative aspect was the gymnasium could be better equipped . Shaving kit provided was mediocre. Overall highly recommended.

Nice quiet hotel. Very clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast is a top notch buffet that suits all diets and not just your average beige breakfast. Salad, smoked fish, & honeycomb in the frame, self service hot drinks and bubbles if that's your bag. Gym is very small: 4 x treadmills, some lower freeweights up to 10kg and a cable machine with only a couple of accessories. Pool and sauna available. Parking on site.

The Hotel is overall quite modern and the breakfast ist really good. However the rooms are so dusty I would not stay their again because of this. There seems to be something wrong with the air conditioning.

Great hotel, would definitely recommend. Friendly staff, good restaurant and facilities. Even though the gym is not big, it has all you need to do a work-out. If you are looking for a hotel at biking distance of the center, but easy access from the highway, this is the place.
